I see the new Argos catalogue didn't have any PR in it at all. I would imagine Autumn/Winter 2010 was the last time that happened (since we never got the MMPR 2010 toyline).
Unsurprising really, Hasbro are yet to officially revieal their line. I would suspect that Argos will add page/s to their catalogs instore once the new line starts releasing.

On a side note, we did get the 2010 line but it was a Tesco exclusive line. I recall seeing the toys in Tesco back in 2010 with the exclusive and absloutly no idea why MMPR toys were being released (I didnt get back into PR until after my son was born & became obscesed).

I wrote to Manga UK to ask about Japan power ranger DVDs. Zyuranger etc.
I mentioned about Shout Factory in Americas.

Manga UK said they have no plans to release any further power ranger DVDs. (Apart from the ones already released, series 1, 2, 3 of mighty morphin), and ninja steel.

I can only play region 2 DVDs. No point me buying shout factory DVD (from amazon etc) if I can't watch them.

Tesco did carry MMPR 2010 but it wasn't in 2010 - it was in 2011/2012 while Samurai/Super Samurai was on the shelves too for some reason.

We saw a few pages back Hasbro aren't launching in the UK until August so it'll be in the Autumn/Winter catalogue at least!

Honestly, I think anything past MMPR would probably struggle to sell on DVD over here. Bar the hardcore fans, but most of those have already imported anyway which means even less sales.

Your best bet here - and probably cheaper overall too - is to get a budget ~£15 DVD player that you can easily mod to play Region 1 DVDs. By now the Shout Factory DVDs have come down in price so even with the shocking exchange rate right now you'd still be paying less for them than if you were buying equivalents here in the UK. There's also the bonus features that would probably be missing on UK releases. Another thing (that might not bother you anyway), they wouldn't have PAL speedup (regardless of if they fix the pitch or not) either.

Physical media sales are stagnating as people are choosing instant, digital purchases instead. If you want things, you're going to have to adapt and find ways around it I'm afraid.

It's a shame about downloading more popular these days.
I found these and ordered them
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00P9UVC0I
That's the zuuranger DVD boxset from amazon america.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B07G8D6N7D
I found a multi region DVD player £21.95
Cheaper than the boxset. That's in UK

A lot of DVD players and blu-ray players are also hackable by inputting codes via the remote to change the region or remove the locking completely. A quick google of the player's model should tell you if that's possible. I've done it a few times.

That's cool. I'm not much of a technical person. I'll leave that to the experts he he.

P.s I hope the import fees are not too much.

Any Rangers from Scotland able to let me know what the A1 Toys stock levels are for the Legacy Items? I've got my eye on a few items but planning on waiting till payday... if stocks are scarce then waiting might not be a good idea...

Anyone know of any retailers selling the Legacy White Tigerzord at a reasonable price?

I really dont want to spend more than a £100 (including PP) - preferably closer to £80 if possible

I don't think retailers in the UK have it in stock anymore. I was lucky enough to pick mine up for about 85 on eBay, albeit with a slightly damaged box. I saw a couple of ones for about 100 the other day which is less than what they usually sold for during the past year.

Smyths have the Ninja Steel Megazord down to 21 GBP and Legacy Titanus down to 40, though he's not available online anymore, but you might be lucky enough to find him in-store.

I was in Smyths yesterday, their PR section seems to get smaller each time. Although on this occasion they had a load of the Movie sword, so Im guessing they found a load of old stock out back

The price crash is typical. I bought everything as soon as it were released, because you just know that if you donít, the aftermarket price will skyrocket and it will be super rare. The one thing I didnít buy? That stupid sword. That stupid sword isnít being reduced to £50 anywhere, is it? Typical.
The stupid Legacy Sword was done to £30. That's exactly the kind of price I was waiting for. Obviously all long out of stock, as most of the Legacy items now seem to be.

I wonder what stores will be getting the Lightning Collection. Based on the Hasbro Toy Fair videos it appears that the UK should be able to find those figures in out national toy stores. By national toy stores she must have meant Smyths and the Entertainer.

Well thereís no other toy stores. Iíd say those two and A1 Toys webshop are pretty much guaranteed. Anywhere that carried the Legacy line.

I doubt Entertainer will stock them (at least at first), the dont carry Marvel Legends and Black Series tends to be older lines.

Smyths would be best bet (outside of specialty reatilers (Forbidden Planet)) but I suspect they'll end up being online exclusives in the same vein of the Legacy toys. My only concern is that Smyths dont sale ML at all and have gone as far as no longer stocking ANY Star Wars toys at all, which makes me wonder if Smyths & Hasbro dont have the strongest of relationships.

What about hobby stores like Forbidden Planet and Travelling Man? I've seen collectable items in GAME and HMV in the past but have never paid much attention to them.

Which ones? I've already taken a punt on comicsandcocktails but they're more pricey than that.

Kapow Toys seems to have them for a good price.
