Interesting! But where? Unless .... this is what's going to take RPM's place in the ABC Kids block next year. But at two eps per week (not counting pre-empts), it'll take ~76 weeks to run all the episodes.
Very misleading, I thought there would be a DVD release or something.
And I heard about this from my Twitter update on my phone. Exciting news, but I'll wait until we hear official confirmation. This is no offense to Tyler since I consider him a friend.
Still, something to look forward to in the coming weeks.

What was edited from MMPR that's coming back? And how do they clean up something that had no distortion? Are they re-editing MMPR to be less choppy? Will season 2 and 3 not be so weird?
does this mean that bandai is going to rerelease mmpr merchandise?
This is not a fangasm, but a legitimate opinion: I think that's probably a safe bet. Disney doesn't want to spend the money to produce new episodes of PR...alright, we get it. But if they can rest on their laurels and broadcast what they've already paid money for, why not? The Super Legends product line (not just toys, but clothing, party supplies, etc) has been tested over the past years. I think we'll probably be seeing old merchandise rereleased where appropriate (morphers, zords), and maybe even new figures to coincide with the "new" season of PR.

What? A guy can hope, can't he?
In that case, I'm going to have to hope against you. I do not want my PR edited from what it was 15 years ago. Yes, I wear rose colored nostalgia glasses.
I can't imagine Disney going to that kind of work, to have somebody actually sit down and analyze the episodes for oddities, and try to edit them out. I imagine we're looking at a print cleaning. Surely not a digital remaster, but something to clean the prints up. The Zyuranger scenes were always grainy, and I'm sure the American prints have deteriorated somewhat too.

Well if Toei has already remastered Zyuranger-Kakuranger then they could just replace the fight scenes with the new ones provided by Toei.
Although thats only if Toei has done this already which I have no idea if they have.
What do they mean by cleaning the show up? Does it mean re-editing and cutting the parts of the show that Disney does not like? Or does it mean changing the music and remastering the show?
