Has anybody provided them with a definitive list of all the issues with the set? It can be hard to spot everything when it's spread over 23 pages of a forum post, Amazon reviews, Facebook and E-Mail.

I have a feeling the only thing that will be fixed is the incorrect soundtracks. Any glitches and pops might still be present.

It'd be nice if they got rid of the blatant lie on the packaging about "uncompressed video" for future presses, too.

Send them an e-mail at info@justbridge.de - they might be able to advise. Be aware that their English may not be as good as yours, so maybe keep it simple.

Well... after a 5-month delay to the initial release date and almost three months after it was actually released, there's still no info about replacement discs.

I feel bad for people who worked on this and gave their best, but Just Bridge already had a bad track record when it comes to PR releases, so this doesn't come as a surprise. It's one thing if someone misses a small image or audio issue, but no one would miss using the wrong audio tracks for whole episodes. These discs couldn't have been QC'ed... at all!

If I remember correctly, the set stopped being sold at Amazon.de shortly after the first negative reviews were written, this thing is never turning a profit if they don't even manage to get it out to customers.

At this point, I really would like the license to go to someone else. They aren't even releasing the new seasons on DVD (let alone BD), why they still hold on to it is anyone's guess...

I just messaged them on FB and they replied pretty swiftly.
They state it's taken them a long time get through all the material to solve the problems but to be a little more patient as they are just finishing the details.

So they are still working on it.
