Not surprised. Tommy is still the most popular Ranger. It means that if you really want the villain, you should get him/her or you might not see the figure again except on eBay at inflated prices.
Remember the White Ranger was huge without any challenge in the mid 90s. Even casual fans and general action figure collectors will want to pick this one up because of the nostalgic attachment to their childhood hero!

For any Canadian collectors, contact your EB as they're taking pre-orders now, was able to do mine over the phone. Guy gave same expected arrival for the main 4 set for May although he told me Goldar is expected for August. Coulda sworn I heard October before.

side note:
Catalogue also showcased Transformers Ghost Busters Ecto-1 & the BS Imperial jump trooper

Worth noting because I don't know if it's been mentioned, but if you Pre-Order from Hasbro Pulse, they charge you when you make the order...

Not sure why they put "Selected at Random" on those figures...

For some reason, EB uses generic SKUs for stuff like this and Marvel Legends. So if you call in to ask about a specific figure, there's no proper way for them to check the system. It's even worse when their online ordering is just figure roulette.

Not sure if this has been asked, but does anyone know if a pre-order on the Hasbro Pulse website counts for the free premium membership offer?

I have the same question. I placed a preorder but didn't see anything about the membership

Considering they charge you, I'd say yes. Pulse seems to be very bare bones right now in terms of communication. You can't even save a credit card on file.

It seems like Hasbro Pulse does preorders like Best Buy. Thereís a pre authorization for the mount then the funds actually goes back to your card until the items released, where it charges your card again.

I donít really like doing pre orders like that but at least itís better than what toys r us did to me with a pre order and pre authorized a charge for the full amount every 30 days until the item came out. I think that was tru, I remember it being annoying keeping track to make sure the funds were still in my account every time. Lol

Well the lighting collection crapped all over the legacy line in 1 wave. I have wave 1 on pre order on Amazon right now. Could never do that with the legacy figures.

Hasbro's superior distribution alone makes them leagues better than BoA imho. The fact that finding these things is going to be significantly less stressful is such a relief.

They must not know the difference between pre-order and pre-purchase...

$30 each? aw i cant see myself completing lines now.
I was hoping they would atleast be the price of the marvel legends and bandai legacy figures at $20 each. That extra $10 for me adds up. haha

I was also hoping for the ghostbuster transformer to be in my price range. Oh well.

They're $20. It's $30 Canadian which is about $20 USD.

Cause when you order figures off Gamestop/EBGames, if it's an assortment they do exactly that, give you them at random. So if all they have is 3 MMPR white, and you order 3 figs... Guess what you're getting.
