Honestly jimmy krankie has just been waiting for a opportunity to do another independence vote since she did not like the answer to the last one.
The Scottish people voted 56 to 3 MPs in favour of a second Independence Referendum. SNP were also given a huge chunk of control of the Scottish Parliament, though they did not win an outright majority.

During the Scottish election, the SNP outlined this in their manifesto:

-Should Scotland vote to remain in the EU (which happened unanimously and 62-38 split) and England vote to leave, removing us from the EU anyway then we have the right to vote a second time for Independence due to the huge change in circumstances an EU leave would bring.

The Scottish people voted for a huge SNP majority in favour of this manifesto. So, being dragged out of Europe against our will is something that does indeed trigger another referendum because the circumstances have changed drastically in the 2 years since the vote took place.

Especially when the Better Together campaign made a huge point in stating "A vote for No is a vote for remaining in the EU."

-Many No voters support the EU
-Many YES voters are against joining the EU (38%, or a million people)

The changes drastically call for a re-examination of Scottish sovereignty.
