Lakers finally win one! Sure, it was against the lowly Suns, but it still counts.

Vintage Lance Stephenson out there tonight!

The Kings/Grizzlies had a good ol's slobberknocker of a game in Sacramento. I was at work so I didnt see this game but heard the Grizzlies were leading in the 4th until the Kings made the comeback and won. Marc Gasol got hurt in this game though so maybe that played a part in it. The Grizzlies threw up a lot of bricks which allowed for the Kings starting frontcourt to all grab at least 10 boards for each player. That's something you dont see often.

Stephen Curry must have saw Blake Griffin's 50 point performance and decided to upstage him. He made his 51 points look easy as the Wizards couldn't stop the onslaught of the Warriors. They scored 144 points and shot 57% as a team. All in regulation. Yeps, teams are no longer playing defense. And I think the Sixers need to fix their defense badly. They have been engaged in a lot of high scoring games already. They gave up the big game to Blake and now to Giannis. The Bucks are now 4-0 to start the season.

Congrats to the Lake Show on their first win. Lance and LeBron were great in the win over the Suns. Knicks received a but whooping against the Heat and now they drop to 1-4. Steph Curry was the player of the night scoring 51 points in 3 quarters as the Warriors demolished the Wizards.

I was worried with five minutes left to play, but the Lakers delivered Denver their first loss!

The idea that Lance Stephenson is the difference maker on this team is beginning to freak me out in the best possible way.

Make them Lance! Dude has been a very good spark coming off the Lakers bench and he helped the Lakers with the win last night. Great first home win for the Lake Show.

We are now 3-3 after deating Moonsknight's Wizards. And man was that an exciting game to watch. Both teams kept fighting back and exchanging leads. The Wizards were getting plays from Wall, Beal and Oubre who had a monster game off the bench. But the Kings starting four (minus Shumpert) all were critical in the win as they all scored in double figures. Not gonna lie. This Kings team has been more fun to watch than last year's team. Last year was the ZBo show until they decided to go with the youth movement. This year, Fox is improved, more great play from the youngers and Bjelica has helped made the team more fun to watch. I'm also sure Bjelica is glad to be out of Minnesota.

Speaking of Minnesota, man that team is in shambles. Butler must have effed Towns' gf badly earlier this year. Towns has been a wreck on the court and he looks mentally out of it too. Thibodeau needs to do something but he seems adamant on keeping Butler. Sometimes I forget that he's also the President of Basketball Operations. This is not a good situation at all. I would have to say 5 of Friday's games were blowouts. The Raptors/Mavs was never close to consider a close game. The Nets had to lose to the Pelicans in a sad way. And maybe the Rockets are also in shambles. Didn't keep Ariza and Moute and see their defense getting lit up. Good job Morey.

Not unless that trade goes through...

Just when you think your team is playing so well against the mighty Warriors, they just turn it up another level. The Knicks played well in the second half and led for the good part of the beginning of the 4th. By the time you know it the Warriors, Durant specifically, just goes off and the game you were leading, your now down double digits in a blink of an eye. Very exciting to watch but also a very scary. This Warrior team is a true juggernaut.

I feel sorry for the Cavs this year. Went from being in the Finals 4 straight years to probably being at the bottom of the barrel this season.

Demar Derozan paying dividends, edging out my Lakers in the closing seconds for the Spurs victory.

Iím surprised Rondo didnít go for two in that late game situation. Making it wouldíve had them down by 3 at worst if the Spurs made both their FTs and with maybe 7-8 seconds left.

Isn't he still under contract?

Good for him. All of the money with none of the headache.

Since he was fired, he's no longer under contract?

Contracts stipulate a duration. Therefore, if a coach is terminated in violation of that time period, the wage they were promised still has to be delivered until that given time has passed.

Trust me, the Lakers have had to do that more than once. LOL

Sucks for Tyronn Lue. He's been getting clowned on in social media sites because he never felt like a real Coach. He had Lebron to mask his coaching. I think the Cavs should go into tank mode though. Their roster is very bad devoid of talent. I hope Kyle Korver gets traded to a contending team too.

By the way, are the Wizards in shambles right now? Or too early to tell? They publicly called out each other after their loss to the Kings. And now they got whooped by 30 points to the Clippers. A lot of people seem to think the Wizards need to trade Wall or Beal. One of them has to go.

Actually that's at the discretion of the team depending on the contract that was signed. If he had 2 years left on his contract, they dont have to pay that.

What a night in the NBA! First Klay Thompson was on fire scoring 52 points, shooting a now record 14 three pointers. They led the Bulls 92-50 at the half which is unheard of.

The Knicks got their revenge against division rivals, the Brooklyn Nets. Finally we get our second victory, Tim Hardaway leading the way with 25 points.

The Lakers unfortunately take another loss, this time against the Wolves. Jimmy Butler was cold blooded in crunch time leading the Wolves to victory.
