Ok everyone. I've updated all of those that have request to switch to 'D' and I'm focusing all of today into the workshop. I'll be finishing up my gekichanger run and working on these pretty non-stop except for the minor break here and there. I will take pics of everyone's progress as I am labeling whose is what as I go so you'll be able to pic out yours.

Thanks everyone. Oh and if anyone has a time deadline like a convention or something like that coming up very soon, let me know and I'll work with you on trying get it to you even faster. So far I've had one rush order so I'm trying to get it out first but in all honesty I am cutting foam pieces all at the same time. Meaning all base parts are done first, then all outside claw pieces, then the next inner one, etc etc. It's the covering that slows me down.

More coming soon.

I have a question regarding boot and cuff trim. At one point, I believe in your previous thread where you were first showing off the shield, you said you would accept peoples boots and/or cuffs and attach the trim pieces for them. Can you still do this, or will you tell us an effective way of attaching the pieces ourselves?

Yes I will attach them or tell you how to. PM nipu and I can give you my address to send the boots. The real advantage of me doing it over you attaching them yourself is that I can wrap the gold over the lip of the boots and gloves just like the original while on your own you would just stick them straight to the surface.

Ok headed back outside.

Well the work day was cut short by the daycare calling about the baby having a fever but not before I got everyone's shield bases cut out and all of the rush order completely cut out and ready to assemble. I'm going to try and get everyone's armbands and trim cut out tonight so people that need to send measurements, please do so. I need your bicep, neck, shoulder width and bust measurements sent to ryu-kumon@comcast.net

As soon as my camera's battery recharges I'll upload some pics

I'll probably send you some measurements King. I know I'm a bit bigger than your average asian male. I've never taken measurements before, so for shoulder you want the width from shoulder to shoulder and for bust, is that when you measure under the armpits all the way around the back and chest? Just making sure.

For shoulders, you go from the bone bump of the shoulder to the other.

For bust, you go around the body under the armpits and right on the um.... nipples.

For bicep, you go around the largest part of the mid-upper arm.

For neck, you go around the base of the neck where it meets the shoulders.

Pics for you guys.

You can see your name on your set:

Look at the aftermath to my foam pile.

Well I need to order more foam anyway, since the distributor did not have the full order I placed. >.<

But this run is in the clear.
