Any news on Ultraman Zero series?

This is what was on wikipedia.

"The series will include Ultraman Leo and Astra. It will also feature a villainous copy of Techtor Gear Zero known as Techtor Gear Black as the main antagonist. It will air on May 20, 2010 and will have a total of 26 episodes."

To my knowledge their has been nothing else of any relevancy mentioned.

I saw it the other day. It was great, but nowhere near as good as The Super 8 Ultra Brothers movie.

Let's hope that that's right and not made of fanfic material.

Nexus and UltraSeven X are boring as hell, Mebius is awesome, Max is cool.

The problem I see with Nexus and X is that they tried too hard to be "MATURE SHOWS FOR MATURE VIEWERS SUCH AS MYSELF" and...lost the spirit of what Ultraman should be in the process.

I really enjoyed Ultraman The Next movie. It exceeded all my expectations. However I wish Ultraman Cosmos The First Contact movie wasn't in English for me. Its too loud. However both had interesting storylines and characters.

there already has been an Ultraman vs. Kamen Rider cross-over movie, I wish there was an Ultraman-Super Sentai cross-over

I really wish they would release more of the old (and new for that matter) Ultraman shows on DVD over here for us Region 1 folk. Even just subtitled stuff (although I would prefer both subbed and dubbed DVD releases.)

I loved watching the dubbed Ultraman Tiga. But, there is no known download for it that I have been able to find. (I have been searching forever) So, I decided to just to watch it with the subs instead.

I kind of prefer the subtitled versions, as long as they aren't in "Engrish".

A few weeks ago, was my first time watching Towards the future and that animated one. I wonder if they did some suit scenes in the US.

FB Dubbed Tiga will never be on DVD. The american set was uncut japanese cause people threatened 4Kids about the dub, at least that's how I heard it.

Japanese needs to crossover their heroes more. DC and Marvel Do it constantly.
Or at least give us a teaser picture of it to shut the other universes up.
At least Gavan will Join Gokaiger in the movie.

Kind of. It was filmed there, but it aired in the US.

There was also an actual US made Ultraman, but I don't think it aired. It is available to wwatch online somewhere though. I think I have my facts straight on this, let me take a look around.

The one you're talking about is Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero (Ultraman Powered in Japan). The actor that becomes Ultraman in the series is Kane Kosugi (best known for his role in the Super Sentai series Kakuranger, as NinjaBlack).
