That's not what I said, though. I specifically said it would've came off better if what she did wasn't completely awful.
Okay right, my bad I misread that somehow.

I remain cautiously optimistic about the future of PR under Hasbro, they haven't done anything yet to really sway that view. I do wish they'd just reboot the movie instead of giving us another movie with the breakfast club rangers.
If Hasbro adapts another season into a movie other than Mighty Morphin, I'd be ok with that. I loved the 2017 reboot and I want a sequel though.

There's no real way to adapt another season into a movie and have it make sense. Those require MMPR as a base.
The most likely options are reboot or completely original story; either as an in between for a new season (like Turbo) or a truly
original team in some way.

I don't think a sequel to the 2017 movie is completely impossible; I just don't find it likely.

We live in a world where folks flocked to see "Ant Man".

It's all about the marketing.

Absolutely. The show itself has proven you don't need teenagers and dinosaurs to be Power Rangers, they could make anything with colors and robots and as long as it looks good, it'll sell.

That's the one beauty of last year's movie tanking, the "rules" proved ineffective. Of course that doesn't mean straying from them will improve things, but it definitely puts that into the conversation.

This is true and Hasbro could adapt Beast Morphers into a movie.

If they do a sequel for Power Rangers 2017,
I hope they change the aesthetic and tone from the first film.
Specifically the suits, zords, and etc.
Donít be so afraid of spandex, Morphers, roll calls, combining zords, and etc.

Needs the Pacific Rim/ Marvel Cinematic Universe feel

If that's what audiences responded to, Pacific Rim would be appreciated.

I'm sure the fact that it was Marvel contributed a lot towards that.

Yep. Most MCU movies get a chance just because they're that. MCU Movies. Of course, that's not the only reason people saw Ant-Man, but we all know that it was a big part.

Power Rangers doesn't have that advantage.

Then you may as well reboot as you are fundamentally changing the DNA of the first movie.

Anybody seen Cobra Kai? Some of the cast like Robby, Miguel and Sam would be AMAZING Power Rangers.

Alpha could upgrade their suits and zords.

Let's leave the spandex for the show. And even then, I wish the show would go in more of a Beast Morphers direction with their suits.

I do kinda wonder if they will try to connect Power Rangers to the Transformers cartoons? I mean as far as I know Cyberverse currently isn't fully known whether it's a brand new continuity or a continuation of the Alined Continuity.

If they haven't totally abandoned the Alined Continuity I wouldn't be too surprised if they revived Unit: E and included Power Rangers among it honestly.

Unless Disney buys Pow--damn, we did that already.

Can't say this is a strong possibility, but you do bring up the idea of the animation aspect of Hasbro produced shows like Transformers.

After seeing the subpar CGI for the robots in the 25th anniversary special this week, I'm hoping we get significantly better digital effects artists for the tech-based villains/transformations that may not come from the Sentai footage

Here's to hoping that Hasbro lives up to their promise of unlocking the full potential of Power Rangers, not just with Beast Morphers, but with the toys, merchandise, etc.

I'm curious to see what other figures they have planned for the Lightning Collection, I'm willing to bet that at least three of them will be the core Beast Morpher Rangers.

It would be AWESOME to see Power Rangers Cinematic Universe. I think Hasbro would be good one to set up the Cinematic Universe. Unless if they want to buy Kamen Rider and other Tokusatsu.

I think we need to see one successful movie before we start talking about a cinematic universe.
