No, the top is an updated version of this http://www.hlj.com/product/TOK024

The bottom is purely artworks and conceptual designs of the mecha. I really hope they release an updated version of this this year since all the robos up to date are incredible.

The top has pics of all the toys..I'm not sure if there's anything else. I'm also in the process of getting this, but still waiting for them to get their supplies:rolleyes:

I have only seen scaned pages of the mecha book and since I did I have been hunting everywhere for it. I have finally found a place that actually has it in stock. Hence me checking what that top book was. I didn't really want to buy the bottom book if it was an update.

The top one seems interesting...the pictures of the toys are very nice...anywhere still selling this book?

Mine only cost me about $40.00... I have a friend who worked at an Anime store where I went to collage... he had gotten a lot of anime books in, when the Mecha book was in it... he didn't order it, but the boss told him to sell it anyway... (that's why I didn't get it for free), so it put a price on it, but held it for me till I went in that day.

When I got there he said, "I think I have something you might like." Coming from him that usually meant he got in a figure I wanted or something releated... so I got that stupid grin on my face, and when he held it up, I about shit my pants, cause ever since I saw the site with the pics I wanted that damn book... lol!!
