Reporting Posts - Avoid Mini-Modding

So, it's always been difficult to tell if the staff have been alerted of a problematic post. We rather users not take it upon themselves to advise others of the rules/policies, it can be pretty snippy when others take it the wrong way.

I've added a modification that will remove the "Report" button if someone has already reported on it.

Please take that as an indication that the post has already been brought to the attention of the staff, and there's no need to worry.

Cool idea!! And you're definitely right about it being annoying to the user. I've been guilty of it myself a lot. I'll try and do better.
