I'm actually not. I caught the scene in question, but it's not a show I watch. I don't even know why I'm humoring you, since no one forced you to reply, but whatever.
Do you guys actually consider it okay for Superman to choke out a flatscan human until he gets what he wants? I'm not the only one by far who thinks something's wrong with Clark ("How did you survive, Clark?" "Uh...I dunno."), and other reviewers have pointed out the fact that Clark choking someone is not a Superman thing. Add that to the clone reveal, the fact that Clark's apparently worn black all season (anyone remember Bizarro? Kal-El? I do), Jor-El's ability to beam powers into his head, and his increased overall aggression and rashness, and something doesn't seem right.
I'm not saying it's definitely the case that Clark should be the Eradicator, since this is CW's Smallville, and they've never really cared about portraying a character faithfully, but it seems a bit much here. It's more than just having a character sleep with her boss, because The Greatest Reporter in the World isn't the main character regardless of what s9 seems to want to tell us, but every time Clark's done anything close to this, we've been anviliciously told that this is Very Bad Behavior (anyone remember S6? I do, even if the execs don't).
