Question About LionsGate 25th Anniversary Discount:

Hey, so I have a few questions about the LionsGate 25th Anniversary discount.

1. Are all of the seasons plus the 2017 movie all on DVD format? Cause I only just have a DVD player. I don't have a Blu-Ray player. And I have no way of playing Digital copies either.

2. Do the seasons come in the repackaged design as shown on the website? Cause I think it would be cool to get them in the repackaged design.

Thanks to anyone who can answer this for me.

Nobody makes anything that's Blu-Ray exclusive (At least not features).

Yes, I do have a PS4, actually. And I have a PS3, as well. And I know, I know, the PS3, and the PS4 can both play DVDs, and Blu-Rays. But I mostly use my PS3, as well as my PS4 mostly for just gaming.

Sorry, but this doesn't exactly answer my initial question that I was asking.

You do realize that most companies that put TV shows and movies on DVD are mostly all starting to drop DVDs in favor of Blu-Rays, don't ya? I guess they're supposed to be in High Definition (HD), or something. I don't know, I don't really buy Blu-Rays, just DVDs.

To my knowledge, only promotional things have been made exclusively on Blu-ray. I've got this Spider-Man 3 bonus disc that gives a sneak peak of the movie that was put out only on Blu-ray, and Best Buy stores were offering them. I believe Best Buy has put out other things like that.

I don't think that's true. Where did you see that stated? Some studios have put out season sets on both formats at first, but then just made the rest of the seasons DVD only since the Blu-ray counterparts didn't sell as well.

Well, have you ever actually been inside an electronics store, like Best Buy for example? Last time I went to my local Best Buy (which has been a while, about a month ago, or so I think), nearly half of their entire TV and movie section was Blu-Rays. Oh sure there were some DVDs still there, but most of them were Blu-Ray and DVD combo packs.

And as far as I know, the newest Star Wars movies, like Star Wars: Episode 8: The Last Jedi was never even released on DVD. At least, I haven't seen it on DVD, I've only seen it on Blu-Ray only.

Last Jedi is on DVD. As is Infinity War.

Also, while I can't answer part 2, the PR movie is on DVD as is every season from MMPR to vanilla Ninja Steel.

Of course I have. Still, most things are just DVD only. Besides, it's mostly Blu-ray movie releases that include the DVD as well. TV season sets on Blu-ray are mostly just Blu-ray. Not many season sets on Blu-ray have DVDs in the same sets.
