Eh... see, I don't. Because of the design of the figures and how their clothes fit, a joint in the chest would, look weird to me.

Now, if they could have figured out a way around it like Figuarts does, then I'd be down.
Yes, less a crunch or something like male Legends have and more that ball joint the figuarts use.

Honestly I think that kind of ball joint for the chest would just be another fragile point on the figure. Don't get me wrong I love this line and pretty much everything about it but you have to admit they're a little fragile. I don't swap their hands because just like the Ranger Legacy line I know the wrists are very brittle.

Okay, update.

GameStop has all 6 of the next wave available for preorder. All with the release date of 2/6/19. So that could be a good indicator that Bandai is going to start releasing a full wave at a time than spilt them into 3.

Ultra Instinct Goku
SS Gohan
Goku Black (Base)

Vegeta (Base, Whis Outfit)
Vegetto (Base)
Future Trunks (Base)

I cant wait to see how losing the dbz line will affectbthe dbz line. One would hope we get more frequent releases and more diverse characters. But this is bandai so.....

If anything, they’ll definitely move faster with the DBZ line. I feel this is why we’re getting 6 figures released at once so that they can move to those 10 in the next wave from Z and GT. Those characters will sell better than what they have had, and even then the line has been moving pretty steadily around here.

Just bought my first Dragon Stars figures just accompany what Dragonball Figuarts that I own, started off with Cabba and Hit, thinking of aiming for the Super Saiyan Future Trunks as well since I really like how that looks. If anyone has Jiren, how is he as a figure?

hes pretty good. but like every figure in the line there are some joints that are designed in a flawed way that makes the figure look good, but hinders articulation.

I dont collect db figures but how do they compare to the legacy line? Or is bandai just a-holes all around?

Surprisingly good. The scale is in line with Marvel Legends and they're very good quality. Good articulation, sculpt and paint. There's some issues, especially with the early figures, but they're way better than they have any right to be.

I think I'll get him, if I can get a nice basic pose in there, it'll be worth it. I went straight for Cabba since judging by the pic on BBTS it looks wicked, I'm hoping they look good along with the Figuarts.

They’re fine with the Figuarts.

That does look pretty good, I won't have any qualms getting the Stars version of Goku Black over the Figuarts version if the lack of funds comes into play.

If only that same effort was put into the legacy line. Ah well.

So my cousin gave me my Christmas gift early and he gave me the Dragon Stars Goku Black he also gave me the merged Zamasu leg that he got w/ Zamasu. I didnt really dig how Blacks feet looked an I got curious and popped his legs off an put the merged Zamasus legs on him and I must say they fit perfectly and make him look just a bit better IMO XD

What are your thoughts on UI Goku? I just watched a review on him and wanted to hear your opinion since you have em in hand

He actually looks a lot better in hand then the promo pics made him out. I dont know how to say it but he kind of looked under detailed when we saw him revealed with the broly baf but he has no issues in hand. To be honest, all the figures look better in hand, but gohan looks weird with no bang.
