It's a bit like Charmed in terms of the 3 women in power. But it's more about kicking butt than magical stuff. Our girls do it with their fists and their tails!

Sounds just like a Power Rangers writer.

Hey folks. Today is the last day of the free promo for my book. I was hoping to be able to give away my signed original movie poster, but I haven't had any reviews from you guys. It's not too late! Best review on Amazon gets it!

I read the prologue from the samples today, really good and pacy stuff. I liked how you described the family's quick movements towards the beach, comparing it to a ferociously fast engine, also liked the expressive depiction of the mother's condition.

I'm not keen on reading books online [I'm old-fashioned and prefer a paperback in my hand], but I'll see if I can put this aside for my birthday in a couple of months.

You got it, brother. I really appreciate the feed back! And, when you can, an Amazon review would be amazing!

How long did it take you to write this novel?

Honestly, this has been a passion project of mine that I started several years back. I finally picked it up again this year and finished it. I would say that all told, it took about a year if you added up the days working on it.

Doug, been thinking about picking this up for a couple days because it looks super interesting but I've been a bit low on cash (I totally missed the free portion until after it was done ). Whenever I get around to getting it, would you mind if I threw up a review of it over in my thread?

Absolutely! That would be great. Sorry for the financial difficulties. Hope things improve quickly. They always seem to when you are at the lowest point. Hang in there! If you really want to read it and can't find the money in.a couple of weeks, hit me up and Ill see what I can do.

I think your poster giveaway could easily apply to reviews shared on here Doug. Some of us don't have Amazon accounts, or might be weary of creating one just for a giveaway opportunity. I think you'd get a lot more interest in it if you made the contest more exclusive to here.

Just a suggestion.

So real talk, Doug. How many references to "Sirens" are in this book?

Hey Doug,

Can't wait to dive into the book, honestly any chance of snagging the poster is just a bonus. Looks like a fun read.

Quick question though, assuming the poster is still up for grabs, how would you distinguish that we are from RB or not on Amazon? Should we notify such in our review? Just curious.

I will be purchasing either way and am glad that you're still out there producing quality art. All the best to you and I look forward to getting my hands on the book!

Or could be something akin to Tales From The Crypt. Given how the Fates are tied to foretelling the future, that could easily be used as a framing story device to tell an anthology story.
