I just acquired my 3rd morpher in 4 weeks. This morpher came with a power props "functional" holster. The thing is the red clips don't seem to be clipping. Does anybody know how to fix or modify the clips to function to hold the morpher in again?

Unless you can maybe tweak them so they are closer together and give it a good grip, no, not really.

Really? Or is it that you just don't know how to? Cause it's a reproduction of the original, sooo there's got to be a way to at least open it up and have a look and/or replace parts?

That is why Outtatime doesn't do the clips because you make them a little off and they won't work. And to fix it is a pain because you have to take out the clips and then alter the size and it is just annoying

reliantj you can still contact Jess with your issue and ask her for help. I oppened one before but didn't want to mess with it so I don't end up breaking something. I also that Jess had some problems with the springs so you might check up on that too. But primary I recommend you contact Jess for help.

By the way if you know the link to the tutorial let me know

I won the morpher, white tiger coin and holster on eBay. $200 for everything. The description itself didn't say it was broken. I bought it on the mobile app. But on the a pc or Mac a video would normally show. I didn't see the video. So now I'm stuck with a broken holster. I'm hoping I can repair it still.

At any rate if the clips don't work, I may attempt to put neodymium magnets in the holster and put a metal plate on the inside of the morpher. This way I'm still able to clip it to my belt.

I've attempted to contact Jess through eBay. Is there a way to contact Jess through RB?

Jess hasn't been on RB in a long time ebay is your best bet.

Aw well, we'll see.

Anyways. My brother bought a morpher off of ebay. Just said in the description that the sound didn't work. Okay he bought it.

He receives is and the lights turn on, but constant nonblinking.
I open it up and theres foil between battery contacts, the wire that was ripped from the back plate was taped sloppily back on. It was a mess. So i go to work and add a length of wire, resolder and put some electrical tape over my connection. Removed that crap aluminum foil. So the lights turn back on and blink again. Still, no sound.

So i take it a part and noticed that the screws to the red plastic in front had already been unscrewed. I open it and there aren't even wires connected to the damn speaker. The idiot seller opened the entire thing up and screwed it up. So i go ahead and add new wire to the board and back to the speaker.

The whole thing sounds and looks as good as new now! I had no effing idea what i was doing, kind of. This is only my 3rd time soldering wires together and to contacts and first time soldering wires to a board and the speaker. So i'm pretty happy with the outcome.

Now i do want to find replacement speakers for my own morphers.

Update:
I believe what we have in the morphers are piezo speakers. I went ahead and ordered some. When I attempt the installation, i'll update here of the outcome and quality. I'm hoping it sounds wayyy better. Maybe i should order some LEDs too eh?

So I received my first power morpher (complete with Click's plates) a little while ago and I noticed two problems right off the bat. First, the morpher opens on its own if I move it slightly. Second, the back of it is not fully connected, as shown in this picture:
Is there any way I can fix these problems?

is it missing any screws is the first question and it could be your xy connectors, best to buy a metal set as they are tighter and stronger

It's most likely opening on its own because the back plate isn't screwed in tight enough for the securing mechanism to function. That mechanism, when it does have the proper pressure, clips the XY axis' down so it remains closed. Being loose like that, it's gonna pop open.

Try tightening the 3 back plate screws and reply back with the result.

Wow! This sound crazy awesome. If only you can make a video tutorial on that. And I hope the new piezos and leds work good. I have to replace all my wirings for all my morphers so it'll be awesome if I see how you did it. Thanks!

I'll what I can do about contacting Jess.

you would've figured it out on your own anyways haha.
just wanted to make sure this is pretty much an answer to why some morphers may opening like yours did. lmee know if you have any more problems with your morpher. i've been tinkering around inside of 3 so far and have learned a few things.

and @goofy. i'll keep you posted on my results.

Reliantj what voltage/amp type piezo speakers? That is a very important factor when it comes to any kind of replacement part for electronics. That and if you didn't use the right wiring you could have some problems that could end up frying an ic chip, resistor or diode. Electronics can be very picky.

Idk. It's just a 27mm piezo speaker. Looked the same and was the same size, so I just got it =x. As for the wire. I'll be using what's already connected to the board haha. I'll just be soldering in the new piezo. I'll cross my fingers.
I really don't mind experimenting since the piezo on one of my morphers is very faint now.

Update:
Says 30 Vp-p max for voltage
