Dollar Comics. Guess DC finally saw what Marvel's been doing with True Believers and are finally copying that.

To be honest, I'm not crazy about getting autographs but the Dark Phoenix saga seems the most adequate since it's one of the most iconic stories of his years-long run.

But, of course, the final decision is all up to you. Give it a lot of thought and I'm sure we'll come to the best decision.

Oh and let us know which one you end up picking!
I think I'm gonna try my luck with 2, the Dark Phoenix saga and the knife fight as I think its an important part of Storm's character growth and the start of her becoming punk!Storm which I always liked.

Turns out it's not an infected Billy from our universe, it's the Batson of the Dark Multiverse
They are going to whore that concept till it's dry, aren't they?

Eh, it's really just a new coat of paint on something they've constantly messed around with since the 60s.

Yeah, the whole evil universe thing. Which makes the Dark Mutliverse kind on not need since we have shit worlds in the regular Multiverse. What makes them different, that they're super ultra bad? And TBWL isn't even that original since he's a rip off of Judge Death.

Yeah, but it's a place of infinite story potential where everything is dark and evil and dark and murderous and dark and Iron Spikes and shit.

Didio probably wants to build a house there. I mean, it's not going away, any time soon.

I really liked "Dark Nights Metal" as a big crossover (a lot more than I thought I would. I normally hate cosmic horror, but it really ticked all my boxes), but I can definitely see them running the concept of the Dark Multiverse into the ground (because Didio and his elk have a boner for the concept. Let's not kid ourselves).

Which is funny, when you consider the whole thing that makes the Dark Multiverse "Dark" is that it's cosmically unstable and doomed to completely disintegrate before long.

Instead of porn, Didio has stacks of Youngblood.

You do realise he was at Marvel for 18 years, right?
I know that but like I said, I don't expect his time at DC to last 18 years like his time at Marvel.

Jon also tells Lois about a life-altering decision in her solo title...looks like it's all but confirmed he's joining the Legion and it's going to affect her in a big way.

And Lois interrogates Clark in Event Leviathan when Batman can't crack him...on top of that, Lois is listening to dark secrets from Lex Luthor, .yeah, Bendis is really upping the ante on drama in the Super-Marriage this year

"City of Bane" gets a break this month in favour of more Batman/Catwoman 'shipping...and yet it doesn't look like her ongoing is tying into this story at all.

Young Justice was omitted from the solicits accidentally.

Huh... apparently Superman's flight wasn't invented by the radio show in 1940, but instead by a British comic called Triumph in 1939!

Ironically, most runs of even that series post 1994 have tried hard to deviate from the Grim 'n' Gritty sensibility.

I think everyone was trying to do that. Sadly it was too little, too late. Then 1996 happened

This makes me think of the Catwoman video game. The Halle Berry Catwoman.

I think that was the only Catwoman video game, unless you count her dlc in Arkham City.

On another note, met Jim Shooter, Roy Thomas and Ron Wilson at a convention today. Wanted to get signings from Jim Steranko and Chris Claremont as well, but their lines were very, very long. Especially Mr. Claremont's.
