The one downside to chrome-plated zords is that the chrome wears like *crazy*. I learned this from all my silver WF mecha. You can't even combine the darn things because the simple act of plugging the sockets into each other causes the chrome to rub and scratch.
They're still gorgeous though. But purely as display pieces.

Yeah I think the Gaoranger animals were like 100% covered in chrome, and that made it easier to get scratched.
And Bandai learned took note of that. That's why if you look at this Daibouken or the Aba dinos, there's a bit more grey parts.

i saw that ebay seller sell the chrome daibouken.i'm really tempted to buy it since i dont own one lol.it seems like during the june month and on every week or so there was a newer go go vehicle and it was only 200 released each so the whole chrome daibouken is limited to 200.

Mmm. I could be dropping $250 on the black and gold Ultimate DaiBouken, or $200 for the silver DaiBouken.
Except I can't afford either

And you would think they'd change the wheels to a different color as well.
Peter, you should post pics of your chrome animals.

So I spent a bit of time playing around with my Movie 2 Arcee - not like that, just trying to get her to stand up straight. Then I found a different way to fold the wheels. Didn't need the sidecar stand for this.

I liked Kiva, but I still don't know why they made the helmet so huge.

It all depends on what angle you look at it really
It looks normal here when you have other things near it for a size guide

I see what you mean. In the second pic, the head looks a tad too big, but in that last one, it looks perfectly fine. And anyway, the suit is peng lol
