Chapter 1 - Bringing Back The Past Part 1
Angel Grove 72 hours until arrival
We see a young man sitting at a computer typing away in his office cubbicle. When a co worker comes up to him
John - Hey Billy you ever gonna go home it's midnight already?
Billy - Yeah i just have to finish up a few things first then im on my way out that door for the weekend.
John - Your not coming in on a weekend? ( gives billy a surprising look )
Billy - Nope im just gonna sit home and relax
Billy finishes what he was working on and turns his computer off. Grabs his black coat and walks out the door. As he walks out the door he hears a strange noise come from the side of the building so he decides to check it out. As he walks to the corner of the building he peers around it to see what it might be. There he sees what looks to be a jet powered surfboard he moves closer to examine it.
Billy - What is this?
Just as he says that a figure in a dark brown cloak walks out from the shadows
Andros - Billy Cranston?
Billy - Yes thats me
Andros - I need your help
Billy - who are you and what do you need my help with?
Andros - My name is andros i am the Red Space Ranger. In exactly 72 hours a villian by the name of Helltrox will be arriving on earth in hopes of taking it for his very own. He has done this with many other planets before yours.
Billy - Ok how can i help?
Andros - We will need to find and recruit 6 former rangers to help protect the planet. i personally know where 3 of them are i need you to find the other three.
Billy - who are they?
Andros - Wes Collins, Rocky Desantos, Dustin Brooks, Trent Fernandez, Cassie Chan, and Ryan Mitchell
Billy - So who do u need me to find?
Andros - i need you to go to Reefside and recruit Trent then to Stone Canyon to find Rocky and then to Blue Bay Harbour to find Dustin. When we get them all here i will fully brief you and them.
Billy - Ok
Billy hopes in his blue sedan and takes off down the road towards Reefside
Reefside 60 Hours until arrival
Billy - Man how am i ever gonna find this guy.
Billy feeling a little thirsty sees a local cafe and decides to stop
Billy - Haley's Cyber Cafe sounds like my kinda place.
Billy walks in the door sits down at a table. Waits a few mins then a young man wearing a white shirt comes up to his table to take his order.
Trent - Welcome to Haley's Cyber Cafe what can i get you?
Billy - Well let me just get a smoothie for right now.
Trent - Alright it'll be right out
Trent walks away to leave Billy sitting at the table wondering about this whole mission Andros was talking about. He sees an open computer and decides to go over and sit down. He sits next to a young man wearing a blue shirt franticlly playing a game on the next computer.
Billy - Looks like your playing MechTitan
Ethan - Yup and it is strating to get on my nerves
Billy - I hate to ask but by any chance do you know a Trent Fernandez?
Ethan - Yeah he's the one waiting on you.
Billy - Really?
Just then Trent brings Billy his smoothie
Trent - Alright man there you go can i get you anything else?
Billy - Well can u give me a mintue of your time outside?
Trent -Sure but what for?
Billy - I'll explain outside
Trent and Billy walk out the door and sit on a bench outside.
Trent - So what did you need?
Billy - Well i don't know where to start but here goes. I know you are the former White Dino Ranger me and another former ranger need your help.
Trent - With what?
Billy - A super villian is on his way to earth to take it for his own me and another former ranger are recruiting a team to help protect it. And you are one of the former rangers being recruited.
Trent - Wow wasn't expecting that. Sure im in not a problem meet me here at 8 when we close i'll go with you.
Billy - Ok i'll be here
Trent goes back inside and Billy goes to his car
Billy - well i have a couple hours to kill i guess i'll take a nap i am a little tired.
Billy dozes off for a few hours to be awakened bye Trent knocking on his window
Trent - You awake in there?
Billy - Yeah sorry i guess i slept longer than i wanted
Trent - It's ok you ready to go?
Billy - Yeah hey how far is Blue Bay Harbour from here?
Trent - A couple hours i think why is there another ranger there?
Billy - Yeah
So Billy and Trent drive off to find Dustin in Blue Bay.
55 hours until arrival
Just as Billy and Trent finally get to Blue Bay Billy gets a call on his cell phone
Billy - Hello?
Andros - Billy how many have you found so far?
Billy - Just Trent im on my way to get Dustin
Andros - Good i got Cassie and Wes on my way to get Ryan i'll see you back in Angel Groove in a little while
Billy - Yeah see you in a few hours.
Billy hangs up his phone and sees a sign on the side of the road { Now Entering Blue Bay Harbour }
Billy - Well i guess we're here
Trent - It would sem that way
Billy - Ok lets split up and look for him his name is Dustin Brooks he is the former Yellow Wind Ranger
Trent - I thought yellow was usually a girls color ( trent begins to laugh )
Billy - Me too
Billy parks his car and him and Trent get out
Billy - Trent you have a cell phone right?
Trent - Yeah I'll call you if i find him
Billy - Ok
So Trent and Billy split up to find Dustin. after a few hours of looking they meet up again.
Trent - So im guessing you didn't find him?
Billy - Nope
Just then they see a guy with a yellow shirt on walking into a store.
Trent - You don't think do you?
Billy - Maybe it is worth a shot
So Trent and billy follow the guy into the store. They walk in a see him behind the counter working on something.
Billy - Excuse me your name wouldn't be Dustin Brooks would it?
Dustin - Yeah why who's looking for me? Are you guys freestyle motorcross scouts?
Trent - No but can we have a word with you?
Dustin - Ummmm ok
Dustin follows Trent and Billy outside
Dustin - So what did you need?
Billy - Well we need your help
Dustin - with what?
Billy - In less than 55 hours a master villian will be arriving on earth we are forming a new Power Ranger team to protect the earth from him.
Dustin - i was expecting you guys to try and sell me a magazinze subscription or something.
Billy - So will you helps us?
Dustin - yeah im in. Just let me go tell my boss im leaving
Dustin walks back in and Trent looks at Billy
Trent - this guy was a ranger
Billy - Yeah i was just asking myself the same thing
Dustin walks back out
Dustin - alright you guys ready?
Billy - Yup lets go
Trent, Billy , and Dustin all hop in Billy's car and head towards Stone Canyon to find Rocky
Dustin - So where we going now?
Billy - Stone canyon we need to get one more ranger and then it is back to Angel Groove.
They hop on the highway and head towards Stone Canyon Billy still a little unsure how Rocky will take all of this.
