Damn, dude.

Good thing he got an early start. It's a whole era of life he'll never live.

Thanks for the music, MCA. I'll be playing you in NBA Jam.

Awful news.

Sabotage is not only one of the greatest BB songs ever, but probably one of the greatest music videos ever made.

I was stunned when I came across this, I was looking at a page and it was there in a small side panel. I didn't take much notice. It wasn't till later that I saw it agaain and this time It took my focus. He and fellow Beastie Boys have made such an impact on the music industry. May he rest in peace, he was taken far too soon.

As a Brooklynite, I first saw the Beastie Boys (while living in Queens) on "American Bandstand" singing "You gotta fight". Strange that MCA died weeks after Dick Clark.

I need to watch the HBO replay of the Beastie Boys in the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame...

Yeah I am currently a Brooklynite and hear people all the time talking about them. I'm definetly going to listen to their older stuff. Only songs I know are "You gotta Fight for your right" and "Brass Monkey".
