Okay, so the Playskool Megazords are something different from *the* Deluxe Zords?

Or are the Playskool sets one thing (that also combine) and Hasbro is keeping quiet on the true Deluxe Megazord front?
It appears that there are three different kinds.

It also occurred to me they're doing Wildforce because it's got theme synergy with Beast Morphers. Could we see Hasbro do that with future seasons, too? IE lining up a Playskool Lightspeed Rescue toyline with a hypothetical ToQger adaptation.

Basic figures revealed! Quite cartoony but not too bad.

Morpher! And it does come with a key. So that confirms the set morph... when it looked like they inserted something into the Morpher.

They didn't let us down!

That morpher already looks tons better than anything Bandai would've put out.

Cartoony? These are pretty show accurate IMO! Maybe too used to the muscular figures put out by BoA? lol
I mean, look at those angular pecs on the male figures. Figuarts have realistic proportions; these are stylized and have more of a superhero cartoon feel.

The Go-Buster Figuarts are some of the worst, especially for "proportions" what are you on about?

With how much we've gotten over the past few days, I'm wondering if there'll even be anything left for them to reveal by the time ToyFair winds around. Obviously it'll still be good to see some in-person pictures, but they've already shown a good chunk of stuff.

They're probably really saving the Lightning Collection for the big reveal.

God, they were horrendous weren't they? But I get what he's saying. The chest of the males are more chiseled, almost like armor. However, I'd take this over roided males from Bandai any day.

They probably wanted to add a bit of detail to the suits, I don't think it detracts from it at all and I don't think it's cartoony.

The basic line really sets high expectations for the Lightning Collection. I think at this point thatís going to be the next big reveal.

Hoooooooly shit! Those basic figures are great! I was so worried they'd be like the infinity war figures and barely be able to move their legs. I was hoping for knees, but they went above and beyond and made these better than the action heroes! And seeing as they're 6 inches, we should be able to mix and match with the lightning collection pretty well.

Megazords seems to be pretty standard, though solid looking, really hope it doesn't feel as cheap as the BoA zords.

Okay, I'm really excited now, bring on the Beast Morphers toys!

I had a nap. I had looked at the new toy images on here. I really like them.

One thing though. The morpher.
Voice activated...
Me: "It's morphin time!"
Morpher: ...
Me: "I said, It's morphin time!"
Morpher: ...
Me: "IT'S MORPHIN TIIIIMUUUUUUUUUU!"
Morpher: ...
Me: *Gives up, walks away*
*Someone else picks it up*
"It's morphin time"
Morpher; *bleep bleeep colours etc etc*
Me: "How did you do that?
Other person: " You forgot to switch it on"

"Won't it be hard to sell since the GoBusters line didn't have a gimmick?"

Actually, no, super easy! Barely an inconvenience.

Granted Hasbro has added their own gimmick. The key... things.

I hope they're not like ranger keys from super Megaforce.
"Collect them all!"
Me: "I would if I could"

I forgot to add, I hope the toys are available worldwide.

No more 'Not all toys available in every country' something like that written on the boxes.

Maybe anatomy would have been a better word. I don't think the chests were bad on the Go-Busters though, but these guys look great. Just wish they had some ankle movement but these ARE just the basics.

Lots of custom fodder .

A man of culture I see. I'm hoping we see that Hasbro will make the bigger characters since I don't think Figma will ever touch Reinhardt or a D. Va mech...

I mean, toy fair isn't meant for *us*. These press releases are. The idea of holding back a surprise for Toy Fair seems kind of illogical to me. If they're doing press releases, put it all out there.

It's cool seeing Hasbro make a big thing out of this. I don't remember bandai doing this.

You know, one thing that I'm curious about is why the Morpher comes with a set of three keys - red, yellow and... green. You would think that the latter would be blue... 🤔

Btw, for anyone that hasn't noticed, I'm putting all of the info and pictures into the first post of the thread as usual.

i was wondering about that as well, but it could be some kind of error. like it wasnt edited properly or they didnt have a proper model for the promo pics. not sure how either of those would happen but actually getting a green key makes less sense.

To be fair, nothing has actually sold yet.

And I dont think the gimmicks are "needed" to sell a toy line... they're just so damn easy to sell. If you can make literal trash like the ranger keys and get fans to buy 30 different packs of repaints, you're basically just printing money

Mix yellow and blue paint it makes green. Maybe yellow ranger and blue ranger combine their powers.
