So, the models I ordered for Christmas are due to arrive this week at the earliest. The Starbuild Strike is supposed to arrive a day earlier than the Unicorn, but the Unicorn shipped a day earlier than the Starbuild Strike. Anyone want to place a bet which will arrive first?

Let's go with that they'll both be there the same day...

Finally finished, they may not have any fancy shmancy panel lining, but I like 'em.

And we have a winner. Unicorn arrived with SBS nowhere in sight. Thanks for playing!

It was a very good kit, but I find I prefer the Full Packages wings more. Thankfully, I can order them separately and I kept the leg pieces to switch the SBS to it's earlier form.

Mom gave me a gift card for looking after my grandma. I was going to break and get the Build Strike because I heard it was a good kit, but then I found I could get the HG 00 Quan[T] for the same price. It even comes with a stand! So yeah, went with 00.

00 Quan[T] arrived today. Can't wait to see this bad boy put together. I also took a gamble and ordered Kimaris from IBO. I really, really hate it when I go to look up reviews and they're just a bunch of pictures of the kit put together.

Well... this thread died... lol!

I had packaged everything up due to the fact that I needed the shelf space for my five million items I have... BUT... since I've sold a great majority of those items, I was able to get all my models back out... sans two MG's... and FINALLY put them all on the shelf together!

I have nothing to build on the horizon... but finally happy I can put all of these out.

I'm so antsy to try and get my models out. Most are sitting in a box because I just don't have as many shelves as I used to. All I've got out are my two mini Beargguys, (the sky blue one that comes with the Beargguy F, and a pink one) my RG Exia, and my HG Cherudim. At this point, I'm waiting until we figure out whether we're getting a house soon or continuing in apartments for the time being before I even think of a new shelf system.

Also super antsy to get a new kit. I almost pounced on a MG Exia Dark Matter last week, but I'm glad I didn't since my self-control weakened at the end of the week when faced with The Division...

Honestly... I can't think of anything I want at the moment... however... I was dying to put all of them back out.

The problem is, I limit one shelf per thing... so it keeps me at bay on what I buy, but at the same time hinders putting "everything" out... *grumble*

Oh, there's plenty I want. Especially in the MG range. But I don't really have the time or money to do a real deep dive into that list anytime soon.

That's right! I had forgotten you moved awhile back... ahhh... I hate having things in boxes. However, I will say, sometimes I forget I have something and my random spelunking finds gems... lol!!

I haven't stayed up to date with anything honestly. I'm so far out of the look that it isn't funny. Not to mention my Gundams share a common theme... so if they don't fall into that theme, I don't pay much attention, haha!

I'm too anal about stuff to let things sit too long forgotten. I tend to go through boxes at least once every month or two, just to see if there's anything I can trim down.

My issue is that I just like too many designs across too many Gundam series. Themes are never really my thing

Joining the family about two weeks ago, the Gundam Tryon 3, which I admit I wasn't too crazy about at first, but the more I thought about it, he's going against Yuuma's Lightning and they're both based on prominent UC mecha and all. Also it was a bundle deal with Amazing Exia and Sengoku Astray.

Also he's got a lot more leftover parts from the ZZ Gundam mold than you'd think.

Yep, he can even do this.

I didn't know it could transform... that's pretty cool!

I can't get over the color scheme though... it's so loud and obnoxious... lol!

I'm getting a gift card for my birthday, but I'm not sure what to buy. I don't really want to buy HGs with it, as those seem kinda tame for such an occasion.

I kinda want to build the RG Freedom, since I love the look of a fully-stickered RG and I can pair it with the RG Justice. I already have the old MG and the Revive HG though. I think this is what I'll do for now, along with an action base for the damn thing, and I'll buy the Justice in about two months.

I'm not really keen on MGs myself. They take up too much room and are not as challenging to build as RGs. That and I hate dry transfer decals.

Really? I can understand some of the older ones, but there are some pretty challenging newer ones out there. The RX-78-2 3.0 was a bitch to finish, but looks lovely on display.

Maybe it is the age of the few I've built. Probably should get something newer, but it's also a matter of finding kits I want. The MG Force Impulse is nice.

Yeah, the MG's have come a long way... I have both the original MG God Gundam and the No Grade, yet it's an MP, Red Astray... and holy hell, that Red Astray blows the GG out of the water.

Damn, I thought I had one of both of them together...

But I've gotten over MG's. They were my favorite, but since Gundam Build Fighters, I've really grown to love the HG's. And I can buy a ton of them, and display them a lot easier than finding places for PG and MG...
