GAMES God of War Discussion - So, if GoW was made into a live action movie...

[Did a search, and I couldn't find a specific thread for this, and thought the Video Game thread too general for this, but if it belongs in there instead, I apologise in advance.]

So, with the announcement of the next God of War game [Working title currently reported to be GoW - Ascension] for PS3, the teaser giving us a clue to it's story being set somewhere before his 'Ghost of Sparta' title, the game series came up again in conversation-

The discussion being; Who would be the perfect person to play Kratos in a live action movie realisation of the series?

Thought skipped around people such as Vin Diesel [something not *quite* right, I thought, maybe he only came up as he's bald xD], or even 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin [maybe a bit too big?] And as the conversation wore on, we couldn't settle on one actor. So, I come to ask you -

Who would YOU like to see play Kratos in a live action movie?

Also, what are your thoughts on the series? Too much more of the same, or, like me, even though they seem to dish out the same formula each time, they just keep right on dragging me back in with their graphic capabilities and the heavy mythology? xD

Criticize me all you want, but I'll say Jason Momoa, he's even interested in the part! and although his Conan wasn't GREAT, it was DECENT

Interesting selection! Didn't even think about him! xD He certainly has a look about him that would lend itself to the part, and perhaps with a good writer/director, this gent has potential~

I think you could be on to something~

Also along the 'Conan' lines is potentially Nathan Jones, so I just found~
