Pretty nifty, but I need more to make a case.

The Lupinranger morph is boss, with the cape's appearance and the top hats turning to visors.
Captain and Jim already have the Patoranger personalities beat, they da real MVPs.
The Gangler hierarchy seems interesting, bowing to the don and all that.

Bring on the mecha!

I liked it but I prefer the Patoranger over the Lupinranger so I was disappointed they had way less focus this episode. Can't wait to see he full Pato henshin and roll call, hopefully next week.

The fight scenes were awesome, I liked the choreography and camera work, I hope they stay on that level.

That was amazing! The camera work was beautiful, the fight scenes interesting, and the villains seem fabulous.

When the scans were dropping I like the Patoranger more but now that I've seen them in action I can't help but love the Lupinrangers. I'm excited to see where this goes.

Same. That shot of the Dial Fighters is just freaking glorious.

I remember back during Go-buster they wanted that show to change the face of Super Sentai. Well,it was Kyuranger that did it and lupinranger vs pat ranger is the proof.

I think the split focus is interesting. I could tell kyuranger was testing the waters with half of the team in the past and half in the present.

We could have the PatoRangers investigating one week and the next week the lupinrangers are looking for a lupin treasure

I have a feeling both teams are being manipulated to collect hidden treasures. Maybe the butler is involved and thatís why they have the same changers

While I liked pretty much everything Iīm with you guys that Lupin Red actor will need to step up.. Maybe is too early, he will need time to warm up to the character as he is developed (lets hope).

I really liked the contrast that was made between the teams: The Patorangers are specially trained but unexperienced cops, while the Lupinrangers are experienced but (presumably) untrained thieves.

Want some "Secret time" with Lupin Red or to go on a "Secret Mission" with Patran1gou? (Seriously, that's what these videos are called )

010 kind of resembles a mask, and it's the 'masquerade' command. That's clever, Toei! I haven't seen the actual episode yet - I'm holding off for subtitles - but that Secret Time video has me wondering one thing: Is that jazz-lady's "LupinRanger!" in the actual show?

Blue and Yellow's codes are 260 and 116, respectively, so the "Masqueraise!" sound is not unique to 010. wotafa pointed out that their codes might be number writings of their colors

I did like how they were trying to put some sense of scale and realism to their robots and secret organisation backdrop. The first half of Go-Busters had some of the best miniature set pieces I've seen in Tokyo IMO.

Just took a look at the raw for the episode and holy crap, the choreography for this show is magical.

The police chief is my favorite police character, lol.

Been listening to the TV-size OP singles and I must say, I've grown to like the Patranger's version (or portion) more than the Lupinranger's. The song gives the electronic version, whereas the Lupinranger's gives the jazzy beat. Combined, they work wonderfully. Having no ED theme is quite strange though.

Can't wait for the subs.

I just rewatched the first episode and hereís some things I picked up on...
-First the scene where the opens is eerily similar to Persona 5 which is funny to me.
-Kogure looks like he is most likely using the rangers because when red asks about the book that stores the Lupin collection he gets defensive.
-Also did anyone notice during the celebration of the villain leaders birthday the boss has around 19 MOTW so does that mean something is going to happen to the villains in the late teens early 20s as it pertains to episodes.
-Also the first introduction to the teams remind me of Gokaiger with Lupin kicking ass so early on. Then for some reason I get more Megaranger vibes from the Patoranger then Dekaranger. Like both teams remind me of quintessential sentai teams from the 90ís(Patranger) and the 2000s(Lupinranger).
Also I get the feeling Kogure was behind the disappearances of the Lupinrangers friends. All-in-all a strong start we got some great action sequences and some mystery which is what I look for in a sentai. I could definitely see this becoming a sleeper hit like Shinkenger was.
