It's a pity about this whole sad affair, but did seem too good to be true. Unfortunately, I too have suffered from the 'it seemed like a good idea at the time' symdrome when it comes to internet postings so I do sympathize.

One thing I have learned from this exercise is trying to think up an original TOKU show fron scratch is hard. Give me an unadapted Sentai, and I'll have a story and characters in a week but this had me stumped...

Sorry for pissing in everyone's pocket here, but it looks to me like he came on specifically to do the "contest". Hence why he's leaving now it's buggered.

(And blaming detractors for going to Disney about it, which is odd when it's known people from Disney scan this board)

Thanks for coming, Jack, but I'm surprised you didn't realize something like this would be overstepping your boundaries unless you approached Disney before you got up the hopes of a lot of fans. There are people on this board who, naive as it may have been, thought they had a genuine chance of seeing their ideas as part of their favorite franchise because of you, and since the answer to your contest was "I'm going to take the ideas you gave me and throw them to Disney in an unsolicited pitch", I find that lie despicable.
