I guess it's possible for them to have seven episodes on Vol 2... but is Buena Vista smart enough to do that? I guess it could also be possible for 5 & 5 though... Or they'll just skip episodes. *shrug*

There's only gonna be 5 DVD releases, just like last year.

Lets say there's 5 eps per DVD. 5 x 5 = 25.

Now 3 eps of the first PRDT DVD had 2 PRNS eps on it. 25 - 2 = 23

23 eps out of 38. Be lucky we get that.

do they just take out the "Monster Of the Week" episodes when they do this? or are there major plotholes if you were to watch it from DVD (if i bought the DVDs of Ninja Storm would there be alot of plotholes from missing episodes?)

i think it'll be 5 eps each for a little while. they might have just named the second disc LoP because there was no real good name for the DVD. i doubt BV would call it "Legacy of Filler eps"

edit- plus it would drive me crazy if i had to wait till sept. just to see LoP and back in black in all its dvd glory.
