Validation- Second Attempt

Hello, I posted a validation thread approximately a month ago, and I still have not received any emails or anything pertaining to validation confirmation since. I waited once again to see if I would be validated at some random moment, but that has not happened since I registered, due to the fact that I can't personalize my account, nor can I start a new thread in any subforum.
