Sky’s The Limit-Part One
(Scene)
Another beautiful sunny day is upon another large metropolis on the North American continent. This one kind of resembled the skylines of Seattle, Washington. Below the large towering giants of glass and metal the small subjects were busily going about their normal routines. This was the city of Pearl City Harbor. Pearl City is well known throughout the country for one thing and that’s their Air Force Base, Kennedy Maine Air Force Base, which houses one of the greatest squadron of fighter pilots in the entire country. We travel over the city’s large harbor port and find ourselves on the base where the squadron is just returning from a routine flight check.
The leader of the group was Jonathon Stokes, an African American; he alone has flown in countless dangerous assignments, but has always come out of them alive to tell the story. His fellow comrades join him as they head for their quarters, preparing to get some rest as they begin getting ready for some important overseas assignment. There are two females on the squad, they have gotten raved reviews from around the country because of their flight skills; the first one, a tall brunette with a little Asian descent in her, and she is Beverly Clark. The other female pilot is a medium height blonde, her name is Jennifer Simms. The other guys on the squad are known themselves for their ability to maneuver with their jets through tight and rough places without causing a crash. The first is a tall African American with short black hair his name is Richard Toliver; the other is a tall Caucasian male with short curly brown hair, his name is Eric Bronson.
“Hey Jon, next time warn someone when you’re going to make a Twister Spin. You almost knocked me off course, again!!”- Richard
“I don’t know, you were looking kind of shabby back there, I just thought you needed some shaking up.”- Jonathon
“I’m just glad that we some time to lay low and relax. I don’t believe I can handle any more routine run throughs. Besides, if I have to do another interview with a major radio station, television station, or newspaper reporter, I swear I’m going to jump in my jet and zoom straight into the Bermuda Triangle.”- Jennifer
Just then one of the fellow a small red Expedition pulls up beside the group. The driver rolls down the driver side window and looks out at Jonathon. The driver was a young African American male, short brown hair, wearing a red-buttoned shirt opened to reveal a white t-shirt; this was Jonathon’s son, Anthony Stokes.
“Hey pops, just getting out of my last class, wondering if you wanted to catch a ride before I head to the house.”- Anthony
“Guys, of course you know my son, Tony.”- Jonathon
Each of the squad speak to him, Anthony in return speaks back to them and awaits his father’s response.
“Well, I am getting ready to rest this following weekend. Guys, I think I catch up with you guys a little later.”- Jonathon
“Alright, we know you have to play the dad right now.”- Richard
“Hey, it’s time that I be a father to my son, since I’m that with you guys everyday!!”- Jonathon
“Ooh Jon, now you know that was a low blow right there. We owe you for that one, for now we’re let you get away with that one.”- Beverly
Jonathon went around to the passenger side of his son’s truck and climbed in. Before the truck pulled off, Anthony looked out towards Beverly to ask her something.
“Uh Mrs. Clark, I was wondering if you could tell Sam to give me a call later on tonight?”- Anthony
“Sure, but why can’t you just call her yourself?”- Beverly
“For some reason she doesn’t want to either take my calls, or return them when I do get through.”- Anthony
“I was wondering why it was that every time that I mention your name, she growls and stomps away. Is there something going on between you two?”- Beverly
“I don’t know, every time I would go to her to ask her, she just ignores me and walks away. I don’t know the problem is and she won’t even talk to me to let me know what it is that I did.”- Anthony
“I have an idea, why don’t you come by the house and I’ll see what I can do.”- Beverly
“Alright, what time should I be there?”- Anthony
“If I were you son I’d be careful of taking advice from this woman. She’ll probably have you crawling on your hands and knees begging for her daughters forgiveness.”- Jonathon
“Trust me Anthony, unlike your father, I don’t knock people off course.”- Beverly
“Hey!!”- Jonathon
“Just be there by seven ‘o clock tonight.”- Beverly
“I’ll be there.”- Anthony

The blizzard near the North Pole was not letting up for nothing at all. Anyone that would’ve been caught there would be solidified into a solid ice block. Namyra clutched herself tight as she made her way across the icy tundra. She knew she was on Earth, but where was unknown to her. For miles she traveled until she was able to locate a deep cave that helped shelter her from the brutal attacks of the artic winds. Finding some old twigs, she placed them together and used them to make herself a small warming fire. She sat against the wall close to the flame and began warm herself.
“I’ve got to know find where I am and find the chosen ones before my brother and his winch locates me and tries again to steal the Aerial Gems.”- Namyra
As she started to get a lot more warmer, she reached inside her pocket and pulled out one of the Aerial Gems, it was the red one, and looked intently at how smooth it was and great design of a mystical bird on the side of it.
“My, this is a strange orb, I wonder how it’ll lead me to the one who is to be chosen?”- Namyra
At that moment the gem released a small red beam into both of Namyra’s eyes causing her to lapse into a vision. Just then standing before her was a reflective form of Anthony Stokes wearing a black warriors garb with red trim. Namyra marveled at the personage of the person that was before her. Within seconds the image was gone and she found herself back inside the cave clutching to the red gem.
“Wow, I guess the person that was seen before me is the one the gem has chosen. The next question how do I locate this person?”- Namyra
No sooner had she released the question from her lips, then the gem began glowing again. This time it released itself from her grasp and floated in the middle of the air. It soon flashed out of the cave back into the blizzard. Namyra had to no choice but to run after it.
“Wait, where are you going?!”- Namyra
As Namyra ran out the entrance of the cave a bright red light flashed and she was soon teleported away from the blizzardized region.

The throne room of Stratius was left a wreck after Daegron’s carnage erupted. Lifeless bodies lay everywhere in the massive royal hall with the Daegron’s stone warriors capturing any remaining subjects. The now evil warlord sat upon his father’s throne, while King Javen laid on the floor under his boot. King Javen was now scarred with wounds from Daegron’s weapon.
“Father, I tried to warn you about my strength, but as always I had to prove my worth.”- Daegron
“You…will never…rule this kingdom, so long as my daughter has the Aerial Gems.”- King Javen
“That should all come to a closing end very soon. My dear Tyshira should have found your wife and daughter by now and brought their existence to an end.”- Daegron
“You monster…what kind of evil has taken you over?”- King Javen
“Let’s just say that the presence that’s inside of me now, is something that you have never dealt with before. Once I have those gems in my grasp, every realm in existence will know its true power.”- Daegron
Tyshira soon entered the room dragging the lifeless body of the queen behind. She stood before Daegron and knelt down to one knee with her head bowed down to the floor. Daegron could tell that something was right and he had a feeling just what it could be.
“Tyshira, tell me that you have those blasted gems in your possession!!”- Daegron
“Master, please forgive me, I almost had those gems in my hands. The queen informed the princess to use the gems to teleport to another dimension. When she teleported she took the gems with her.”- Tyshira
“Worry not my dear, if I know mother, she has sent her to a place where evil has thrived since time began.”- Prince Daegron
“Where is that my master?”- Tyshira
“To Earth, ready the Stone Guards and prepare to leave this place. We shall find my sister and when we do, we will not only put an end to her existence, but also to the ones that are supposed to be chosen to use their powers.”- Daegron
“Nothing…you do will stop…the power of goodness from prevailing over darkness.”- King Javen
“Master, may I do you the honors of putting this wretch out of his misery?”- Tyshira
“Do with me what you will, but know…this that soon you shall…know what the consequences of betrayal will lead you.”- King Javen
Daegron stood to his feet and knelt down next to his father’s weak body. Grabbing him by his royal shirt, he pulled Javen closer towards himself.
“That’s where you’re wrong, because as I have said before, you have lived long enough to see the end of your era. Your last sight shall be of me walking away, not only victor over you, but also the new supreme ruler of the kingdom of Stratius. You were a good father, but all “good” things must come to an end; goodbye…father.”- Daegron
Forming a smirk upon his face, Daegron slowly stood to his feet and began walking away down the aisle of the grand throne room. As he made his way down the aisle another dimensional portal opened itself and allowed his warriors to march through it. Just as he was about to enter it himself, he turned to look out the corner of his eye to see Tyshira take her saber and slice King Javen across his neck, taking him of his existence. Laughing to himself, Daegron stepped into the portal with Tyshira following close behind him.

It’s nightfall in Pearl City Harbor and we find Anthony arriving to the Clark family residence around the time that Mrs. Clark instructed him to. He was wearing a black buttoned shirt opened to show his white t-shirt, some black jeans, and some black and white sneakers. He slowly walked up to the front door and slightly knocked. He stood waiting for a few seconds before the door opened to reveal Mrs. Clark herself.
“Hey Anthony, you’re right on time. Sam’s still in the shower preparing for what I told her is a blind date.”- Beverly
“Thanks again Mrs. Clark, I just hope that Sam can patch things up between us.”- Anthony
“I agree wholeheartedly, I’m starting to lose my stomach just listening to her deny missing you. It’s time that she face her self head on.”- Beverly
A few minutes later a young Asian American girl comes walking down a set of stairs wearing a yellow mini dress with black heel boots; this was Beverly’s daughter Samantha. She looked into the living room and saw her mother sitting with Anthony.
“What in the world is he doing here?”- Samantha
“Honey, this is the blind date that I told you about. He’s here to take you out to the movies and dinner.”- Beverly
“No thanks, there’s nothing that I want to see and I don’t feel quite hungry. If it’s all right with I’ll go to my room.”- Samantha
Samantha was about to head back upstairs, but her mother quickly stood in front of her stopping her from leaving the room.
“Listen, now I know that you feel Anthony betrayed you, but you should give him a chance to explain what you saw.”- Beverly
“Why momma, he knew what he did and he didn’t even have the sense to admit it.”- Samantha
“Sam, that’s it, I don’t even know what it was that I did. Can you just for once just come out and tell me. I at least should know what it is that I’m being accused of to defend myself.”- Anthony
“You and Tammy Benson were caught hugged together in the Library the other week. When I looked in your face you seemed to like very much.”- Samantha
Anthony thought about it for a few seconds and then realized what it was Sam was talking about.
“Sam, I wasn’t hugging her because I was into her. The reason we were in the library in the first place was because I was tutoring her for her Sociology exam. When she saw that she had a chance to pass and keep her car, she got overly excited and thanked me by giving me a hug. That’s when you walked in and saw us, not because we were getting together, but because she was repaying me for helping her with her test. She was even helping me choose a gift for your birthday.”- Anthony
Anthony reached into his pocket and pulled out a small box and handed it to her. Samantha slowly took it from him and opened it and saw that it was a sterling silver ring with two dolphins atop it. When she saw it, she realized what a mistake she had made and quickly wrapped her arms around Anthony’s neck.
“Oh Tony, can you ever forgive me for jumping to conclusions like that. I feel so ashamed about the way that I acted.”- Samantha
“That’s okay, you repay me by going out with me tonight.”- Anthony
“For you, I will go the moon if asked. Mother, don’t wait up, me and my man have a movie to see and some Chinese food to sample.”- Samantha
Anthony and Samantha both walked out the door arm in arm heading towards the truck. Mrs. Clark stood at the door leaning against the post watching them both as they sped off down the road.
(Scene)
The nightlife of Downtown Pearl City Harbor is bustling with traffic of all kinds both vehicle and pedestrian. Atop one of the city’s skyscrapers a couple stand together watching the stars in the night sky. They were enjoying a romantic evening together celebrating their wedding anniversary. Sitting at a table that the husband had decorated for the occasion, he began pouring some expensive wine into two wine glasses. Both of them took one and held it towards it each other preparing to toast to their happiness.
“Honey, these last ten years have been exciting and wonderful all rolled into one. You have completed me like no one ever could and I can’t wait to see what the next ten years will be like.”- Husband
The young man’s wife felt so overwhelmed by what he had said. She became choked up trying to hold back her tears. Finally, she regained her composure and began to give her toast to their marriage.
“Darling, no other man can or ever will fulfill me like you have these last ten years. I’m so glad that you were the one that was chosen to complete me and there’s no one else that I would rather spend….”- Wife
Before she had a chance to complete her toast, a flashing bright red light shown over them. They looked up and saw a falling Namyra heading straight for them. They both jumped out the way and saw with astonishment as Namyra crashing through the table and hit the roof of the building hard. She laid there for a few seconds before regaining consciousness and getting up to her feet. The couple couldn’t believe what they were seeing and were about to head down the building staircase screaming their heads off. Before they had a chance to turn tail and run, Namyra raised her hands towards them.
“Please, do not be afraid of me, I do not come to bring you any harm. I need to know where I am right now. What is the name of this strange kingdom?”- Namyra
“You’re on top of the Plaza Building in the center of Pearl City Harbor. You are you and where did you come from?”- Couple
Namyra was just about to answer that, but the red gem began to glow once again. She held her hand up and saw in which direction it was glowing. Excusing herself she stood to the edge of the roof and looked down and gazed upon the populace that was before her.
“Somewhere down there, are the chosen ones, I must quickly locate them before my brother arrives. Sorry I can’t stay and get more acquainted with you two, but I have a pressing assignment to complete.”- Namyra
Turning towards the edge of the roof, Namyra grabbed the railing and leaped over the edge and front flipped towards the ground. The couple thought that she was committing suicide, but they saw with amazement that she landed on her feet and kept on running.
A few miles away Samantha and Anthony were just coming from watching a double feature at the movie theatre. They were in Anthony’s truck heading to an exclusive restaurant that his father had made reservations for them at. While riding in the truck down the highway they continued to enjoy each other’s company.
“I can’t believe that for these last few months, I thought that you and Tammy were going out. How could I allow myself to become that jealous?”- Samantha
“It’s understandable, you truly care about me and you didn’t want anybody just coming in taking away the love that you gave to me.”- Anthony
“No matter what happens, I won’t be quick to jump to conclusions again. From now on I’m standing by your side.”- Samantha
At that moment a ball of energy roared through the air and struck the ground near the truck causing Anthony to lose control. Turning the wheel to avoid the major impacted area of the highway, he causes the back of the truck to strike a light post. Traffic all around began screeching to a stop and a standstill as they watched in awe at the sight that was before them. Inside the crater a swirling vortex spun with fierceness and power. What came out of it was nothing more than a nightmare coming forth to life. Daegron’s stone guards began marching out one by one with their weapons drawn out before them. They marched in two straight lines down the sides of the highway, with one swipe of their fists or one kick of their boots, they began knocking cars and trucks away from the crater. As they were getting closer to Anthony’s truck, he and Samantha frantically tried to get out of their seat belts to jump out of the truck.
“Oh my goodness, Anthony what are those things?”- Samantha
“I don ‘t know, but I’m not intending to stay in this truck to find out.”- Anthony
The two quickly unloosed their seat belts and climbed out of the truck. Just as they jumped out of the way, two of the stone guards grabbed the front of Anthony’s truck and tossed it into the air into a nearby building where it exploded with impact. Anthony couldn’t believe what he was seeing, but what happened next definitely made his mind do back flips. Stepping forth from the vortex came Daegron himself with his female general Tyshira.
“So this is the infamous Earth, I will enjoy enslaving the people here.”- Daegron
“Yes my lord, the people here don’t seem to pose any trouble or hindrance to your rulership.”- Tyshira
“For right now I just need to find my messed up sister before she has a chance to find the chosen ones with the Aerial Gems. I can sense that she is near, guards spread out and search for her. If anybody or thing gets in your way destroy them!!”- Daegron
The Stone Guards began marching through out the city causing destruction in search for Namyra. People began running in horror and terror as the guards went through the city; nothing or no one was safe. Anthony and Samantha watched in fear as they saw their city being terrorized by these outer worldly beings. They both began running for their lives trying to get to some kind of safety. Just as they were running in front of a dark alley, a hand grabbed them both and pulled them in. Samantha started to scream, but Namyra soon shushed her.
“Please don’t scream, I don’t mean you any harm, but I can’t afford for you to signal those stone guards to find out where we are.”- Namyra
“Lady, who are you any way and why would you care about those things finding you anyway?”- Anthony
“Because those stone creatures are the guards that follow my evil brother, Daegron. I’m sure you know by now that he is not from this world and neither am I. My name is Namyra, princess of Stratius, my father’s kingdom was attacked by my brother’s guards and he is searching me out to destroy me too.”- Namyra
“I don’t understand, why would he want to destroy you?”- Samantha
Namyra reached into her pocket and pulled out the Aerial Gems, of which two of them were glowing; the yellow and red gems.
“These are what he is after, they are my kingdom’s source of power. The one that possesses these will have complete control over the kingdom of Stratius. My mother sent me with them here to Earth because she informed me that five chosen ones from Earth will use their power to rid our realm of darkness. My brother wishes to obtain them to use their power to merge our realm with another dark war torn realm, I just can’t stand by and watch that happen.”- Namyra
“I see two of them are glowing, why is that?”- Anthony
”For some reason they are near to the ones that are chosen. They only glow when they are near the chosen ones.”- Namyra
When Anthony reached his hands towards the red the gem began glowing even brighter. Namyra then looked into his eyes and saw that his eyes too were glowing red just like the gem. She then motioned for Samantha to reach her hand toward the yellow gem. When she did the gem also began glowing brighter than before. Also Samantha’s eyes too began glowing the same bright yellow energy color as the gem.
“Oh my goodness, you two are the chosen ones that I’ve been searching for.”- Namyra
“What are you talking about?”- Anthony
“When you reached your hand towards the gem it began indicating that it had found the one that was meant to use its power.”- Namyra
“Whoa, are you trying to tell me that this jewel has power to conquer evil and it has chosen me to use that power?”- Anthony
“Precisely.”- Namyra
“I don’t know about this, I mean I don’t look the part of a superhero.”- Anthony
“Young man, you don’t always have to look the part to be a hero. It’s what’s inside your heart that determines whether you’re a hero or not and according to what the red gem has found, you have those qualities that are needed to be one. It’s now up to you to choose whether or not you want to accept it.”- Namyra
Anthony and Samantha stood before Namyra and thought about what she had just told them. Suddenly, a loud explosion erupted behind them, they turned around and saw five Stone Guards standing before them with Daegron and Tyshira standing behind them. The guards parted way to allow their leaders to walk through.
“Well, well if it isn’t my meddling sister speaking with the creatures of this world.”- Daegron
“Who is this suppose to be?”- Anthony
“Silence peasant, you shall address the new emperor of Stratius with proper respect!!”- Tyshira
“How dare you speak those filthy lies, he is not emperor of nothing but his own imagination.”- Namyra
“Oh trust me dear sister, once I have those precious little gems, all of Stratius shall belong to me. Now be a nice little princess and hand them over, before something happens that you won’t live to regret.”- Daegron
“I shall never hand them over to you.”- Namyra
“Oh that won’t be a problem, we’ll just take them from you.”- Tyshira
Tyshira walked up towards Namyra, but Samantha and Anthony stood in front of her with their arms folded in front of them.
“You can forget about putting your hands on the lady.”- Anthony
“You’re nothing but a bunch of children, but if you want me to put you in your place…”- Tyshira
Tyshira grabbed the two by their shirts and held them up in the air hurled them through the air into a stack of garbage cans. Namyra quickly ran to them and assisted them back on their feet.
“Well, I guess we showed them a thing or two.”- Samantha
“Don’t make me have to slay the first two children of this planet, Princess. Hand the emperor the gems or be destroyed!!”- Tyshira
“Again I say, I will never hand the gems over to you.”- Namyra
“I didn’t want to this, but it must be done. Destroy them all and then bring me the Aerial Gems!!”- Daegron
Tyshira, along with the five Stone Guards began advancing towards the three, who were now backed into a walled in alleyway. There was no other way of escape except through the advancing forces.
“What are we going to do now Anthony”- Samantha

No sooner had she released the question from her lips, then the gem began glowing again. This time it released itself from her grasp and floated in the middle of the air. It soon flashed out of the cave back into the blizzard. Namyra had to no choice but to run after it.
“Wait, where are you going?!”- Namyra
As Namyra ran out the entrance of the cave a bright red light flashed and she was soon teleported away from the blizzardized region.

The throne room of Stratius was left a wreck after Daegron’s carnage erupted. Lifeless bodies lay everywhere in the massive royal hall with the Daegron’s stone warriors capturing any remaining subjects. The now evil warlord sat upon his father’s throne, while King Javen laid on the floor under his boot. King Javen was now scarred with wounds from Daegron’s weapon.
“Father, I tried to warn you about my strength, but as always I had to prove my worth.”- Daegron
“You…will never…rule this kingdom, so long as my daughter has the Aerial Gems.”- King Javen
“That should all come to a closing end very soon. My dear Tyshira should have found your wife and daughter by now and brought their existence to an end.”- Daegron
“You monster…what kind of evil has taken you over?”- King Javen
“Let’s just say that the presence that’s inside of me now, is something that you have never dealt with before. Once I have those gems in my grasp, every realm in existence will know its true power.”- Daegron
Tyshira soon entered the room dragging the lifeless body of the queen behind. She stood before Daegron and knelt down to one knee with her head bowed down to the floor. Daegron could tell that something was right and he had a feeling just what it could be.
“Tyshira, tell me that you have those blasted gems in your possession!!”- Daegron
“Master, please forgive me, I almost had those gems in my hands. The queen informed the princess to use the gems to teleport to another dimension. When she teleported she took the gems with her.”- Tyshira
“Worry not my dear, if I know mother, she has sent her to a place where evil has thrived since time began.”- Prince Daegron
“Where is that my master?”- Tyshira
“To Earth, ready the Stone Guards and prepare to leave this place. We shall find my sister and when we do, we will not only put an end to her existence, but also to the ones that are supposed to be chosen to use their powers.”- Daegron
“Nothing…you do will stop…the power of goodness from prevailing over darkness.”- King Javen
“Master, may I do you the honors of putting this wretch out of his misery?”- Tyshira
“Do with me what you will, but know…this that soon you shall…know what the consequences of betrayal will lead you.”- King Javen
Daegron stood to his feet and knelt down next to his father’s weak body. Grabbing him by his royal shirt, he pulled Javen closer towards himself.
“That’s where you’re wrong, because as I have said before, you have lived long enough to see the end of your era. Your last sight shall be of me walking away, not only victor over you, but also the new supreme ruler of the kingdom of Stratius. You were a good father, but all “good” things must come to an end; goodbye…father.”- Daegron
Forming a smirk upon his face, Daegron slowly stood to his feet and began walking away down the aisle of the grand throne room. As he made his way down the aisle another dimensional portal opened itself and allowed his warriors to march through it. Just as he was about to enter it himself, he turned to look out the corner of his eye to see Tyshira take her saber and slice King Javen across his neck, taking him of his existence. Laughing to himself, Daegron stepped into the portal with Tyshira following close behind him.

It’s nightfall in Pearl City Harbor and we find Anthony arriving to the Clark family residence around the time that Mrs. Clark instructed him to. He was wearing a black buttoned shirt opened to show his white t-shirt, some black jeans, and some black and white sneakers. He slowly walked up to the front door and slightly knocked. He stood waiting for a few seconds before the door opened to reveal Mrs. Clark herself.
“Hey Anthony, you’re right on time. Sam’s still in the shower preparing for what I told her is a blind date.”- Beverly
“Thanks again Mrs. Clark, I just hope that Sam can patch things up between us.”- Anthony
“I agree wholeheartedly, I’m starting to lose my stomach just listening to her deny missing you. It’s time that she face her self head on.”- Beverly
A few minutes later a young Asian American girl comes walking down a set of stairs wearing a yellow mini dress with black heel boots; this was Beverly’s daughter Samantha. She looked into the living room and saw her mother sitting with Anthony.
“What in the world is he doing here?”- Samantha
“Honey, this is the blind date that I told you about. He’s here to take you out to the movies and dinner.”- Beverly
“No thanks, there’s nothing that I want to see and I don’t feel quite hungry. If it’s all right with I’ll go to my room.”- Samantha
Samantha was about to head back upstairs, but her mother quickly stood in front of her stopping her from leaving the room.
“Listen, now I know that you feel Anthony betrayed you, but you should give him a chance to explain what you saw.”- Beverly
“Why momma, he knew what he did and he didn’t even have the sense to admit it.”- Samantha
“Sam, that’s it, I don’t even know what it was that I did. Can you just for once just come out and tell me. I at least should know what it is that I’m being accused of to defend myself.”- Anthony
“You and Tammy Benson were caught hugged together in the Library the other week. When I looked in your face you seemed to like very much.”- Samantha
Anthony thought about it for a few seconds and then realized what it was Sam was talking about.
“Sam, I wasn’t hugging her because I was into her. The reason we were in the library in the first place was because I was tutoring her for her Sociology exam. When she saw that she had a chance to pass and keep her car, she got overly excited and thanked me by giving me a hug. That’s when you walked in and saw us, not because we were getting together, but because she was repaying me for helping her with her test. She was even helping me choose a gift for your birthday.”- Anthony
Anthony reached into his pocket and pulled out a small box and handed it to her. Samantha slowly took it from him and opened it and saw that it was a sterling silver ring with two dolphins atop it. When she saw it, she realized what a mistake she had made and quickly wrapped her arms around Anthony’s neck.
“Oh Tony, can you ever forgive me for jumping to conclusions like that. I feel so ashamed about the way that I acted.”- Samantha
“That’s okay, you repay me by going out with me tonight.”- Anthony
“For you, I will go the moon if asked. Mother, don’t wait up, me and my man have a movie to see and some Chinese food to sample.”- Samantha
Anthony and Samantha both walked out the door arm in arm heading towards the truck. Mrs. Clark stood at the door leaning against the post watching them both as they sped off down the road.

The nightlife of Downtown Pearl City Harbor is bustling with traffic of all kinds both vehicle and pedestrian. Atop one of the city’s skyscrapers a couple stand together watching the stars in the night sky. They were enjoying a romantic evening together celebrating their wedding anniversary. Sitting at a table that the husband had decorated for the occasion, he began pouring some expensive wine into two wine glasses. Both of them took one and held it towards it each other preparing to toast to their happiness.
“Honey, these last ten years have been exciting and wonderful all rolled into one. You have completed me like no one ever could and I can’t wait to see what the next ten years will be like.”- Husband
The young man’s wife felt so overwhelmed by what he had said. She became choked up trying to hold back her tears. Finally, she regained her composure and began to give her toast to their marriage.
“Darling, no other man can or ever will fulfill me like you have these last ten years. I’m so glad that you were the one that was chosen to complete me and there’s no one else that I would rather spend….”- Wife
Before she had a chance to complete her toast, a flashing bright red light shown over them. They looked up and saw a falling Namyra heading straight for them. They both jumped out the way and saw with astonishment as Namyra crashing through the table and hit the roof of the building hard. She laid there for a few seconds before regaining consciousness and getting up to her feet. The couple couldn’t believe what they were seeing and were about to head down the building staircase screaming their heads off. Before they had a chance to turn tail and run, Namyra raised her hands towards them.
“Please, do not be afraid of me, I do not come to bring you any harm. I need to know where I am right now. What is the name of this strange kingdom?”- Namyra
“You’re on top of the Plaza Building in the center of Pearl City Harbor. You are you and where did you come from?”- Couple
Namyra was just about to answer that, but the red gem began to glow once again. She held her hand up and saw in which direction it was glowing. Excusing herself she stood to the edge of the roof and looked down and gazed upon the populace that was before her.
“Somewhere down there, are the chosen ones, I must quickly locate them before my brother arrives. Sorry I can’t stay and get more acquainted with you two, but I have a pressing assignment to complete.”- Namyra
Turning towards the edge of the roof, Namyra grabbed the railing and leaped over the edge and front flipped towards the ground. The couple thought that she was committing suicide, but they saw with amazement that she landed on her feet and kept on running.
A few miles away Samantha and Anthony were just coming from watching a double feature at the movie theatre. They were in Anthony’s truck heading to an exclusive restaurant that his father had made reservations for them at. While riding in the truck down the highway they continued to enjoy each other’s company.
“I can’t believe that for these last few months, I thought that you and Tammy were going out. How could I allow myself to become that jealous?”- Samantha
“It’s understandable, you truly care about me and you didn’t want anybody just coming in taking away the love that you gave to me.”- Anthony
“No matter what happens, I won’t be quick to jump to conclusions again. From now on I’m standing by your side.”- Samantha
At that moment a ball of energy roared through the air and struck the ground near the truck causing Anthony to lose control. Turning the wheel to avoid the major impacted area of the highway, he causes the back of the truck to strike a light post. Traffic all around began screeching to a stop and a standstill as they watched in awe at the sight that was before them. Inside the crater a swirling vortex spun with fierceness and power. What came out of it was nothing more than a nightmare coming forth to life. Daegron’s stone guards began marching out one by one with their weapons drawn out before them. They marched in two straight lines down the sides of the highway, with one swipe of their fists or one kick of their boots, they began knocking cars and trucks away from the crater. As they were getting closer to Anthony’s truck, he and Samantha frantically tried to get out of their seat belts to jump out of the truck.
“Oh my goodness, Anthony what are those things?”- Samantha
“I don ‘t know, but I’m not intending to stay in this truck to find out.”- Anthony
The two quickly unloosed their seat belts and climbed out of the truck. Just as they jumped out of the way, two of the stone guards grabbed the front of Anthony’s truck and tossed it into the air into a nearby building where it exploded with impact. Anthony couldn’t believe what he was seeing, but what happened next definitely made his mind do back flips. Stepping forth from the vortex came Daegron himself with his female general Tyshira.
“So this is the infamous Earth, I will enjoy enslaving the people here.”- Daegron
“Yes my lord, the people here don’t seem to pose any trouble or hindrance to your rulership.”- Tyshira
“For right now I just need to find my messed up sister before she has a chance to find the chosen ones with the Aerial Gems. I can sense that she is near, guards spread out and search for her. If anybody or thing gets in your way destroy them!!”- Daegron
The Stone Guards began marching through out the city causing destruction in search for Namyra. People began running in horror and terror as the guards went through the city; nothing or no one was safe. Anthony and Samantha watched in fear as they saw their city being terrorized by these outer worldly beings. They both began running for their lives trying to get to some kind of safety. Just as they were running in front of a dark alley, a hand grabbed them both and pulled them in. Samantha started to scream, but Namyra soon shushed her.
“Please don’t scream, I don’t mean you any harm, but I can’t afford for you to signal those stone guards to find out where we are.”- Namyra
“Lady, who are you any way and why would you care about those things finding you anyway?”- Anthony
“Because those stone creatures are the guards that follow my evil brother, Daegron. I’m sure you know by now that he is not from this world and neither am I. My name is Namyra, princess of Stratius, my father’s kingdom was attacked by my brother’s guards and he is searching me out to destroy me too.”- Namyra
“I don’t understand, why would he want to destroy you?”- Samantha
Namyra reached into her pocket and pulled out the Aerial Gems, of which two of them were glowing; the yellow and red gems.
“These are what he is after, they are my kingdom’s source of power. The one that possesses these will have complete control over the kingdom of Stratius. My mother sent me with them here to Earth because she informed me that five chosen ones from Earth will use their power to rid our realm of darkness. My brother wishes to obtain them to use their power to merge our realm with another dark war torn realm, I just can’t stand by and watch that happen.”- Namyra
“I see two of them are glowing, why is that?”- Anthony
”For some reason they are near to the ones that are chosen. They only glow when they are near the chosen ones.”- Namyra
When Anthony reached his hands towards the red the gem began glowing even brighter. Namyra then looked into his eyes and saw that his eyes too were glowing red just like the gem. She then motioned for Samantha to reach her hand toward the yellow gem. When she did the gem also began glowing brighter than before. Also Samantha’s eyes too began glowing the same bright yellow energy color as the gem.
“Oh my goodness, you two are the chosen ones that I’ve been searching for.”- Namyra
“What are you talking about?”- Anthony
“When you reached your hand towards the gem it began indicating that it had found the one that was meant to use its power.”- Namyra
“Whoa, are you trying to tell me that this jewel has power to conquer evil and it has chosen me to use that power?”- Anthony
“Precisely.”- Namyra
“I don’t know about this, I mean I don’t look the part of a superhero.”- Anthony
“Young man, you don’t always have to look the part to be a hero. It’s what’s inside your heart that determines whether you’re a hero or not and according to what the red gem has found, you have those qualities that are needed to be one. It’s now up to you to choose whether or not you want to accept it.”- Namyra
Anthony and Samantha stood before Namyra and thought about what she had just told them. Suddenly, a loud explosion erupted behind them, they turned around and saw five Stone Guards standing before them with Daegron and Tyshira standing behind them. The guards parted way to allow their leaders to walk through.
“Well, well if it isn’t my meddling sister speaking with the creatures of this world.”- Daegron
“Who is this suppose to be?”- Anthony
“Silence peasant, you shall address the new emperor of Stratius with proper respect!!”- Tyshira
“How dare you speak those filthy lies, he is not emperor of nothing but his own imagination.”- Namyra
“Oh trust me dear sister, once I have those precious little gems, all of Stratius shall belong to me. Now be a nice little princess and hand them over, before something happens that you won’t live to regret.”- Daegron
“I shall never hand them over to you.”- Namyra
“Oh that won’t be a problem, we’ll just take them from you.”- Tyshira
Tyshira walked up towards Namyra, but Samantha and Anthony stood in front of her with their arms folded in front of them.
“You can forget about putting your hands on the lady.”- Anthony
“You’re nothing but a bunch of children, but if you want me to put you in your place…”- Tyshira
Tyshira grabbed the two by their shirts and held them up in the air hurled them through the air into a stack of garbage cans. Namyra quickly ran to them and assisted them back on their feet.
“Well, I guess we showed them a thing or two.”- Samantha
“Don’t make me have to slay the first two children of this planet, Princess. Hand the emperor the gems or be destroyed!!”- Tyshira
“Again I say, I will never hand the gems over to you.”- Namyra
“I didn’t want to this, but it must be done. Destroy them all and then bring me the Aerial Gems!!”- Daegron
Tyshira, along with the five Stone Guards began advancing towards the three, who were now backed into a walled in alleyway. There was no other way of escape except through the advancing forces.
“What are we going to do now Anthony”- Samantha
