How can combining a Gorilla and a Tank NOT be considered a best match. Is TANK armor not as strong as a Diamond?

Maybe because because Diamond is lighter than Tank. Sure TankGorilla would make him really strong, but possibly also slower and more vulnerable.

The better question is what makes something a "best match" ?
Because from i've seen, it really doesn't seems THAT simple at all..

They'll probably have some explanation for that.

Again, it's a good gimmick they've got going on here with the mix-and-match halves. I just hope they make it more like Double in terms of tactical usage, as opposed to OOO who tended to choose random combinations just to remind you that he could.

NightRogue continues to look suitably badass! We're not seeing anything of BloodStark at the moment though - I'm curious about this guy.

I'm so loving all these suits. I think what I appreciate the most about them is their consistency with one another. All of Build's forms have a good balance between being similar to the base suit while deviating from it just enough so that you can tell it's suppose to be its own thing. The last rider show that I can say did this well was Fourze. Every other show after that was either A) too similar to each other (Wizard) B) too different from each other (Drive) or C) cheated things a bit by simply putting stuff on top of the base suit (Gaim, Ghost, Ex-Aid). Here though, the balance between similarity and difference is just right.

Anyone else notice that of the first three Best Matches(RabbitTank, GolirraMond, and HawkGatling) GorillaMond is the only one that doesn't have a little fin like thing on it's right shoulder?

It's not a bad thing. Subbing a weekly takes a lot of dedication, and lightening their workload for a year allowed a new (and pretty good) group of subbers a chance to step in. Though I am glad we appear to have a set group for the year ahead.

Shallowly? They didn't want to do it. They don't owe it to you to do it.

They don't and that's not what AnAlpha meant.

And I agree with him. ExAid looked ridiculous and I can totally understand why O-T wanted to skip this year... then few episodes later, WHOA. It's not like anything changed for us, casual viewers, but the show was full of surprises and that's a fact.

On the other hand, Build seemed pretty cool until the trailer aired.

So? They didn't want to do it. They made it very clear it was simply because they wanted to focus on other things. It had nothing to do with the quality of the show.

"Regarding Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, we won’t be picking it up and instead put that time towards working on stuff we’ve left neglected for a while, which, as it stands, is a lot of stuff. Sorry guys. Our encoder GuSTaVauM will continue to post Ex-Aid raws as usual."

And even if it was because of the quality, then that means when it got better they should have changed their minds? Maybe they're like me and as the show went on they actually thought it got worse, and the "surprises" were just forced drama. Just because the general consensus is that Ex-Aid got really good later on doesn't mean everyone's gonna be into it.

What was the last time they skipped a series? Gaim?

It's their decision and they are entitled to it, sure. I'm just saying that the "non-conservative" (to put it simply) designs probably contributed to the decision.

lol wow at all the assumptions here. I didn't feel they owed "me" anything. (heck subs help, but I'm fine watching raw personally). When saying "shallowly" I was simply referring to the buzz that a few members hated the way Ex-Aid looked and thought it would be crap. Turns out it was a pretty amazing series.

As I always say with these series, looks are one thing. It's the story that decides it for me (judging a book by its cover and all that jazz).

*edit*

Okay, but let me ask you this then. Even if the designs contributed to the decision (which I wouldn't agree with, I'm one of those weird people that doesn't let a design ruin a show for me unlike sooooo many other people I've encountered, just seems a silly thing to let bring a show down for you) does that mean that once the show started getting "better" they should have decided to work on it? I'm only asking because that's kind of what your other post made it sound like.

That's not at all what I'm saying, and I'm not sure why this is becoming a debate. They made the choice not to sub it (rumored to be based on looks) and others did. I joked that they were probably kicking themselves when it got good.

There's no more to read into it than that. Lets leave over-dissection for when the show airs.
