My second wave of prints just came in. I'll take better photos later.

I like how these turned out. I'm a little concerned the NS Blue weapon handle might be too big. I will tweak it if it is. The female figure hands are just so terrible. They can't really hold anything and the arms are weak. Hasbro don't be like Bandai.

No the weapons don't combine which is a little sad as at a 10% larger scale they honestly could have done so. Right now parts could almost fit.

Some commented on how the first Zeo Sword blade was kinda thin. The one I got wasn't. I didn't tweak the blade design but I feel V2 has a thin blade. It's so weird. I think after adding primer it may have stiffened up on V1. I won't be changing the design again but It's something I've noticed as well.

The thing about SLS printing vs FDM is that SLS uses a laser. With FDM it's filament that's extruded. So some corners are rounded while with a laser they aren't. Makes filleting a tad difficult to predict at such a small scale.

I really liked how this turned out. Pain in the rear. That head is all surface modeling. But in the end a lot of detail came out. Check those teeth, LOOK AT THEM!

The pattern is a little engraved on there for painting. That broke my machine like several times trying to model the pattern.

Do you know how to make 3D model files of these for 3D printing?

and make a 3D model of it and perhaps size it up to say 5" figure size or even a 6.5" Legacy fig and size it down to 5" as well?

Yes, but to print that off from Shapeways would be really expensive

The Ninjastorm hands were really not made to hold things. Every only figure have some level of pliable hands(with DT being the best).

Ninjastorm is a darn rock. Also NS Blue has the worst hands. Are they even hands? Like a babies tiny fingers are more useful.

Ah I see well forget about that pic I found one that's not in any pose at all now if you could scale the pic below to 5" scale that'd be great
