It looks like it could be on his chest because of how circular it is for a head lol.
This is apparently from something related to Kamen Rider Chocolate, hence the SD design.

What we’re seeing is a product similar to the SD toys

The eyes being that round definitely give it more of an owl feel, imo

It's usually between th 13th and 18th when we get the catalog scans, I really think it will be released the 14th.

Catalogs are always released on Thursday. So earliest we’d get anything is Wednesday night in the west.

More rumors:

Multiple riders, bearing the powers of animals. Zero-One’s main form is a grasshopper, but he also has a hawk; among others. Vulcan can also use the grasshopper powers in toy form, armors are like Gaim. The Attaché weapon may be shared. #GrainOfSalt

Edit:
One more rumor- the belt name will not feature the word “Driver” in it.

There's an interesting staff list that popped up that claims Ohmori (producer on Kyoryuger, Drive, Ex-Aid, and Build) is producing Zero One while Yuya Takahashi (Ex-Aid's writer) is co-writing alongside Akiko Kanehiro (who just so happens to be Masaru Igami's granddaughter and Toshiki Inoue's daughter). It'd be pretty neat to kick off the new era by having a third generation tokusatsu writer from the same family.

Rumor- Belt is named the “MakinaArts”.

Grain of salt, though it’s interesting that it’s similar to the android’s name.

Sounds too good to be true.

Why? Takahashi has been around for a while (as well as Ex-Aid he wrote the Drive DVD specials and Amazons movie.) Kanehiro is, as mentioned, the daughter and granddaughter of two of the franchise's most important writers and wrote the Decade novel, it makes sense she would get involved in writing a show

The rumors have been hinting at an Ex-Aid Writer being the writer, so it wouldn't surprise me.

That would be a complete disaster.

Ex-Aid made money. That's all anyone cares about lol.

And I don't think Ex-Aid had any real issues with the writing, so I'd be fine with it.

How much more did it make than Build/Zi-O? I hadn't heard of it being that successful

Other than Masamune being a rather underdeveloped villain, I really enjoyed Ex-Aid. I'd happily watch another series by the same writer.

Numbers off-hand, I don't know. But they made so many Gashat after the fact, including moving into Build, that sales were at worst, decent.

As for it being more popular than Build or Zi-O, I'm not sure. And I don't think we can state anything about Zi-O's sales until after it's over hehe.
