They've actually been doing this coverage for the last 4-5 years, but it's still cool that they do it.

that I believe, but this just hit my mind now, when JDF attended PMC in 2010, he didn't do another convention in California until SDCC 2017, and someone else I spoke to recently, says he has spoken to convention promoters, and told me that California as a whole doesn't pay as much as other states do for conventions in order to get guests to attend, and it appears to be that way with the West Coast as well, since Amy Jo has never done any convention on the West Coast yet, including Oregon, Seattle Washington, Arizona, Nevada, because one thing for sure, Amy Jo is much more expensive than JDF.

So since California is not willing spend that much in order to lure guests to their conventions, and California is on the West Coast, I guess that applies all of the West Coast in general.
Completely false...

JDF did Wizard World San Jose and SDCC 2014 (surprise guest, might've been paid by Bluefin). That's how I met him twice...I've attended both of them.

I also want to say he did a Sacramento convention also but I'm not 100% sure on that.

JDF did Rose City Comic Con in Portland and Emerald City Comic Con in Seattle as well so has had a pretty decent presence on the best coast.

One thing that's for sure, is that Amy Jo Johnson avoids the West Coast when it comes to convention appearences, she still has yet to make her first convention appearence on the West Coast.

Whether that's California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, etc., Zero appearences there so far.

Either she avoids the West Coast for personal reasons or the West Coast doesn't want to give in to her demands, since her appearence fees are very high.

You have mentioned this several times.

There's no need to keep rehashing facts.

Though Nevada and Arizona isn't along the coast, I assume you mean western area. AJJ did FanX in Utah, so therefore, again, your information is false...

I've always want power morphicon to come to Atlanta so i wouldn't have to book a flight to California and go through so much to book a hotel. nonetheless i will be trying to make the next power morphicon I've recently started a YouTube channel and my fans are pushing me to go.

Have you checked on Power Morphicon Express? They may be visiting Atlanta or a city close enough for you to travel to by road.

Right now, the official website only lists one stop. Pasadena, Texas.

Yeah thatís still miles away from me I was just saying with Atlanta being a growing city and having successful cons as of late. I feel like itís time they expand to cities like New York and Atlanta. It would be a good move for them.

still, she has yet to do California, Oregon, and Washington. Apparently, some more people have told me that conventions are a much bigger business in the East and mid-West, compared to the West Coast, apparently it seems a lot of celebrities/guests avoid the West Coast, especially California, because they won't get paid as much for appearance fees, that's what it seems. The Business offers on the West Coast, especially California, are probably poor compared to the East and Mid-West.

I also included Nevada and Arizona because those states happen to be neighbors with West Coast states.

Still have never been to any of them, every ranger fan who said they went says I should go but I dont have the cash or a ride there since I cant drive. I'm really hoping that the PMC Express will be close to home though.

Question. How are JDF autograph signings? Iíd like to meet him at a con in the coming year. How much do they run, how much can you get signed, how is he in person, etc?

I met JDF back in 2015 for Wizard World con here in Vegas and I couldn't afford the autographs at the time (I want to say they were about $60, but I believe that included the cost of the stuff they had for him to sign on top of anything you had brought with you), but he hung about his booth talking to us fans even when we didn't pay for autographs. Other guests wouldn't do that, most wouldn't let people outside the line get near them. JDF was, in contrast, very personable. Talking with him made my weekend.

Hope that helps.

Someone who works with and knows Roger Velasco very well created this video of his experience at this year's Power Morphicon like interacting with fans and other alums. Another one will be released in the near future.
