That was a horrid musical selection in that teaser.

Not a full on trailer, but at least this one has a date attached, unlike the Twitter teaser.

I expected Billy's face to look a lot worse than that.

Saw an interview they wanted to be a lot more realistic. Which it isn't so much a bad idea. The idea their going for more is that his mind is shattered like a puzzle. So while he is scarred it is his mind that is more scarred.

Hoping the girl doesn't grate on my nerves in the series the way quippy teen sidekicks usually do.

Still think Russo is too pretty for 'Jigsaw' but what can ya do, the actor has to show his money maker....

we will see how it goes next week.

One batch...two batch...cancellation time....

Most people usually don't watch these on the first day of release, due to busy schedules. Myself, I'm not watching it until later tonight, and I don't usually post about my thoughts until i saw the whole season, which takes a couple of days to get through.

Enjoying it very much so far. I read an interview where Jon Bernthal was asked what he thinks might happen in a series 3 but was playing down the idea saying he just takes each day as it comes. I think he knows its already over. If so, Its such a shame. I've been a member of Netflix since they put up season 1 of Daredevil. If they get rid of this now, I'm done. I'll sign up to Disney's service instead.

I enjoyed it. Lots more action this time around. The initial storyline did take a back seat once they got to NY and did feel rushed in its resolution in some ways, but still enjoyed it.

Bernthal is THE Punisher. Plain and simple. And the way he plays him, from how he talks, how he walks and moves...his little physical and vocal....I dunno, ticks, for lack of a better word, I love those subtle things he does. He really made Frank seem like a force of nature, but he gave him some great depth throughout the season with Amy. She was far from as aggravating as I was afraid a teeny bopper side kick would be.

A step up from season one for me. Wish there would be a season three, but we all know there won't be so.....

Agreed this season brought more to the table with Frank, and Bernthal's portrayal of him makes him the best Punisher, I'm a bit bummed we didn't hear much about micro and I hope Frank's Battle van returns more supped up, either way, Season 2 really amped up the story but also tied off loose ends which was good if Netflix or Marvel don't make another season then there is something seriously wrong with them

Well, season 2 can at least work as a finale if it doesn't go to 3. Daredevil left me wanting more. Not that Punisher doesn't, this season just tied everything up nicely that I would be ok if it ended it here.

I just finished watching season 2. Overall it's not as good as season 1. The main problem was that The Punisher didn't do so much punishing this season. Season 1 had that epic fight scene where the bad guys crashed into Micro's hideout. The Punisher got into his iconic costume, set up all the traps etc.., it was so epic. But we didn't get anything like that in season 2. I felt The Pilgrim was a pretty interesting villain but the ending didn't amount to much. The two ongoing arcs between Jigsaw and The Pilgrim, I thought was going to converge into one epic finale for Frank but it didn't. Instead it was like The Punisher was focused solely on The Pilgrim and Jigsaw was there for the other characters to chew on. Maybe if they pulled a Luke Cage season 1 and had the first 5 episodes devoted solely to The Pilgrim arc and the rest for Russo story it would have flowed better for me.

I will say the ending did tie up all loose ends unlike the other Netflix MCU shows, leaving us with cliffhangers. It's pretty sad seeing the Netflixverse ending like this. Jessica Jones season 3 will unfortunately be the last show.

I liked it, but there were some really sluggish parts. Anything with the psychiatrist was just bad, so bad. The obvious doctor falls for maniac patient trope was just too jarring with the rest of the season. Russo's story just sort of petering out in the end was kind of anticlimatic too. I thought for sure he'd at least get full Jigsaw face by the end. Or they'd go full tease and have him sent to jail in the end only to wind up next to Fisk in prison. But given how the rest of the Netflix shows have been gutted, that would have just been salt in the wound.

It was very interesting to see the father side of Frank. The most intriguing part of this version of the Punisher is its still early years, he's still got emotions and is haunted by his family. Most comics have Frank years, even decades, into the fight and he's just become a machine. It's a different layer you don't normally get and Bernthal plays the shit out of it.

I did love they at least gave us a full on Punisher scene at the end, with new vest and everything. It's weird that it then segues into a Memorial for Stan Lee though. But that almost felt like a thank you to the audience knowing its going to get cancelled next.

Just got done, it was alright. Nothing major to scream home about for me.

Really didnt care for billy this season and wish we got more of the pilgrim .

But like others said, they’ve left it in a way where everything is basically tied up ahead of the expected cancellation
