Question about MMPR White Ranger Figures

I lost the sheild and saba sword for my auto morphin white ranger. I was going to buy a new one to replace these parts untill I just saw one sell for $90 on ebay.

I was wondering if the sheild and saba sword that came with the metallic finish movie ranger figure are the same as the ones with the auto morphing figure?

The movie figure shield is too small and does not fit. But the Special Edition "Metallized" figure shield does fit.

There is a seller on Ebay who offers bootleg reproduction shields and Saba swords.
I bought a set, and the only drawback is that the rear half of the shields are not painted black. But you get about twelve of them to customize without pressure.

Whats the special edition figure like? So far as I know, there were 2 different types of 5" figure released for the movie. Both sets looked roughly the same but only one set had the auto morph feature.

I take it you mean the non auto morphin wont fit but the auto morphin version will?

Yeah thats what made me ask this question. Mind you, the current high bidder has a feedback score of 1 so I doubt its gonna go through.
