That looks super cool! but i cant say i agree with the accuracy haha
If you are going by color that's really had nothing to do with the form sans that gold area. I just didn't feel like making a map for the fade from pink to black.

Psycho Sword
I feel confident I'll be able to order by Monday and post the prints.

more referencing on the shape. Bare in mind, im not bashing on your design, i think its cool, just some pointers on my end if you ever want to bother yourself with the extra step of show accuracy haha.

Each of the Neji weapons have an insignia . The pink Bow has one on the top right, and bottom left. Which is just literally their belt design.

The top portion of the bow has a rounded front edge with a sharp point in the back, while the bottom portion has a sharp front and a dip in the back. For the spiral, the chrome tips just wraps around a normal edge for a bow. The way you have it is hollow. The wrap around is more of a warp, than a embedded tip, Considering they are called neji, meaning screw or twist.

credibility wise, I did heavy research on these specific characters a while back, for my production of figuarts using the sentai Megaranger DVD, production pictures, and still shots. lmao

hope that helps!

The Neji symbol at that scale is too small for a 3D print. I ran into that problem with the Zeo weapons. Too inconsistent in quality. When design for these prints there is some give a take. You can only be so accurate with the production process at such a small scale.

Also I can do whatever I want which is always nice.

I hear you on that. That's one of the reasons why i stopped printing, and just started hand sculpt, mold, and cast by hand for these small things. So much more control. lol. but hey, don't stop what you're doing on my case.

custom thread wise, I've been working on this guy for a customer for a while. and I got to admit, this is freaking cool.

I noticed that one eye of my Mafex Spider-man is a little lite on the white eye paint. You can just make out the red mold behind the eye.

Whats the best method to whiten the eye? I thought about a marker.

What paint did you use.

Nice job on the ranger. Iím also try8 g to make the two missing females. What paint did you use for the yellow? Did you have to sand anything down? I was typing of using spray paint. Would really appreciate any feedback.

Thank you!

I like to start with scaling a rough form before adding details. Think I'm gonna make it 3 mm shorter.

I airbrushed Tamiya paints. Did a mix of colors though to get what I wanted. Before applying the paint I used a Vallejo gray primer.
In general I suggest a primer just because it helps the paint attach well. I didn't need to sand anything since the finish is already smooth to begin with(and I was lazy).

Goddamn, that is beautiful. I love the Lights of Ginga designs so much; I wish we had gotten a full set of the team in Figuart form. Is there an accompanying, fully drawn Seijuken to go with this beauty?
