Donald Trump and Kellyanne Conway weren't acting...

C'mon, Razzies, being political ain't your lane. You're barely even good at your lane anymore as it is.

Despite its negative reviews from critics, Venom was not able to get any nominations.

I thought Robin Hood was an entertaining movie, I liked it. Don't really feel it deserves being on the list but whatever. The Razzies are what they are.

On another note, so awhile back Becky G starred in a movie called A-X-L. Looked honestly cheesy and not that great. Or at the very least, just a simple movie that aimed to hit certain notes for kids/teens, maybe more light hearted teens. Anyway, I think it was a couple weeks ago the movie came out on DVD and all. On a whim I looked at it...no bonus features. I gotta say, feel that's really odd even if the movie is cheesy, simple, didn't do well, generally there's something. Just a random thing.

I concur, I saw it in the theater, not opening weekend, but after. I didn't pay any attention to the reviews and enjoyed it. Now I'm just waiting for Amazon to have it up for pre-order.

Was it a rental? Rental copies don't always include the bonus features, as a way to entice you to buy your own copy.

Edit: The list all of Hollywood wants to be on. The nominees for the 91st Academy Awards.

Vice for best picture? But that's billed as a comedy!!!!

I'll give to either Black Panther if they want to appease the Millennials, or Roma if they per typical don't.

Best Actor is Christian Bale hands fucking down, Best Actress is Glenn Close, Best Supporting Actor is mah boy Mahershala Ali again, Best Supporting Actress is Regina King, Best Director is Alfonso Cuarón, Animated Film is Spidey (eat it Disney!), Animated Short I'm hoping for Bao, Adapted Screenplay is probably Beale Street but could be A Star is Born if they want to break its kicked puppy streak, Original Screenplay is probably Green Book since it's real but might be Roma, Cinematography is absolutely Roma, Production Design is probably Black Panther because of the backdrops, Costume Design is probably The Favourite, Foreign Language Film is obviously Roma, Documentary can't not be RBG in this climate, Visual Effects I honestly can't decide between Infinity War and Ready Player One but probably Avengers just for the snap, and Makeup has been Vice since the moment the trailer dropped.

People are bagging on Black Panther for being overrated, I'd argue that nobody would even be talking about Roma if it wasn't presented in black & white, and the name of the director attached. Seriously, show that to someone and don't tell them who made it, they largely wouldn't care.

It's a little annoying that Suicide Squad can win for best makeup, but Deadpool 2 doesn't even get a nod for Original Song? "Ashes" was head and shoulders above Kendrick Lamar's repetitive 'All The Stars', or that's just my personal taste.

Also, 'A Quiet Place' for Best Sound Design or we riot.

Won't You Be My Neighbor's snub for Best Documentary astounds me! The same can be said for them not recognizing Emily Blunt's performance in Mary Poppins Returns and Bradley Cooper's directing for A Star is Born.

Nah, in the store. If it had been a rental then it wouldn't have gotten my curiosity. It was just odd, I mean no even rudimentary behind the scenes or anything. Guess it must've done so badly they didn't care, or who knows. Just odd.

Well, I know it's a franchise of some kind, but I don't know if I should create a new thread because I don't know if the film will happen or not. Disney was reportedly going to begin working on a third Princess Diaries movie in 2016, but it was shelved after Gary Marshall had passed away that year. However, Anne Hathaway says that another film might be in development after all.

Is she going to finally just be Queen, and deal with her own teen daughter princess? Seems like the only way to go at this point.

I just got back from seeing Green Book, and found it absolutely delightful. It was touching, heart-warming, very humorous. The dialogue was sharp, and both lead actors were on top form. I'd find it hard to say it's the best film I've seen this year, but it's certainly the best of the Best Picture nominees that I've seen.
