Whatever happened to Rito Revolto?

Did Zordon's wave turn him into a human like his sister Rita? Did he turn to dust like Ecliptor? Or is he still out there somewhere, hatching tenga warriors and causing trouble on another planet?

Plus, it seems kinda weird that Rita would be turned into a human while her brother is destroyed by Zordon's wave.

Neither Rito or Master Vile were shown to be destroyed in CtD. But it makes sense if Rita was human enough to get cleansed, her father and brother would be to.

Rita was turned human because she had a human appearence. They thought her dying would be too much for kids.

All human villains were purified anyway. Even Zedd for some reason.

However Rito was killed.

Well, IF Rita and Rito ever started out as humans:

Then Rita still had her humanity and something was saved from the wave

Rito probably was too much of a monster, no humanity left, so dust.

Right, because when things have no precedent in the series it makes perfect sense for them to be extrapolated as being fact.

Folks, Zordon took out the INVASION FORCE. It's not like he waved Scorpius or Zurgane's crew, leaving Trakeena and Lothor to fend for themselves. Vile, despite putting in a token appearance during Specter's big villain party, is apparently not a UAE member. As such, Vile had no business during the invasion. Until somebody says otherwise, Vile and Rito are presumably back on Gamma Vile.

Yeah, but Scorpius was in the Lost Galaxy; and as far as we know Zurgane's crew could have been beyond the reach of Zordon's wave.

Not that I'm saying it's fact, just a possibility to consider.

Was Goldar destroyed or not, I remember seeing him in Rita and Zedd's attack force but never saw him turn to dust... for the love of God, they can't destroy Goldar...

Until there is hard core "fillmed" evidence to support it I say beleive whatever the hell you want to believe just be prepared that at any time the writters of the show can blow your theory out of the water.

After the wave slashed through, only Rita, Zedd, and Trey were visible in the area.


I'm assuming that means he bit the dust. But like you guys have said, they did not explicitly show it.

Rito was not in Countdown. The staff had to explain why he WASN'T back in 1998. Idiot.

I just finished rewatching CtDp2 and it did not show Goldar or Rito getting dusted. So, there is no definitive answer as to what happened to them. They could possibly turn up in the future. Anybody know if their costumes still exist?

And what about Scorpina? She disappeared in the series and definitely wasn't around during the invasion. And she has a very human form. I assume she's still alive.

You know what I can't believe I never thought about the fact that those two weren't shown turning to dust. Maybe they should have been the villains in Forever Red. Scorpina too.

Rito's costume was not used in Countdown specifically because it had fallen to pieces and was unsalvageable. While Goldar was never expressly shown to be waved, and god knows I'd like to think he's still out there... I think the implication is rather clear he died. Do I think it's fully possible he teleported out at the last second, sure. Goldar's a coward. But until the show says otherwise, I stick to Occam's Razor.

We already know that Goldar never could have teleported out at the last second actually. Do you remember when the command center blew up? He teleported out at the last second but he didn't make it off of Earth and wound up losing his wings and his memory to be Bulk and Skull's little bitch. I didn't see him working at bulkmeier's in FR so I don't think he made it.

Rita and Zedd turned into people becuase they loved each other and were therefor good, there hearts had love so they were not destroyed, however, Rito and Master Vile were still evil, so they must have been destroyed.

Edit: On Power Rangers Central it says: Rito Repulsa and Goldar. Both were destroyed by Zordon's energy wave in Power Rangers in Space.
