One wonders, now we’re getting into Sentai actors. If Masaya Matsukaze would be down. Assuming his work schedule is open, he is in the country for Otakon the weekend before. That’d be neat, maybe cut a deal to pay for some of the flights, change fees, whatever. Kinda like how Oreskaband or JAM Project will come do a con then shoot a video while they’re there or swing up to another performance before heading home.

I just booked a room at Red Lion Hotel Anaheim Resort. I can't believe I'm finally going to a Morphincon. Any advice for a first timer?

according to the website, Silver Ranger passes are still available, but it looks like the only way to purchase them now is onsite, in person? Also, so much for the entire season 1 MMPR era rangers appearing altogether, looking more than unlikely now, disappointing since it's the 25th anniversary.


It still hasn't happened yet for any convention, all surviving season 1 MMPR era Rangers appearing at a convention or doing a panel together, but I assume they figure it's not worth it because Thuy Trang is no longer with us, unfortuneately.

And they are doing the tour thing again on Thursday too. They would probably have a much better turn out on Thursday if they didn't advertise Friday as the start date.

Downside is you gotta pick one, but upside is that ASJ will be popping by for photos during the field trip

Dam. I think his rates went up. No way I'm paying 50 for the trip and another 100 on top for a photo with him

I'm glad I've met him before because 60 is a lot for a photo

Haha, true. That was actually the main reason we opted for that hotel; it made sense with all the red lion Zords there have been in Power Rangers, especially the Wild Force one.

Yeah it's just the PMC rate. It's only $40 for a pic or autograph from him at Michigan Comic Con where he'll be the very next day.
