Synopsis:
An evil emperor only known as The Seeker goes from galaxy to galaxy looking for nothing more then power. The one power he truly wants is one known as Lynx, the power of the vicious felines. Finally locating the power of Lynx, The seeker heads to the planet Earth to capture it and use it to his advantages. But what if three teenagers unbeknown to its whereabouts stumble upon the power of Lynx? Then we have a battle on our hands. Will the Seeker gain the powers and destroy Earth? Episode 1 Part 1
The Discovery
Cory Ford, a nineteen year old boy with brown hair, blue eyes tanned skin was sitting at his desk typing away at his laptop. He had the song ‘Blood Brothers’ by CKY blasting through speakers. He nodded his head to each individual bass beat. The time was 8:30am. Cory was finishing up his assignment for geography that was due that day. As the song finished Cory’s mother walked into his room. “You’ve got ten minutes before we have to head of to school” she said pocking her head through the door “And turn that racket down” she ordered before she closed the door. Cory didn’t say anything and turned down the speakers without arguing. “By Cory Ford” he said as he tapped the enter key. Cory printed out his assignment and grabbed it from the printer on the shelf. He switched his computer off and placed his work in his bag. “Okay what have I forgotten?” he said looking around the room. “Ah right” he said as he picked up his pencil case. Cory picked up his bag and put it on. He walked out of the door and closed it behind him. “Alright I’m ready to go” he said waiting for his mother who was sitting on the couch. “Have you got your excursion sheet for today?” she asked. “Yeah it’s in my bag” he said running his fingers through his hair. “Can we go? I don’t want to be late like last time”. Cory’s mother sat up and grabbed the keys and headed down the stairs with Cory close behind. “So where are you going this time” she asked as she finished the trip down the stairs. “I don’t know” said Cory in arrogant voice “Some place called Seaview” he added. Corey and his mother went out o the house and into the four wheel drive that was parked in the driveway. Corey got into the passenger side seat and placed his bag on the back seat. He turned on the radio and turned up the volume. “Let’s go” he said with a smile.
As Cory and his mother set off down towards the school, Cory looked into his side mirror and saw the girl next door, Rachel Walker. Cory had always had a thing for Rachel but he had never really had the guts to walk up to her and start a conversation with her, he was never really good around females. Cory sat back on his seat and stared out of the front window. “So mum I was thinking that I would go and study at Tyrone’s house after school” announced Cory trying not to make eye contact with his mother who he had just lied too. “Study? Don’t you mean party?” she said with a smile. “Mom, there’s no party” said Cory as he lied to his mother once again. “I’m aware of the party that is happening at Jason's house after school” she said catching her son out on a lie “Mothers talk as well, Cory”. Cory smiled and rest back on his seat once more. “C’mon mom, you were young once aswell” he said trying to convince her. The car finally pulled up at the school. His mother smiled at his comment “Okay, on two conditions, no drinking and be home before eleven” she said with a smile. “Sure thing mom” Cory grabbed his bag and closed the door. He waved his mother off as she drove off down the road. Cory was met by his best friend Tyrone, they had been friends for almost ten years now, they met in elementary school and stayed in touch ever since.
“Hey man” said Tyrone. Tyrone was of African-American decent. He has brown eyes and black hair. “So you going to the party after school” Asked Tyrone as he and Cory did their handshake they always do. “Yeah, but mom has put on a curfew” Said Cory looking down at the ground. “But I guess I can stay out a bit longer” he said as he looked up. Tyrone and Cory then walked over towards the bus stop to where they would find the rest of their class waiting for the school’s bus to take them to Seaview. As the two friends sat down on the gutter with the rest of the class they started talking once again. “So, have you spoken to Rachel yet?” asked Tyrone who knew all about Cory’s crush on her. “No not yet, I’m just waiting for the right time and moment” Cory answered. The two of them sat down and continued to chat until the bus arrived to take them to their destination. The crown on kids pushed their way into the bus. As Cory and Tyrone stepped up they headed to the back of the bus and grabbed a seat two rows directly from the back. The sat down and continued on with their conversation. “So do you want to come straight to my house after school and then to the party?” asked Tyrone as he opened his bag “Or do you need to go home first?” he added as he pulled out a packet of chips. Cory sat and stared out the window and answered the question “I’ll go straight to your house if that’s okay, thanks”. Now that all the kids were on the bus, it was time to head off. The bus driver switched gears and took off. The bus jerked a little and before they knew it they were on there way. The boys talked for awhile before there attention was turned to a voice in the background “Wait for me” said the unknown voice. The boys looked out the window to see a girl dressed in a yellow tank top with a pair of ripped jeans on. “Oh shit man it’s Rachel” said Tyron with a slight laugh. “Yo hold up, you forgot someone” yelled Tyrone to the bus driver. The drive acknowledged and pulled the bus over, the doors opened and in walked Rachel. “Sorry about that” she said with a smile. She walked down the aisle of the bus until she found a seat opposite Tyrone. “Hey Rach, What’s going on girl?” Tyrone announced giving Rachel a friendly punch on the shoulder. “Not much T” she answered grabbing her iPod from her back and flicking through the songs. “How can you be so calm around girls like that” asked Cory to Tyrone. “Because the king” sang Tyrone with a smile. All the kids in the bus were now relaxed and did there own thing.
“Alright kids, we’re here” announced the teacher who would be escorting them around for the day “I want you to leave the bus in an orderly fashion” he added looking down at his papers. With that, all the kids on the bus charged to get out of the bus, not taking any notice of what the teacher had just said. Cory and Tyrone walked out last with Rachel following closely behind. The stepped out of the bus and then assessed there surroundings. “We drove here for this?” said Tyrone looking around and seeing lots of shrubs and dead trees. “Yes, isn’t it cool” replied the teacher as he put his hands on his hips. “Oh yeah it’s awesome” answered Tyrone sarcastically. “Okay everybody stay together and follow me” said the teacher as he started heading through the bushes on a rock path. Tyrone and Cory were in the middle of the group with Rachel in front of them. “Dude, now’s your chance, go talk to her” Tyrone nudged Cory's shoulder. “Not now” he said to nervous. Suddenly a careless person came running behind them and barged straight through them and then knocked over Rachel. Rachel fell over and broke her iPod. “Watch it you jackass” she yelled at the careless person who was still running through the group of kids. Cory and Tyrone helped Rachel up. “Thanks” she said with a smile “Shit, my iPod is broken, I just bought that yesterday”. Cory lent down and picked up all the pieces, “I think I can put this back together” he said assessing the pieces. “Really?” she asked “that would be great thank you”. Cory put all the pieces in his bag. “Alright let’s get going” suggested Tyrone. The three of them looked around. “Where did everybody go?” asked Cory looking around. It was only the three of them now, the rest of the kids and teacher had taken off and not taken any notice of them. “Don’t worry it’s a path” said Rachel “we can catch up to them”. The three of them started jogging down the path until they hit a cross road. “Shit, now what?” Tyrone said blatantly. They all assessed the paths “Lets go this way” suggested Cory as they headed down the left side.
The Seeker’s Ship
The seeker is an alien but still somewhat human looking evil emperor. The seeker walked down the aisle of his ship with guards on every floor there was no way he could be infiltrated. One of his alien cronies walked up and bowed to him. “Sorry to disturb you master” said the creature with a frightened voice “But we will be entering the earths atmosphere within an hour” the creature informed the evil overlord. “It’s about time!” yelled seeker as he back handed his minion. The creature fell to the ground and started picking up everything he had dropped. The Seeker continued down the halls and into his head quarters. The doors split down the middle and opened in both directions. The emperor walked through the doors and sat on his large chair. “Clarvar, have you picked up any signal?” asked the seeker as he played with his overgrown cracked and dirty nails. “Yes sir, it appears there is a strong life force in a small cave” alerted Clarvar standing at attention. “It may be the power of Lynx” he added trying not to displease his emperor. “Very good” The seeker stood up and looked out of the window of his ship. “Set course for the cave” he announced. Clarvar walked over to the control panel and entered in the coordinates.. “The power will be mine” he yelled throwing his fists down onto the computer, sparks flew up into the hair and disintegrated before hitting the ground. The ship started picking up speed and headed towards Earth. They eventually arrived at their destination and orbited Earth; they would continue to do this until they acquired the power of Lynx. “Okay send down some Brawlers to the cave; see if they can find the power. “Yes sir” said Clarvar as he rounded up some minions. The Brawlers are the Seekers pawns; he sends them to do the small jobs. The brawlers were teleported down to the location where the power was roughly located.
Seaview
The three were walking through the shrubs. The pathway had now become nothing more then old broken down rocks and dirt. “I’m begging to think that we should have probably gone down the right way” said Cory assessing his surroundings. “No really?” Tyrone announced sarcastically. “Let’s start heading back’ said Rachel going back the way had originally gone. The two boys followed knowing they didn’t really have a choice in the matter. The three companions were on a steep hill it was now a seventy degree climb to the top. They used trees and broken branches to help them. Tyrone looked up and saw a moving object. “Guys, what’s that?” he said pointing at what looked like a head “It’s probably the others” said Cory still climbing. “I don’t think that our class” Tyrone grabbed the other two and pulled them behind a bush. They peeked their heads over edge and looked at what was at the top of the hill. They looked at what was supposedly a head. It had now turned into a small crowd of alien looking creatures. “Holy shit” whispered Tyrone ducking back under the bush. “What are we going to do?” he looked over at his friends. “What the hell are those things?” Rachel said in a frightened voice. “Keep your voice down they could here us” Tyrone said. “Let’s bail” Cory suggested “They can’t catch us all” he added. “Yeah of course, they’ll go for the black guy” said Tyrone giving Cory a dirty look. “I’ve seen the horror movies man” he added once more trying to bring in some humor. “Would you two shut up” said Rachel “Let’s check the situation”. The three peeked their heads over the bush only to find the brawlers staring them straight in eyes. “…shit” Tyrone didn’t move “Bail!” he yelled. The three of the friends ran as fast as they possibly could down the hill. They stayed close together trying not to get separated from each other. The brawlers were right on their tail. The three of moved in and out of the trees. They eventually came to a river with a five meter distance between each of the sides. “Jump?” said Cory still running along side the others. “Shit yeah” Tyrone said pumping himself up. The three of them leapt all at the same time barely making it across to the other side.
Tyrone who was still running along side the others looked behind him, only to find that the brawlers had attempted to jump. They all had underestimated it and fallen into the river. But that didn’t stop them. They got up from their fall and continued to chase the three teens. The teens came to a small ledge, Tyrone jumped down and pulled the others down with him. They lent back against the edge and waited for the Brawlers to run past. They heard the footsteps run straight past. The three teens sighed with relief. “What do we do now?” Rachel said asking for the opinions of the others. “Look up ahead” Cory pointed towards a cave. “Its better to be in their rather then out here in the open” he added. “Good point, let’s go” Tyrone said he picked himself up and jogged over towards the cave. The other two followed him. Before they entered the assessed it. “I don’t know man, kind of creepy” said Cory looking inside and seeing nothing but black. The three of them heard a stick break. They looked behind them to see a single brawler about fifty meters away looking for them. “Yep looks good” said Cory as he pulled the others in the cave. The three ran to the back of the cave and lent against the rocks trying to hide themselves. They heard footsteps coming from the outside, they saw the shadow of a brawler run past the cave entrance. “That was a clo…” Rachel began “Uh, Cory, why are you glowing?” she asked. “What?” said Cory in a confused tone. Cory stepped forward and looked behind him, he had been leaning on a glowing switch. The light had been passing through his body. “What the hell is that” said Tyrone as he walked up to it and got a closer look. The switch was about the size of a soccer ball and it was glowing red, it had hand imprint on it. Tyrone slowly moved his hand towards it “No don’t” said Cory scared of the consequences. “Dude, stop stressing” said Tyrone as he placed his hand on the switch. Suddenly, the switch went from red to green. “Wow” said Rachel sarcastically as nothing happened. “Let’s get going” said Cory “I’m sure those creatures had given up by now” he added. The three of them started to walk away before they heard the sound a rocks falling in the distance. They turned around to see that the rocks were opening up.
The rocks finally opened up fully revealing a light in the distance. “What’s the fuck?” said Tyrone revealing his tendency to swear a lot. “Let’s check it out” said Cory. The three of them cautiously walked towards the light. They walked through rocks and found a liquid vortex like opening. “Okay this is become too freaky for me” said Tyrone walking away in the opposite direction. “Hold on a second” Cory announced as he picked a small rock. He threw it into the vortex, but nothing happened. “Lame” said Rachel as she also started walking away with Tyrone. Suddenly the rock came flying back out and hit Tyrone directly in the head. “What the hell?” he said turning around “You throwing rocks at my head? Said Tyrone angrily, “No it came out from the vortex” Cory announced walking slowly towards it. Cory moved his hand slowly towards it before he pulled into the vortex. “Oh shit, Cory you there?” said Tyrone yelling into the vortex. “Do you think he is in there” asked Tyrone looking at Rachel “Let’s find out” she answered as she pushed him in aswell, she then jumped in afterwards. The two teens dropped to ground meeting up Cory. “You okay?” asked Rachel to the guys. “Yeah I’m fine” they both said. They all stood up and looked around. There were computers, screens and cords everywhere. “What is this place?” said Tyrone walking forward. Suddenly a cat walked out in front of Tyrone and started meowing. Tyrone picked it up and scratched its head. “It seems to like you” said Cory. “Yeah, most pussys do” answered Tyrone scratching its head and laughing. “You’re an idiot” said Rachel walking also. “Hello there” said a woman with brown shoulder length hair and blue eyes; she was dressed in red with her arms crossed. The three teens were startled and took a step back. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to startle you” she said with a smile. The women walked up to Tyrone and took her cat from his arms. “My name is Meg, and welcome to the Lynx Chamber”

The two boys followed knowing they didn’t really have a choice in the matter. The three companions were on a steep hill it was now a seventy degree climb to the top. They used trees and broken branches to help them. Tyrone looked up and saw a moving object. “Guys, what’s that?” he said pointing at what looked like a head “It’s probably the others” said Cory still climbing. “I don’t think that our class” Tyrone grabbed the other two and pulled them behind a bush. They peeked their heads over edge and looked at what was at the top of the hill. They looked at what was supposedly a head. It had now turned into a small crowd of alien looking creatures. “Holy shit” whispered Tyrone ducking back under the bush. “What are we going to do?” he looked over at his friends. “What the hell are those things?” Rachel said in a frightened voice. “Keep your voice down they could here us” Tyrone said. “Let’s bail” Cory suggested “They can’t catch us all” he added. “Yeah of course, they’ll go for the black guy” said Tyrone giving Cory a dirty look. “I’ve seen the horror movies man” he added once more trying to bring in some humor. “Would you two shut up” said Rachel “Let’s check the situation”. The three peeked their heads over the bush only to find the brawlers staring them straight in eyes. “…shit” Tyrone didn’t move “Bail!” he yelled. The three of the friends ran as fast as they possibly could down the hill. They stayed close together trying not to get separated from each other. The brawlers were right on their tail. The three of moved in and out of the trees. They eventually came to a river with a five meter distance between each of the sides. “Jump?” said Cory still running along side the others. “Shit yeah” Tyrone said pumping himself up. The three of them leapt all at the same time barely making it across to the other side.
Tyrone who was still running along side the others looked behind him, only to find that the brawlers had attempted to jump. They all had underestimated it and fallen into the river. But that didn’t stop them. They got up from their fall and continued to chase the three teens. The teens came to a small ledge, Tyrone jumped down and pulled the others down with him. They lent back against the edge and waited for the Brawlers to run past. They heard the footsteps run straight past. The three teens sighed with relief. “What do we do now?” Rachel said asking for the opinions of the others. “Look up ahead” Cory pointed towards a cave. “Its better to be in their rather then out here in the open” he added. “Good point, let’s go” Tyrone said he picked himself up and jogged over towards the cave. The other two followed him. Before they entered the assessed it. “I don’t know man, kind of creepy” said Cory looking inside and seeing nothing but black. The three of them heard a stick break. They looked behind them to see a single brawler about fifty meters away looking for them. “Yep looks good” said Cory as he pulled the others in the cave. The three ran to the back of the cave and lent against the rocks trying to hide themselves. They heard footsteps coming from the outside, they saw the shadow of a brawler run past the cave entrance. “That was a clo…” Rachel began “Uh, Cory, why are you glowing?” she asked. “What?” said Cory in a confused tone. Cory stepped forward and looked behind him, he had been leaning on a glowing switch. The light had been passing through his body. “What the hell is that” said Tyrone as he walked up to it and got a closer look. The switch was about the size of a soccer ball and it was glowing red, it had hand imprint on it. Tyrone slowly moved his hand towards it “No don’t” said Cory scared of the consequences. “Dude, stop stressing” said Tyrone as he placed his hand on the switch. Suddenly, the switch went from red to green. “Wow” said Rachel sarcastically as nothing happened. “Let’s get going” said Cory “I’m sure those creatures had given up by now” he added. The three of them started to walk away before they heard the sound a rocks falling in the distance. They turned around to see that the rocks were opening up.
The rocks finally opened up fully revealing a light in the distance. “What’s the fuck?” said Tyrone revealing his tendency to swear a lot. “Let’s check it out” said Cory. The three of them cautiously walked towards the light. They walked through rocks and found a liquid vortex like opening. “Okay this is become too freaky for me” said Tyrone walking away in the opposite direction. “Hold on a second” Cory announced as he picked a small rock. He threw it into the vortex, but nothing happened. “Lame” said Rachel as she also started walking away with Tyrone. Suddenly the rock came flying back out and hit Tyrone directly in the head. “What the hell?” he said turning around “You throwing rocks at my head? Said Tyrone angrily, “No it came out from the vortex” Cory announced walking slowly towards it. Cory moved his hand slowly towards it before he pulled into the vortex. “Oh shit, Cory you there?” said Tyrone yelling into the vortex. “Do you think he is in there” asked Tyrone looking at Rachel “Let’s find out” she answered as she pushed him in aswell, she then jumped in afterwards. The two teens dropped to ground meeting up Cory. “You okay?” asked Rachel to the guys. “Yeah I’m fine” they both said. They all stood up and looked around. There were computers, screens and cords everywhere. “What is this place?” said Tyrone walking forward. Suddenly a cat walked out in front of Tyrone and started meowing. Tyrone picked it up and scratched its head. “It seems to like you” said Cory. “Yeah, most pussys do” answered Tyrone scratching its head and laughing. “You’re an idiot” said Rachel walking also. “Hello there” said a woman with brown shoulder length hair and blue eyes; she was dressed in red with her arms crossed. The three teens were startled and took a step back. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to startle you” she said with a smile. The women walked up to Tyrone and took her cat from his arms. “My name is Meg, and welcome to the Lynx Chamber”
