@Kraftb0x, there are several ways you can use. For instance you can use velcro to attach the holster to the belt and the morpher to the holster or velcro for the holster and rubber bands to hold morpher in place.

Or you can also use a Tape Measure Belt Clip like this for the holster and velcro, rubber bands or glue for the morpher
http://measuretape.en.made-in-china....Belt-Clip.html

I hope I was a good help.

Yeah... my creative juices just aren't flowing today lol. Velcro sounds nice and I guess I was just searching incorrectly for buckles instead of clips. Thank you!

Hey guys, a friend of mine is doing some research on Power Ranger/Sentai costuming. We are looking for the first 100 people to give their responses to the questions in this survey:

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/TR9JC59

It only takes a couple minutes to fill out and can greatly benefit the Power Rangers cosplay community in the near future. I will happily post the results of the survey for everyone to see when we get all 100. Currently around 45 people have already responded.

Would really appreciate it!

the buckle itself is more than big enough to use, and fully functional at that

You've got the time to commission one from Aniki. A pieced-together or DIY cosplay might be a little harder, asI don't know if anyone makes a helmet or helmet kit. I know 007Halu was recently doing a Goseiger/Megaforce run of just the suits.

Eric offers a goseired kit. Halu offers the suits. The glove and boot cuffs are pretty easy to make yourself (or you can order from Halu). Not sure about the boots.

Got a question regarding Blade Blasters and Rangersticks and it didn't seem important enough to make a new thread. I know in a few of the publicity shots and whatnot, the Power Rangers have the toy Blade Blasters in their holsters, but when they are actually being used in Zyuranger footage, they look just a little bit larger than the toys. Were there larger props made for filming? The sword forms are obviously different because of the not-pocket knife blades, but that could easily just but a modified and recast toy.

I've noticed in Zyu that the sticks in the holsters are a one-piece prop. There was no seam in the teeth on the handle sticking out in more than a few shots. I'd bet on them being a modified recast or potentially just solid wood (I noticed the most just before some major stunt or squib shot).

the ranger sticks on zyu are a foam type material covered with vinyl i assume. they are actually 3 different types to my knowledge. here's the basic one u see them wearing. the one they dont take out. just for fighting scenes (stunt's)
skip to 1:25 unless u want to see a prop Dragon Buckler belt.

I know about the solid versions and whatnot, I just need to know if they were any larger than the toys. I was entertaining the idea of making "screen-accurate" blade blasters and such.

I'd love to even see a metal blade made to replace the one in the original blade blaster.
