First of all, the sentai movie I'm adapting this off isn't very clear on continuity either (being released some time after Hurricanger ended, I think). For the sake of convenience however, I'm placing this just after The Wild Wipeout.
And now, on with the show...

THE DOCKS
Less than a mile from the site of the last big fight with the Wild Force Rangers. Cam never thought of looking in the immediate area, which was his first big mistake, and now Blake and Hunter were paying for it.
The Red Wild Force Ranger was as tough as he was fast, able to pummel both Hunter and Blake into submission with his Red Lion Fang weapons. A sweeping attack from the Yellow and Black Rangers sent the Thunder Rangers to the boardwalk.
"Hunter! Talk to me!" yelled Blake, as the Wild Force Rangers regrouped.
"I'm fine," Hunter replied. "If Shane and his lot couldn't take them, I'm thinking we need to take this up a notch."
"Way ahead of you!" said Blake. "Navy Antler!"
"Crimson Blaster!"
The Ranger brothers faced each other and deliberately clashed their weapons - the Navy Antler opening wide and fitting perfectly into the front end of the Crimson Blaster, to form the Thunder Cannon.
"Lock 'n' load!"
"Ready..."
"NO! WAIT!!"
Blake and Hunter got a shock as Shane, Tori and Dustin dashed onto the scene, skidding to a halt in their line of fire. "Cam, are you getting this?" said Shane into his morpher.
"Clear as day," Cam replied. "I used the MRI's internal cyclotron to boost the signal, enough to scan the Wild Force Rangers from here... you're not gonna believe this. Biorythms are a perfect match."
"
No way," said Shane, turning to look at the Wild Force Rangers as they eased out of their fighting stances. "Cole? Taylor? Max? Danny? Alyssa? Is it really you?"
With slight glances at each other, the Wild Force Rangers crossed their arms over their heads, and powered down...
...and Shane, Tori, Dustin, Hunter and Blake stared back in disbelief as Cole Evans, Taylor Earhardt, Max Cooper, Danny Delgado and Alyssa Enrile stared back at them. For some reason they were all in black leather vests, fingerless gloves, with some colored bits here and there in their Ranger colors (Danny had thin white trim outlining the corresponding bits on his outfit, but that's not the point here.)
"Why?" asked Shane. "Why'd you go and do it? Why did you go and work with someone like Lothor?"
"You haven't been in the business nearly long enough, Wind Rangers," said Cole.
"You have no idea what it's really like, risking your neck every week for a society that will never truly appreciate you," said Taylor.
"What are you talking about? What we do is important, people know that!" said Dustin.
"Oh, sure they do," said Max, "but once the monsters are gone and the action's over, people are all like 'who's gonna pay for the damage' and 'who gave those idiots the right to run around in masks and drive giant death machines', y'know?"
"...people don't say that..." said Tori.
"Who are you trying to convince, us or you?" asked Danny.
"HEY!" Blake snapped. "What we do isn't subject to the judgement of the public. It's never been. You gotta expect that when you've been given a responsibility that's already over their heads as it is..."
"What about the judgement of the very people who
gave you that responsibility, then?" asked Alyssa.
"You weren't there!" said Cole, now very angry indeed. "When Master Org consumed the Org Heart and turned into the most powerful thing we ever had to face... and Animus decided right then to TAKE AWAY OUR POWERS. We were all nearly killed because of that! Do you have any idea what that is like?!"
"...that can't be the truth," asked Hunter. "Cam, you still getting this?"

NINJA OPS
"Cam's not here," said Cyber Cam. "He's reconfiguring the biorythm MRI thingy right now, he said something about interference and all that..."
"Couldn't you do that for him?" asked Tori. "Isn't that why he made you in the first p..."
"Look, forget all that," said Cyber Cam. "I gotta tell you man, their story doesn't check out. Dude, I'm an authority on altered personality..."

"Well, if that's your opinion," said Dustin, "but they do have a point..."
"NO! You do NOT get more wack than their point, man!" Cyber Cam lamented. "Look... I don't think that was plain old interference that Cam picked up. You gotta trust me, man! Machine
knows machine!"
"We're here to destroy your Ranger powers, for your own good," said Cole - which forced the Ninja Rangers to ignore Cyber Cam for a bit. "They'll never understand what we really are and why we have to do what we do... this is a society that hates and fears what it cannot understand.
They don't deserve us."
"...maybe so," said Shane. "Something's happened to you. Lothor's been messing around with your minds..."
"And he's been known for that, trust me," said Hunter.
"...people are gonna ask questions anyway, you can't stop them from thinking for themselves, and that's the very thing we're fighting for," said Shane. "Real Power Rangers would know that!"
"Is that what you think?" asked Cole. "Well, if we weren't real Power Rangers, we wouldn't be able to do this... Growl Phones, UP!"
As one man Cole, Taylor, Max, Danny and Alyssa brandished their gleaming gold morphers.
"...WILD ACCESS,
HAA!"
And the Ninja Rangers recoiled in genuine shock and awe as they saw the Wild Force Power Rangers morph for the first time.
"And for that matter," added the Red Wild Force Ranger, "we wouldn't be able to do this either, right! All together - HA!!"
The Wild Force Rangers all raised their hands as five glowing spots descended from the sky, and landed in their hands...
...materialising as five stained glass balls in their corresponding colors, with tiny brass trinkets encapsulated within them.
"What are those things?" asked Shane.
"Trouble," said Cyber Cam. "
Big trouble."
It turned out that the glass balls fitted perfectly in the bronze hilts of the Wild Force's standard-issue dagger weapon, as the Rangers raised those weapons high...
"WILD ZORDS, DESCEND!"
And a glowing golden path cut across the sky, as six robotic animals - well actually
five robotic animals, a red lion, a yellow eagle, a black bison, a blue shark and a white tiger, while the sixth resembled a vehicle more than an animal - started charging down the path. The Wild Force Rangers leaped into that vehicle as the five Zords combined, just as the vehicle docked in the back of the...
"Wildforce Megazord, online!"
"No. Way." was all Dustin could say.
"This can't be happening," said Cyber Cam. "The Wild Zords are all sentient beings, heck, if these records are correct then they used to be real jungle animals... how'd the Wild Force Rangers convince 'em to go with them on this whole thing?"
"We have no time for all that!" Hunter replied. "With a Megazord on their hands they could cause even more damage, and we can't let that happen! You know what to do!"
"...Hunter's right," said Shane. "Roll out the Zords!"
"Rollin'!" Cyber Cam replied, and struck the button...
...in less than a minute, the Wind and Thunder Zords were on the scene, transformed and combined into the Storm and Thunder Power Megazords.
"For all the hooha, they've got a pretty small Megazord, don't they?" asked Hunter.
"Let's end this!" yelled Blake, pulling his targeting device in place as the Thunder Megazord stormed into battle, its Spin Blade in hand and ready to fight.
"The bigger they are," Cole murmured to himself. "Fin Blade, UP!"
The Wildforce Megazord growled as it attacked with incredible speed, getting one slash after another on the Thunder Megazord, ending with a well placed kick, before it could react.
"Oh no," said Tori.
"Shane! We have to get in there, now!" yelled Dustin.
"They wouldn't," said Shane, in a world of his own. "There's got to be a different way..."
"Armor's holding out," Blake reported.
"Not after this," said Max, with a new glass ball in his hand. "Giraffe Zord, move out!"
The Ninja Rangers were taken by surprise as a robotic giraffe galloped into the scene.
"...what the heck?" was the Thunder Rangers' initial reaction.
In a matter of seconds, the Giraffe Zord had retracted all its legs, a hardened steel blade covering its head as it replaced the blue shark on the Wildforce Megazord to enable Spear Mode.
"Spear of Pardolis, NOW!!"
And before the Thunder Rangers could get over that shock, the Giraffe Zord neck began to extend at incredible speed, the hardened blade activating a blazing crescent wave as it punched right through the Thunder Megazord's considerable armor, leaving it down for the count.
"NO! Blake, Hunter..." Shane bashed his dashboard. "That does it, no more waiting around - Let's speed things up! Storm Megazord, Lightning Mode!"
The Storm Megazord began to transform, its heavy armor folding out of the way and the Dolphin and Lion heads shrinking as it became a lighter and faster version of itself - the Storm Lightning Megazord.
"...All right then! I gotcha Spear of Pardolis RIGHT HERE, PAL!"
