In a dark room, so dark you could only see the outline of the people sitting there a conversation was going on that would eventually change the world as we know it. One of the creatures in the room stood up and was pacing around the room.

"We have to stop this now" the creature spoke with determination. he continued on in a more angy tone, "Humans and creatures were not meant to live together. We come from two different world our cultures and habits are too different for this peace to continue. We need to do something"

Another figure stood up, this one looked more human than the other. he reluctantly spoke, "What about the rangers? They still have power and support this lifestyle. We cant face them"

The other creature laughed at the remark "Alone we can't. This is true. which is why I plan to bring back an evil that will know what to do." he flipped on the lights and a group of about 5 sat were shown in the room, a centaur, a female fairy, and the leader is what looked like a blue troll, the other two were humans. The female human spoke to the troll who devised the plan "Baldor we can't do this. Bringing back any evil would anger the Mystics. Besides, any evil we bring back would be more interested in destroying the world instead of helping us."

Another creature spoke up "Kendra, sweet, shallow Kendra. If you honestly believe we haven’t thought this through then you don’t belong here"

The man know as Joshua spoke up in a very straight forward voice "Faith is right Kendra. What goes on after the return of evil is not out problem."

The centaur started walking towards Baldor. Baldor watched with very curious eyes "What is it Troy? Troy responded with a very all knowing tone "We've gone through this plan a thousand times but for it to completely work we must get rid of the Mystic Rangers." He turned around and spoke twards the wall of the small room. "By alerting the Mystic mother of the upcoming attack im sure she will call upon the mystics"

Baldors eyes widened with fascination at the new thought, "Brilliant, the Mystic mother will sure summon the Mystics and then we will be free to retrieve the needed item for the revival of our savior"

Kendra started to speak with a very shy tone "Explain to me how reviving him will separate our worlds again?" They all looked at her with very stern faces. Faith sopke up in a very angry voice

"When the likes of you are being attacked by one of out own, your kind will force us back into the forest where we can start anew"

At this all Kendra could do was nod and ask, "When do we start?"

In the Rock-Porium Toby has called a meeting of his employes. Madison, Chip, Vida, Xander, Phineas, Nikki, And LeeLee all stood in alignment as Toby checked things off the list.

"Alright gang sales are up, stock is down. Whatever your doing is great" Toby said with satisfaction. "Madison. Hows manning the register going?"

Madison sighed "Same as last week Toby. Non-stop until closing." Madison said with a slightly somber tone. "On the bright side there’s a ton of money in the register" Madison said as she clicked her toung and put up her thumbs.

Chip walked over to a table and grabbed a clipboard. He Flipped through and read the stock report, "Toby we need to get more orders of a ton of albums and Phineus can you do your thing and get us some more Creature albums?"

Phineas hopped up "Im on it" he storms out of the store. They all look at him with a confused look on there face. Vida was the first to comment

"I must admit, he may do it in a strange way but he gets his jobs done." the others all nod in agreement. Nikki then spoke to Toby in a joking voice.

“Toby, honey you are a great businessman but seriously honey you need to take a chill pill” Toby chuckled at the remark.

“Alright guys it’s late lets lock up” They remaining people in the store started doing the many tasks involved in closing. Madison locked up the register, Vida cleaned up her turntables, Xander and Chip locked up the back room and closed up all the stock, Nikki and Leelee cleaned up the store, and Toby locked up his office.

“Alright gang ill see you all tomorrow bright and early.” Toby said very happily. Everyone nodded and said farewell to each other. Toby was the last to leave and he shut off the lights and exited through the front door.

In the magical dimension a soldier dressed in baby blue ran over to an Asian queen on a thrown. He stopped in front of her and bowed. The queen replied “What is it Snow Prince?”

The Snow Prince stood up and raised a parchment, then very quickly he started speaking to the queen “Mystic Mother, this just arrived. It’s a warning. It says someone is going to try and revive Imperious” Mystic mother looked very taken aback by this. She raised her wand and looked to her soldier “Snow Prince get me the Mystic Rangers”

In a different city Nick Russell and his parents, Udonna and Leanbow. were sitting in a coffee shop with nervous expressions on there faces.

Nick broke the silence “Ok there coming today. Mom, dad, don’t say anything ok?” Nick asked very apologetically. He continued on “It’s just there going to be freaked out enough without the stories you two could throw in.” Udonna and Leanbow nodded in agreement.

For the next 5 minutes the 3 sat in silence, occasionally taking sips of there warm beverages. Udonna noticed a car pull up outside and tapped Nick on the shoulder

“Nick, there here.” Nick hopped up as if he just saw a ghost and stood at the head of the table to greet his adoptive parents. The time that it took for them to get to the table from the door felt like and eternity in Nicks mind.

“Nick, what is it honey? It sounded urgent and we got here as fast as we could” Nicks adoptive mother Sara said as she hugged Nick. “Your Father and I were so worried” as she let go of the vice she had around Nick.Nick started speaking being very careful to pick his words carefully.

“Mom, Dad, I would like you to meet my real parents.” As Nick points to Udonna and Leanbow his parents look in amazement. Nick then follows up the shock with telling his parents the whole story. About him becoming the red Mystic ranger, finding out his parents and of course now being a wizard. When it was all said and done there was a very long pause. Nick wasn’t sure what to say next, but that wasn’t a problem before he could say anything he vanished from the coffee house.

“NICK!!!” all four of his parents said as he vanished.

“Where is he?” Sara said with a tone full of anger and worry.

“I don’t know, Leanbow what could have happened?” Udonna said more worried that angry.

Nicks father James spoke for the first time since his arrival in a tone that scared even Leanbow “Where is my son?”

“Ok lets get you two home and we will find Nick and bring him back” Leinbow said in a very calm voice. He could see the worried reactions on Nicks adoptive parents faces. “I know you want to come with us but its just to dangerous. Soon we will fill you in on everything, but for now lets go”

Nick appeared in Rootcore with the other mystic rangers. Clare and Daggeron seemed frozen in time. Before Nick could fully understand the situation Madison had her arms around him in a vice tighter than his mothers.

“Madison?” he looked around and noticed the other rangers. “Chip? Vida? Xander? What are we doing here?" Madison let go of Nick

“Not sure, but seeing as Those two aren’t moving im guessing it has to do with...” Before Madison could finish her sentence a Magical seal appeared and the Snow Prince popped out.

“Rangers you must come with me. Mystic Mother need to speak with you” the Snow Prince said very hurried. The rangers all looked at him with very lost faces.

Xander was the first to say something to Snow Prince “What is it? Is the magical realm in trouble?” the Snow Prince walked up to Xander and put an arm on his shoulder

“No its your world.” Snow Prince said very solemnly “But lets hurry Mystic Mother wishes to speak with you now”

The rangers all looked at each other and nodded. Nick was the one to verbally agree for the team “Lets go.” and with that the Snow Prince opened a portal and the rangers walked in and the portal closed.

As soon as it did Baldor, Troy and Faith walked in to a frozen Clare and Daggeron.

“They will remain frozen for a few minutes.” Troy pointed out to his team. “Find the genie quickly”. The three started rummaging through Rootcore tearing apart desks, pillars and everything.

“Finally.” Baldor exclaimed as he found the lamp the genie known as Jenji. He picked it up and showed it to his group.

“It’s amazing” Faith pointed out as she look at the gold and blue lamp. She then turned to her other teammates “Shall we go?” As she said that Udonna and Leanbow appeared in Rootcore and noticed the three people holding the lamp.Udonna immediately saw Clare and Daggeron frozen and unfroze them with her magic.

“My friends are you ok?” Udonna asked

“Who are they?” Daggeron exclaimed as he noticed what was happening.

Baldor chuckled “We’re the ones who are going to return things to the way they were” he turns to Faith “Now!” Faith makes a movement with her hands and they teleport away. The four run over to the area where the creatures were.

“They got Jenji” Clare exclaimed

“Then were going after them” Udonna said as she looked at her old appetence. Clare shook her head in agreement and zapped them away. Then realized she would have to call upon her friends Itassis and Matoombo who were in the city living the lives magical creatures could only dream of years ago.

In the magical realm the Snow Prince led the rangers to Mystic Mothers thrown room

“Right in there” he exclaimed and the rangers went in. They were very un-sure what to do but they walked in and looked up at he queen of the magical world who smiled at them.

“Im very sorry ranger I know you probably have just gotten resettled into your normal lives but as im sure Snow Prince has told you. Our worlds are once again threatened by evil.” She said very solemnly.

“What is threatening us? I thought we destroyed all the dark magic.” Vida said very worried. Mystic mother looked at the rangers

“I don’t know who, but they plan on reviving Imperious.” she stated.

“Imperious?!?” Chip exclaimed. “Leanbow destroyed him”

“I know. Which makes this news even worse.” Mystic Mother said sadly “We must stop him from being revived for if he is, he will be stronger than ever.” Madison walked forward.

“What do we have to do?”

In a dimension that was full of sand, the three creatures appeared in front of the two humans, who look in shock that they succeeded, and they all started rubbing the lamp. Moments later Jenji appeared and was shocked to see who he saw

“Who are you?” Jenji exclaimed “Where am I?”

“Quiet you simple feline. We only need you to grant our wish.” Baldor said. Jenji looked around nervously
“Not again, I need a lock on this thing.” he looked to the 5 and bowed “What do you need?” The five smiled and together made the wish

“WE WISH IMPERIOUS WOULD BE REVIVED AND STRONGER THAN EVER”

Jenji sadly shook his head to the request and the sky turned dark and lightning struck everywhere. A dark ball of energy started emerging from the ground and Imperious rose from the dead. From behind Jenji noticed Udonna, Daggeron, and Leanbow running into view. They all started blasting the energy and the creature rising from it. Jenji realized his timing was now and grabbed his lamp and ran to the rangers.

“Foolish genie” Baldor exclaimed “Faith get us out of here we did what we needed to” She does a familiar arm movement and the five are teleported out. Leaving the rangers Jenji and Imperious

“Go back to the depths Imperious,” Daggeron yelled “Your reign of evil is over”

Imperious chuckled evilly “You think you are so powerful Solaris Knight. You are nothing compared to my new power. None of you are!”

The three rangers reached for there morphers “Magical Source Mystic Force” where the three stood now stood Solaris Knight, Wolf Warrior and the White Mystic Ranger. Imperious chuckled again and this time raised his fan.

“Taste my power” he fires a blast that hits all three of them dead on and sends them all flying back. Imperious again chuckles.

“Daggeron help me get Udonna and Jenji out of here!” Leanbow said very worried. “We can take Imperious”

“What? No” Udonna protested

“Now” Leanbow exclaimed and the White ranger and the genie disappeared between them. “Now we can finish you once and for all Imperious”

Udonna and Jenji landed in Rootcore There entrance caused Clare Itassis and Matoombo to check if there allies were ok.

“What happened?” Itassis questioned as she helped up the sorceress.

“Clare get me back there Leanbow and Daggeron are in trouble” she said wordily. “Imperious is back”

“Clare cant send you back” Itassis said “Leanbow has closed the dimension”

“I sense trouble in your world” Mystic Mother exclaimed “Go now! You now know what is in store for you and what you must do to end this once and for all”

“We will do our best” Nick exclaimed. The Snow Prince walked forward

“I will escort them home” he stated

“Actually Snow Prince I request that you stay with them. They will now need your help” Mystic mother said to her soldier. The Snow Prince was taken aback by this

“I will do as you wish” he said “Lets go rangers”

At the fight between the knights and Imperious the Knights are losing badly. Daggeron is on the ground barley moving. Imperious then grabs Leanbow by the arm.

“Finally the student has surpassed the teacher. Am I right Leanbow?” Imperious taunted “Now you get to watch one of your students destroyed”

“I’ve already scene that when you turned to the dark side Calindor” Leanbow spat back. Imperious looked at him with anger.

“Your lucky I need you, or with that remark you would be the one destroyed today” Imperious grunted “But today Solaris Knight dies” he raises his fan and blast Daggeron who flies back and lands motionless. He then demorphs.

“NOOOO!!” Leanbow cries “You will not get away with this”

“But I already have. And now to show the fruits of my labor” Imperious said proudly. He blasts Leanbow with his fan and he is covered in crystal he then starts to grow and picks up Daggerons body on the way. And transports to Briarwood.

In Briarwood the giant Imperious appears in the city. The town starts to flee in fear. The rangers return from the Magical Realm in one of Snow Princes spell seals. Udonna, Clare, Matoombo, Itassis, Toby, Phineas, Leelee and Nikki all find there way to the rangers.

“Ahh rangers,” Imperious chuckled “Long time no see. After such a long absence from eachother I’m happy to let you know that I only ended one of your lived today.” he throws Daggerons body at them. Clare lowers it slowly with some magic. They all run over to him.

With tears welling up in her eyes Udonna cries, “Nikki you have to heal him.” Nikki looks very sad and lowers her head.

“I can’t. I’m sorry” She starts to cry. “Im human now and I’ve lost my vampire powers”

“Lets get him” Nick said angrily as he started to morph.

“NOOO!” Madison said as she grabbed his morpher out of his hands “Not now. We can’t fight him yet and you know that.” Vida walked forward.

"How can you say that sis? she exclaimed "He killed Daggeron"

"We have to take him out." Chip agreed. Xander raised his wand.

"Im ready to fight," Xander stated. "This has gone too far"

“No Maddie's right” Nick said solemnly. "We cant fight him yet" the rangers all looked down at the Daggerons body and slowly agreed with Nick and Madison. Nick then looked up to the gigantic creature. "Imperious where’s Leanbow?”

“Why he’s right here” Imperious said “You will get him back when I get your magic...Until then goodbye rangers.” and with that he disappears. The rangers all look at the spot where he was standing.

Later in Rootcore, Itassis and Matoombo are creating a casket for Daggeron out of gold, and everyone else is very sad.

“How are we going to fight him?” Xander asked sadly “He destroyed our two strongest warriors without breaking a sweat” Vida got up at that comment and spoke her mind

“We are not going to give up.” she said. "He may be stronger now but remember we defeated the master"

“We're not giving up, Vida's right” Nick said “We will stop him no matter what it take” Everyone in the room looked at each other and couldn’t help but smile at Nicks remark. “The only thing is I have to tell my adoptive parents that I wont be staying with them and make sure they stay out of Briarwood until this is over” Nick explained, all the other rangers looked at him with very confused faces “But don’t worry ill be back for Daggerons funeral.”

“Im coming with you” Madison stated "I don’t care what you say. I will be there with you. Imperious would want to take us out one by one and im not letting you put yourself in that position”

“Ok” Nick agreed. “We leave in the morning”

Deep in the underworld, Imperious was pacing in circles around a ball of red energy. The energy was very curious, and filled with an essence of power, power that seemed stronger than your normal dark magic. The energy swirled with different shades of red and caused Hideacs and Styctoids to jump for joy at the sight of it.

“Leanbow” Imperious said as he touched the energy causing some of the red energy to fade revealing a familiar face. The face of the once great sorcerer, Leanbow. He took his hand away and the energy returned hiding Leanbow’s limp, levitating body. “This is terrific. The once great Leanbow, reduced to décor for my house of darkness.”

“Take a look at his my undead warriors,” Imperious exclaimed as he turned around addressing the undead footsoldiers that filled the caves that lined the walls of the underworld “This is a sign of victory in our battle. Where Leanbow now lies will soon be the resting place of the mystic rangers as well.” The footsoldiers now throwing there weapons up in glory fall silent as Imperious shot a blast of purple energy at the ground causing another familiar face to the pit to return.

“How can I serve you my master?” The purple armored figure spoke in a deep commanding voice.

It is awkward morning in the Rocca household, very different from the normal Rocca sister routine of having breakfast together and racing to the shower. This morning Vida walked into Madison’s room bright and early. It was painted blue, on one wall there was a bunch of video equipment a few trophies Madison won at film festivals, and on Madison’s dresser lay a blue duffel bag and hovering over the half full bag stood Madison Rocca.

“You alright?” Vida asked Madison as she walked over to her sister who was checking the bag making sure she had a change of clothes for her trip if necessary. Madison looked up and smiled at her sister

“Yah! I’m good to go.” Madison said with a tone filled with sadness and anticipation. She continued in a glummer tone, “It’s just different you know. I mean I’ve never gone anywhere this far without you. It’s always been Rocca sisters. Vida and Madison, but now it’s just Madison and I don’t know if I’m ready for that. Especially with Imperious being back” She ended very nervous.

“Calm down Maddy.” Vida said as she put an arm around her sister. “Your going to be with Nick. He’ll watch after you.” Vida reached over and grabbed Madison’s camera and handed it to her. She then continued on in an older sister tone, “Trust me. Madison he cares about you a lot. No come on ill give you a ride.” Madison grabbed her bag and jacket and the two walked out of the house and into Vida’s jeep, on there way to meet Nick.

At Rootcore, the lack of light that shined through the colored windows on this cloudy day pretty much spoke the mood. Nobody spoke much. Nick was packing his bags for his upcoming trip, Chip was examining Daggeron’s solar sward which Daggeron left to him, Xander and Clare were silently mixing a potion, Snow Prince, Itassis, and Matoombo were putting the finishing touches on Daggeron’s casket, and Udonna was staring blankly into space.

“Mom?” Nick said as he walked up to Udonna as soon as he finished packing. He put his hand on hers. “Everything’s going to be ok.” Nick stated with confidence in his voice but Udonna remained silent. “I know that Maddy and I leaving now isn’t the best thing to do but I have to do this.” He said getting nervous, “I need to tell them how much I appreciate everything they have done for me and..” He reluctantly continued now feeling sick to his stomach “Say goodbye in case I don’t see them again”

“Oh Nick” Udonna said breaking out of her stone gaze. She stood up and put her hands on Nicks shoulders “Not you” she said with a smile “Or any of you” she added when she noticed everyone else in Rootcore was listening. “Daggeron and Leinbow were both great warriors. They knew they could hold there own against most evil but the battle with Imperious,” she now started to cry. “It was just the wrong battle for them to fight alone. They should have had us all with them, fighting, and it could be different now.”

“Udonna,” Vida said, as she and Madison walked into the main room of Rootcore. Everyone in there turned to face the newly arrived rangers.

“I promise I will do everything in my power to take down Imperious and make him pay for what he did to Daggeron,” Vida said with conviction “and I will get Leanbow back”

“Not without me,” Chip added.

Very quickly the other rangers agreed. Clare, Snow Prince, Itassis, Matoombo, and Jenji also agreed. Udonna began to smile and a hint of hope twinkled in her eyes.

“It won’t be easy but we’re not giving up,” Clare said adding the feeling of happiness she usually brought to a conversation. Causing everyone in the room to smile.

Nick looked at his watch and had no other choice but to break the topic of conversation.

“Sorry guys but Maddy and I better get going” Nick said.

“Yes you better go now of you are to be back for Daggeron’s funeral” Udonna replied.

“Shall I prepare the mystic seal for teleportation?” Snow Prince asked.

Nick and Madison both nodded and Snow Prince raised his arm and a blue seal appeared in front of him. The two walked over the seal.

“Good-bye everyone,” Nick said as the two started to walk into the seal.

“Wait!” Jenji exclaimed, breaking the silence causing everyone in the room to have his attention.

“Madison,” Jenji continued “Daggeron told me that if anything ever happened to him he wanted you to have this” he said as he held out his lamp.

“Oh Jenji, I don’t want to take your lamp,” Madison said with guilt. “Its your home”

“Daggeron wanted it to go to you,” Jenji said “After all, he knows you will take care of me, and you are the only one who knows how to use it in battle.”

Madison took the lamp and smiled at Jenji

“Thank you,” Madison said looking at the golden casket. “Nick, I guess we have another travel partner”

Nick nodded his head in agreement

“The more the merrier,” Nick said. “Now hop in. We gotta get going”

“Okey dokey,” Jenji replied as he turned to smoke and went into the lamp.

“Get going,” Xander said in his deep Australian accent. “Maddy take care of him.”

Madison smiled at her friends comment then her and Nick turn around and walk into the blue magical seal and they disappear.

There is a part of the woods that is dark. No matter the time of day, this part of the Magical Forrest seemed to remain dark. It was a place people on the run went to. Creatures that had a secret, and were shamed of it. What they did was wrong, and they knew it. Here five figures stopped running for just long enough to catch there breath.

“Where are we going?” Kendra questioned huffing from exhaustion.

“Away,” the centaur Troy answered. “We raised evil from the depths to do our dirty work and guess what nothing happened except for the death of Solaris Knight, and the capture of Wolf Warrior. If we go back we will be hated by all.”

“The humans ad creatures will become closer since some of there defense is gone,” the fairy Faith stated with disappointment

“I wouldn’t be too sure about that,” the blue skinned creature known as Baldor stated. “There are always those couple of beings that will be racist against those different than themselves. The death of Daggeron will only bring that out in them.”

In the Rock-Porium it was another average day. Leelee was working the register, Phineas was rearranging some of the merchandise, Toby was sweeping the floor, and Nikki was setting up the stereo, necessary now that there DJ was busy trying to figure out the goal of an evil mummy with an attitude.

“Toby,” Leelee said getting the mangers attention. “Is it just me or is it not the same in here without the rangers?”

Toby stopped sweeping and looked at the blond headed girl.

“No it’s not the same,” Toby said. “But with the big evil dude back the others need to protect the city first, sell records second.”

Leelee nods in agreement. The door to the store opens and a very muscular man walks in and starts looking around. Phineas walks up to the man

“Can I help you in any way?” Phineas asked very friendly with a big smile.

“Get away from me freak,” the man said in a very threatening voice

“Freak?” Phineas questioned “No I’m a troblin. Half troll, half goblin. Shunned by both clans I roamed the Forest alone…”

Faster than anyone could have noticed the man swung at Phineas and he was on the ground with a bloody mouth.

“Hey!” Leelee yelled at the man.

“I told him to leave me alone,” the man replied as he left the store.

Madison and Nick exited the portal and saw they were in the middle of an alley. Madison looked around and saw nothing that even resembled a city.

“Nick?”

“Yah I know.” Nick answered. “I think the coffee house is this way.”

“Coffee house?” Madison asked “We’re meeting your parents at a coffee house? I mean I know there only here for a few days but a coffee house.” She continued starting to blab.

“True we should be somewhere less private to talk about our colorful costumed identities,” Nick said. “But we have to do this quick and all of Briarwood already knows were the rangers. So a coffee shop full of people won’t make much of a difference.”

Madison agreed and the two started walking to the coffee shop.

Vida, Xander and Chip walked through the doors of the Rock-Porium to find Leelee holding a tissue to Phineas’ nose. Toby was writing a sigh in thick red magic marker.

“What happened here?” Xander asked

“Some guy came in who apparently doesn’t like magical creatures and punched Phineas,” Nikki explained.

“Seriously?” Chip asked. “What’s not to like about Phineas? He’s funny, smart, and can do more back flips in a row than anyone I’ve ever met.”

“It’s ok Phineas,” Leelee said lovingly. “We all still love you.”

“Somethings not right here,” Vida exclaimed. “First Imperious, then the first signs of magical creature racism we’ve scene yet.

“And we’ve been living together for months” Toby said. “That’s why I’m putting this sign outside”

Toby holds up a sign that reads “This is a Creature Friendly Store. So Any Boneheads who Dislike Magical Creatures will have to Deal with them.” The sign then has an arrow that points to a picture of the rangers. Everyone laughs

“That’s great Toby,” Xander said. “But don’t you think using us as a threat is kinda bad?”

“No,” Toby answered. “People respect you. They wont bother anyone here with that sign”

“He’s right, with that sign nobody will bother the creatures in here” Nikki said. “Bit we’ve got to go. Daggeron’s funeral starts in an hour.”

Vida got her car keys out of her pocket.

“Let’s get going then.”

At the door to the Café Madison and nick stood facing the door. Nick had a feeling like he couldn’t move. He was to nervous to move. Madison knew this would happen so she did not rush him into the building.

“Are you ok?” Madison asked curiously.

Nick looked at her and forced a smile.

“This is harder than I thought,” he replied. “They’re inside aren’t they?”

“Yah,” she said “Come on.”

Madison extended her hand to Nick who took it. And they walked in side the café holding hands. When they entered Nicks parents walked up to him and hugged him, even before he could let go of Madison. In mid hug Madison found a way to let go of Nicks grip and she placed his arm around his mom.

“Oh Nick we were so worried about you,” Sara Russell exclaimed starting to cry. “What happened to you?

“In a minute.” Nick said slowing his moms rant and breaking out of his nervousness. “Mom, dad this is Madison Rocca. She’s the Blue ranger”

Madison smiled and extended a hand to Sara. Who shook it very nervously with two hands.

“I’m sorry sweetheart,” Sara apologized. “It’s just, Nick came and….”

“No it’s ok,” Madison said taking her hand back and extending her hand to Nicks father James Russell. “Nice to meet you sir. I’m Madison.”

He took her hand and felt his grip and right then Madison realized that even though he wasn’t Nicks’ real father this was the man that raised him.

“Hello Madison,” James said. “Sorry to ask but are you and Nick dating?”

“Uhh,” Madison said not knowing what to say. I mean the two did share some special moments but she wasn’t sure if ‘dating’ was the word to use.

“Yes,” Nick said out of nowhere. Madison gave him a look of confusion then smiled “Its kind of new so can we not embarrass me”

Nicks parents smiled and the four of them sat down at a booth. Nick then started telling his parents what has happened since his disappearance from this very spot a couple days ago.

“So Daggeron’s dead? And you plan of fighting what killed him?” Sara said straightforwardly. “No I forbid it.”

“Mom you cant do that anymore,” Nick said “I’m 19 and I’m going to fight for what I believe in.”

Nick took a deep breath and looked to Madison who nodded for him to go on.

“I didn’t come here to ask for your permission,” Nick said. “I came here to tell you to say out of Briarwood until I say so.”

His parents looked at him in a very stern face. Nick knew they were about to give him the speech they used to give him when he was using attitude as a kid t he cut them off.

“I’m not telling you that as your son,” he said firmly. “I’m telling you this as the red ranger. Say out of Briarwood.”

Nick paused long enough to make sure his words sunk into his parents before continuing.

“I’m sorry but we have to go,” Nick said solemnly.

His parents looked at him in a surprised face but Nick was already out of the booth with his arms open for as he knew there last hug. His parents knew not to speak. It was just one of those times they had to keep quiet, in fear of breaking into tears. They hugged him tightly.

“I love you both,” Nick whispered into there ears. And with that his mom broke into tears.

Back at the table Jenji popped his head out of his lamp and started to cry.

“This is so sad,” Jenji sobbed.

Nick looked at Madison who also had started to tear up. When she noticed he was watching her she bit her lower lip and forced a smile. With out releasing his parents he asked “Are you two ready?”

His parents turned around to see the cat head popping out of the lamp.

“And who is this?” James asked.

“I’m the genie known as Jenji,” the cat replied.

“Of course you are,” James said with a chuckle. “You three better get going. And pay my respects to Daggeron. He seemed like a great man.”

Later that day the area outside Rootcore was quiet. Clare who was dressed in her dark robes was magically creating a stone resting place for Daggeron. Xander used his ‘Floral’ powers and decorated the area with flowers. Vida was transforming pebbles into stone chairs for the small group of people attending the funeral. Everyone else was just sitting quietly waiting for the return of Nick and Madison. Who if by had chance were just arriving in a blue and red magical seal.

“We’re back,” Madison said rather excitedly. She then remembered the mood in the room and quietly said “sorry.”

Udonna gave Nick a curious look.

“It’s squared away,” he replied. “Now let’s go give Daggeron the send off he deserves.”

Everyone was outside now. Itassis was the only one standing and she was holding a scroll that had the language of the ancients. Everyone sat in silence with the exception of Jenji who was blubbering like a baby. Itassis gave him a glare and he was silenced. She raised a hand and the golden casket started to float towards the burial spot.

“Daggeron. What could we say about him he already has not shown. Bravery, honor, friendship. I could go on for all eternity with qualities Daggeron has shown.”

The casket then lowered into the temple and the door closed. It is at this time that most of people in the chairs lowered their heads and started to weep. Itassis then continued on.

“Not many people could have accomplished…”

She was cut off by explosions around the area caused by purple energy. The rangers got up and as the smoke cleared they saw the being none of them suspected to see. Koragg.

“You are all pathetic,” Koragg said. “He died get over it.”

“There’s something different about him,” Chip pointed out. “I don’t think that’s Leanbow. He dosn’t have the honor that Leanbow Koragg had.”

“Chip is right,” Udonna said. “This is just a soulless copy.”

“You hurt my feelings with your petty name calling,” Kroagg replied. “Are you going to fight or not?”

The rangers took out there morphers.

“Oh we’re going to fight.” Nick said angrily.

The rangers all yelled ‘Magical Source, Mystic Force!’ and the six of them transformed into the Mystic Rangers. Everyone else ran to protect the small number of guest who could not protect themselves.

“I’m so scared of your colorful costumes,” Koragg said.

“You should be!” Madison exclaimed as she spun the disk on the Laser Lamp and fired a powerful shot at Koragg causing him to skid backwards.

The rest of the rangers then charges at him Vida and Udonna slashed at him with there staffs but he blocked it with his shield and slashed him backwards with his sward. Chip then fired multiple shots of electricity at Koragg causing him to loose track of himself for a second giving Nick and Xander the opportunity to slash at Koragg with there weapons. The rangers the all joined together and shot a blast of energy at the Armored soldier.

“Not this time rangers,” Koragg said as he created a seal and teleported. As he left he said coldly, “ill be back.”

The rangers demorphed and looked at the wreckage.

“Poor Daggeron,” Clare said. “He can’t even get a proper sendoff because of Imperious.”

Nick kicked a chair over.

“Don’t worry there is no more messing around.”

As Koragg returned to the underworld Imperious was not happy.

“I asked you to destroy them,” Imperious said angrily. “And what to I get?”

He fires a blast of energy at Koragg who blocks it and sends it into a wall and a book falls out. Imperious walks over to it and picks it up.

“Well, Well what do we have here?”

In the woods, Snow Prince was standing alone looking around like he was waiting for someone. He heard some rustling in the bushes and he slowly walked towards it.

“Surprise” Vida said as she jumped out of the bushed and flung a kick at Snow Prince who blocked it with ease, and threw a punch at her but Chip came up from behind him. Chip grabbed Snow Princes hand and kicked him back a few feet.

“You ok V?” Chip asked as he got back into a fighting stance.

“Never better,” Vida answered as she joined her red-headed friend.

Snow Prince got up again and charged at the unmorphed rangers. Before he knew what had happened he was tripped by two feet from the side. He jumped up quickly to see Madison and Xander standing there ready to fight.

“Have a nice trip?” Xander asked. Everyone looked at him with ‘you-did-not-just-say-that’ looks on there faces. Xander smiled and laughed. “Sorry I couldn’t resist”

“Had enough Snow Prince?” Nick asked as he walked up next to his friends. “You can’t stand up to us.”

“That may be true,” Snow Prince said as he got up. “But you have forgotten one major thing. I’m not alone either”

As he said that Itasis and Matoobmo jumped up from behind the rangers and held their weapons up to the rangers who were frozen in fear and couldn’t move.

“Sorry rangers,” Snow Prince said acting sympathetic. He nodded to Itasis and Matoombo to go in for the kill, “This is the end.”

Suddenly Madison and Vida turned and kicked the two weapons out of the Monsters hands. Itassis and Matoombo looked at the two girls in shock. The sisters then kicked the two back a couple feet.

“Xander, Chip,” Madison said as she looked to her two friends. “NOW!”

The two guys tumble rolled to the weapons and held them up to Matoombo and Itassis. Nick then went at Snow Prince and kicked him into the ground. Nick, Madison, and Vida surrounded the fallen warrior. They all then smiled and nick held his hand out to Snow Prince and helped him up. Xander and Chip did the same to Itassis and Matoombo.

“So,” Nick exclaimed. “How was that?”

“Very good rangers,” Snow Prince stated proudly. “You are truly powerful Mystic Warriors”

“Yah well,” Chip replied glumly “We all had a good teacher.”

Itassis walked over to Chip and put her hand on his shoulder.

“Daggeron will be missed,” she said bringing back memories of there fallen teacher. “We must do our best to avenge his death.”

“And we will take Imperious down,” Vida said clenching her fists.

“Let’s return to Rootcore,” Snow Prince said. “Udonna is probably wondering how our training went”

In the Rock-Porium, Leelee Pimvare sat at the register while her co-workers worked the floor. She had been busy all morning and was happy to finally have a break. With her time she decided to take out a piece of paper and write something to her boyfriend. She started writing something from the heart, occasionally looking up at her boyfriend Phineas for inspiration. She finished writing it and folded it up. She then looked up to see a coustomer looking at her with a impatient look on his face.

“I am so sorry,” Leelee exclaimed. “Let me ring you up.”

She took the man’s item, scanned them, bagged them, and put his money in the cash register. She handed him the bag with his CD’s in it .

“Thank you and come again..”

Phineas then walked over to Leelee. She didn’t want him to see the letter just yet so she opened up the register and placed it under the money tray.

“Hey honey,” she said very innocently. “What’s up?”

“Oh nothing,” Phineas said. “I just came over to see my Leelee-kins.” He said while smiling. “Did you just ring up that man who bought the frugal horn CD?

“Yah,” Leelee answered. “What about him?”

“Well,” Phineas replied. “First he said he wanted to listen to some goblin music. Then he said he wanted some troll music so he asked me what I would recommend, so I had to explain him that I’m a mix of troll and goblin so I listen to the frugal horn.”

“Uhh,” Leelee said confused. “Why did he want to listen to that kind of music? Most humans don’t like that/”

“Are you insulting my heritage?” Phineas asked. “Or lack there of. Depending on how you look at it.”

“No,” Leelee replied defensively. “I like it. It just took some getting used to.”

“Phineas,” Toby said from the back room. “Can you give me a hand?”

“On my way boss man,” Phineas said. “Duity calls. Well talk later.”

Leelee nodded and Phineas walked to the back room. Leelee then looked at the register and tapped it. Knowing her letter was safe in there.

In Rootcore Chip Thorn sat quietly reminiscing about his days in ranger-hood. He didn’t know what it was that led him to get up and walk over to the Xenotome but he did and started flipping through the pages. He passed spellcodes, stories of the ancient mystics and he came upon a page he had never actually took the time to read. He silently read it.

A book resides in a hollow place,
That can tell you all of time and space.
In order for the knowledge to be unlocked,
All things stated must be clocked.

Chip looked at these words with wonder. ‘Could something like that really be out there?’ Chip thought to himself. ‘If so what could it say about the fate of him and the rest of the Mystic Force?’ Thoughts like that ran through his mind. He soon became so ensnarled in the riddle he decided to seek help. He walked outside to find Udonna returning with a basket of Stikleberries.

“Udonna,” Chip said getting her attention. “What’s this about an all knowing book. Other than the Xenotome,”

“Are you referring to the lines in the Xentotome talking about the other book? Udonna asked. Chip nodded. “Well the Mystics and I have been searching for decades for it but couldn’t find it. We came to the conclusion it’s gone, destroyed somewhere in the past.”

Chip was torn. He couldn’t help but have a bad feeling in his gut about the book, but Udonnas words about the search couldn’t help but to comfort him.

“Thanks Udonna,” Chip said half smiling. He then realized he was the only ranger left in the woods “Do you have any idea where the other rangers went?”

“Vida said they were going to see Toby at the Rock-Porium.” Udonna answered.

Chip nodded and thanked Udonna. He then ran to the nearest tree and teleported out of the forest.

Fog is the thing that hides your true feelings, it clouds your judgment, and thinking. It’s a powerful thing that represents darkness and evil. Fog covered the temple where Baldor and his gang of stood in front of. They stood at the door not moving,

“Where are we?” Troy asked. “I’ve never seen this place before.”

“This place is dark, and cold.” Kendra said nervously. “It really, really, gives me the creaps.”

“For once I’m with the human” Faith said. “What is this place Baldor?”

“This is the Temple of Gorion,” Baldor said matter-of-factly.

“Yah, that doesn’t help us Baldor,” Josh said angrily. “What are we doing here?”

“Follow me,” Baldor replied.

Baldor kicked the door open and the five of them walked into the temple. Candles lit around a statue of a beast.

“He is why we’re here.” Baldor started.

“And who is he?” Troy asked also getting angry at Baldor’s secretive attitude.

“He is Gorion,” Baldor snapped back. “If we’re going to survive we have got to stop the Mystic Force before they learn of us. The second they do we have about a day before we’re at the wrong end of one of there spells.”

“Ok,” Faith said curiously. “What does that have to do with the stone guy?”

“This,” Baldor said as he walked over to a wall and turned a tablet. The whole place started to shake and the statue started moving. The rock coating broke off and a brown bear-looking creature stood with a strap around his back and a rather large hammer attached to it. It walked up to Baldor not saying a word and bowed to him.

“Go after the Mystic Force,” Baldor ordered and the monster ran out of the temple.

“Let’s go,” Baldor said to the others.

In the Pit to the underworld Imperious was sitting on his throne reading the book he found.

“Tell me more!” Imperious yelled at the book. “Stupid book.”

“Master,” Koragg responded. “Yelling at the book will not force it to answer you.”

“Silence fool,” Imperious snapped. “I think I’ve gotten it figured out. The Book of Prophecy is a very testy and powerful mystical item. For it to tell me more the things it prophesized must become reality.”

Imperious picks up the book and reads the last prediction to himself

Leelee Pimvare will become the new Queen of the Vampires.

“Koragg get me Leelee Pimvare,” Imperious ordered. “I will send a monster to distract the rangers.”

Koragg hold his hand up to the side of his head.

“No need,” Koragg said. “I can sense a powerful creature hunting the rangers as we speak. It won’t be long before I can strike.”

In the Rock-Porium the rangers, Jenji and the employes were standing around the counter.

“How are things back in the woods?” Phineas asked. “I haven’t visited since Dag,” Phineas stopped himself. “Well you know, and I’m missing the taste of Stickleberries.”

Madison held out a basket of freshly picked Stickleberries.

“That’s why we brought you these,” Madison said smiling.

“We figured you needed something to remember your days in the woods,” Xander added

Phineas took the basket and started digging into them but dropped them as he heard a large explosion from outside.

“Who what was that?” Jenji asked stumbling. “That was like the time when my lamp was dropped down a staircase.”

They all run outside to see a monster standing at the end of the street. He slams his hammer down on a car and it flies into the field next to it and explodes.

“I am Gorion,” the creature said. “I’m here to end the Mystic Force”

“Not today buddy,” Nick said clenching his fist. “Let’s go!”

They start to run towards the creature. Madison stops as she realizes Jenji isn’t with them.

“Jenji come on,” Madison says to the genie. “We need you.”

“Aw, fine” the genie says reluctantly and jumps into his lamp. Madison runs and catches up with the other rangers who are standing in front of Gorion.

“Uh guys,” Chip said. “We better morph. This guy unforunatly, looks tough.”

The rangers pull out their morphers.

“Magical Source, Mystic Force!”

The rangers morph and pull out there Magistaffs, and quickly fire a blast at the creature who knocks it out of the way with his hammer causing an explosion to the right of him

“Ok that did nothing,” Vida said nervously.

“Is anyone else thinking it time to go legend mode?” Madison asked

The rangers pulled out their morphers again

“Legendary Source, Mystic Force!”

The rangers transform into there legend forms and pull out there Lion Staffs. They charge at the creature but he is quick with his hammer and blocked every attack. Vida jumps into the air and tries to kick the creature but he hits her in the chest and she flies into a car. The other rangers run over to her and help her up.

“We could use some help,” Xander exclaimed. “V, call for help well hold them off.”

Vida pulls out her morpher and holds it to her ear

“Udonna,” She said catching her breath. “We could use you and Snow Prince over here.”

Over the phone you could hear Udonna

“Ok we’re on out way”

Vida then joins her friends in the battle against Gorion. She slices down on the monster and he staggers back a bit. The rangers hold out there Lion Staffs

“Ready guys? Nick asked

The rangers turned the dial on their staffs.

“Code 2” They exclaimed and a spiraling blast of energy shoots out of the staffs and hits the creature dead on sending him flying back.

“I don’t go down that easily” Gorion exclaimed and he hit another car at the rangers. It skidded around the ground and they all jumped out of the way as it exploded. Chip charged at the monster first.

“Solar Sward,” Chip exclaimed as he pulled out the Solaris Knights sward. He then slashed the monster with both weapons but to no prevail. The monster blocked the attacks and hit Chip back. Nick and Xander were the next to attack Xander jumped to one side of the monster and slashed down on hi and the two were locked in a test of strength to see who would hit who. Nick then jumped up and kicked the monster sending him flying back.

“It’s not that easy rangers” Gorion said as he got up and hit his hammer on the ground causing Nick and Xander to go flying back.

Madison and Vida are the next to attack. They are both on the top of a car. Madison hops down and fores a blast from her Lion staff at the mnster cusing him to fly back a little. Immediately after that Vida does the same as her sister and the creature flies back a little more. Madison then takes out the Laser Lamp and spins the dial.

“Jenji’s Shining Attack!” she exclaims as Jenju fires out of the lamp and attacks the creature but he knocks Jenji out of the way.

“It’s over rangers,” Gorion exclaimed. “Give up before its too late.”

Blasts are shot from behind and the monster flies into a wall. Udonna and Snow Prince drop to the ground next to the rangers.

At the other end of the street where Toby and gang are watching the fight, energy shots surround them and they all fall to the ground.

“What was that?” Nikki asked.

“Hello Necrolai,” Koragg exclaimed. ”Oh wait your Nikki now.”

“What do you want Koragg?” Toby asked bravely.

“Her,” he said as he pointed to Leelee with his sward.

“Me?” Leelee asked. “What do you want with me?”

“That dosn’t matter,” Phineas said pulling up his sleeves. “He’s not getting to you with out going through me.”

“The troblin is showing backbone,” Koragg said. “Let’s go.”

Koragg jumps over to Phineas and tries to slash at the troblin but Phineas jumps up and roundhouse kicks Koragg’s attack out of the way and kicks the armored warrior back. Phineas then kicks the warriors shield out of his hands and ducks under a slash by the sward. Phineas then jumps up to Koragg and the two start sparing close. Koragg then jumps up into the air and kicks the troblin into a car and he falls in pain. He then rolls over to where his shield is and holds it up.

“Wolf attack,” Koragg said and blasts are fired from the shield and hit the car behind Phineas causing him to go flying and land unconscious. Nikki then charges at Koragg but he blocks her punches and kicks her in the stomach sending her back. Leelee then charges at him but he sets a mystic seal around her not allowing her to move.

“Let me go!” Leelee yells at the knight..

“Your coming with me,” Koragg exclaims. He holds out his hand. “Eutha Sestros!”

Leelee starts to sink into the ground. Toby runs up to the seal and pushes her out of the way, but not out of the seal. They both end up sinking into the ground. Koragg looks in surprise and laughs.

“Imperious will be pleased with this new bargaining chip.” Koragg exclaimed “Good bye Nikki”

He falls into his own seal and disappears. Nikki runs over to the unconscious troblin and helps him up.

Back at the rangers fight the monster is in pain. The rangers all regroup and pull out their weapons.

“Ready guys?” Nick said. The rangers all nodded and went into formation.

“Mystic Force Blast!”

A huge blast from the rangers flies at the creature causing it to explode. The rangers all get out of formation and dimorph. They run down the street to find Nikki crying holding an unconscious Phineas.

“What happened?” Udonna asked curiously. “Where are Toby and Leelee?”

“Their,” Nikki sobbed. “Their gone. Koragg got them”

“What?” Xander exclaimed pulling his hair. “Imperious has Toby and Leelee? How? Why?”

“I don’t know,” Nikki answered. “He came, attacked, and took them. He didn’t say much”

“I wonder if this had anything to do with the book” Chip asked.

“Chip,” Udonna said confused. “Your still having thoughts about the book existing?”

“I can’t help it,” Chip exclaimed. “I have a feeling its still around. And with the kidnapping of Toby and Leelee I can’t help but to think they’re are connected”

“Ok then,” Udonna answered. “Let’s go back to Rootcore and research the book. I’m sure it will lead us to Toby and Leelee.”

“No,” Chip answered. “I’m going to find them. Daggeron taught me to be Knight, and the one thing a Knight does is never leave anyone behind. Ill be back as soon as I can with Toby and Leelee.

“I’m going with you,” Vida exclaimed. “You helped me through my vampire issue now I’m going with you on your ‘dangerous quest’”

“Me too,” Nikki said. Everyone looked at her. She pounded her fist together “I’m going to get my daughter back.”

“Ok then,” Chip said. “Let’s go”

The three of them start to run down the street.

“Hey,” Xander exclaimed. The three of them stopped to listen to there friend. “Good luck. And remember,” he holds out his morpher. “We’re this close.”

Chip nods and the three of them continue running down the street.

The woods are usually a place that teens avoid. There is so much more going on in a normal teens life to be worried about what’s on the other side of the forest. Fortunately, that’s not the case for Chip Thorn and Vida Rocca. These two have become very familiar with their current surroundings during their past year as Mystic rangers. The fact they could travel through the root system also helped, but today that wasn’t the case for they had a third member traveling with them and this person seemed more determined to complete this mission, a mission to save LeeLee and Toby.

“Keep up,” the dark haired women spoke up. “For Power Rangers you sure are slow.”

Vida being the hot headed girl she is got kinda riled up at this comment and started reaching for Nikki.

“Why I otta...” Vida was cut off by Chip grabbing her and holding her back.

“Vi, Im guessing were all a little on edge, but killing each other is not going to help.” Chip said trying to calm down his friend. “I mean we already have enough people trying to do that”

Chips words relaxes Vida and she steps back and takes a deep breath.

“You right,” Vida said. “She can live”

Nikki realizes that her two comrades are stopped and runs back over to them with a very angry expression on her face.

“What is taking you two so long?” Nikki huffed. “You two are taking a break when a crazed evil magician has both my boyfriend and my daughter. Do you two even care?”

Vida clenched her fists and walked over to Nikki.

“How dare you say that?” Vida snapped. Toby and LeeLee are our friends and we will not stop until they are safe.”

“Well your not showing it” Nikki snapped back.

They both stepped forward but Chip stepped in between them.

“HEY ” The red headed boy spoke up. “Stop it both of you. Fighting each other is most definitely not going to get LeeLee and Toby back. Vida calm down, Nikki has every right to be in a rush, so lets give her a break.

“That’s right pinky,” Nikki said smugly.

“And you,” Chip said angrily. “One if you value your life don’t call Vida pinky, And two you rushing us is only going to get us all killed. This forest is bound to be crawling with Hidiacs and God knows what else. So clunking around the forest like a kangaroo is not going to help LeeLee and Toby. Both of you be quiet and come on.

The three of them continued through the forest with Chip leading.

Rootcore looked different now. The round table in the center of the room not had a mattress over it and on the mattress an unconscious troblin. The place was booming with activity trying to help Phineas: Clare was busy mixing a potion with the help of Snow Prince, Xander and Jenji were looking through the Xenotome for a spell to help, Udonna and Matoombo were busy putting potions into vials for treatments, Itassis sat over Phineas worried for his well being. The only two who were not doing any thing were Nick and Maddy who were asleep on a bench. With their heads on each others shoulder.

“I wish there was more we could do,” Itassis said glumly. “Koragg sure did a number on him.”

Xander looked up at Itassis and gave her a reassuring glance.

“Phineas is a fighter,” Xander said. “He will be back to normal soon. I mean you can never get rid of him right?”

Itassis chuckled at this and nodded acknowledging she understood Xander’s thoughts. After that there was silence for a while until Madison stirred and put an arm around Nick.

Clare looked up at the two and smiled and elbowed Xander to look at them.

“That’s good for them,” Clare said smiling. “The way that through all this they finally found each other. Its very romantic.”

“Are they even together yet?” Xander asked chuckling. “I mean officially.”

“Well not that I know of,” Clare said taken aback. “But I’m sure is bound to happen.”

“Oh, I will most definitely make sure it does,” Xander said slyly. As he walked over to Nick and Maddy. He shook them to wake them up and they slowly came out of their slumber.

“Huh? Xander what is it?” Madison asked half asleep.

“Sorry guys but Clare and I need some Stickleberries.” Xander said. Could You two please go get some for us.”

Nick rubbed the slumber from his eyes and got up. Followed closely by Madison.

“Yah,” Nick said. “We’re on out way”

The two gathered a basket and their morphers and walked out of the tree on a mission for Stickleberries.

“Clever,” Clair said nodding her head.

“I am good aren’t I?” Xander said chuckling. “Stickleberries are the fruit of romance.”

Clare raised an eyebrow at this statement and gave Xander a look of confusion.

“Never mind,” Xander said disappointed. ”Yah, so how about that potion?”

Baldor was not one to give up easily. He knew that they would be in trouble soon and worried greatly for his fellow teammates who were sitting by a campfire warming their hands during this cold night.

“Ok you know something, this is idiotic,” Troy said angrily. “Why are we here? Obviously the Mystic Force doesn’t know where we are or we would have already felt the true power of good magic.”

The other shook their heads in agreement and looked at Baldor for a response. He glumly shook his head but then his normal tone of anger and leadership came out and he spoke his mind.

“Ok you are all pathetic,” Baldor said. “Of course Imperious is going to be the rangers target. I bet they even think he sent the creature to attack the city. But as soon as the rangers realize that we are behind most of the attacks a target will be on each of out backs. Which is why we must protect ourselves, and the best defense is a good offence.”

“What are you talking about?” Faith spoke in anger. “The rangers are too strong which is why we must join forces with Imperious. He owes us.”

Baldor looked intrigues by this.

“You know that may not be such a bad idea.” Baldor said sarcastically. “I mean were all on the same side. Its not like he will betray us or anything. He’s only one of the most dangerous dark magician in the Universe.

“Faith, he’s right,” Josh said nodding at Baldors words. “The only thing we can do is destroy the rangers before they destroy Imperious.”

Baldor chuckled and shook his head. Agreeing with Josh.

“Very good Josh,” Now there are three beings who could help us, not only destroy the rangers, but get out loves back to the way we like it.”

“And they would be?” Faith asked.

“The Tribunal of Magic.” Baldor said smugly. “But first as a distraction we will use these.”

He holds out a flower, waves a hand over it and it disappears.

“We’re going to use cheap magic tricks?” Troy asked smugly. “What next are we going to pull a rabbit out of a hat?”

“What would we do that?” Baldor asked confused. “Exploding flowers are much better.”

In the Pit to the underworld Toby and LeeLee sat against a wall. Hidiacs surrounded them creating a cage keeping them from escaping. They could hear Imperious and Koragg discussing LeeLee and her “transformation”. LeeLee looked nervously to Toby.

“Toby, what are they talking about?” LeeLee said nervously. “From what I know im not going through any transformations any time soon.”

“I’m not sure,” Toby said concerned. “I don’t know what to expect. I mean were dealing with an overgrown mummy here.”

“Yah, an overgrown mummy who can shoot lightning out of his fan,” LeeLee said scared. “I hope someone comes for us soon.”

The Hidiacs all stepped aside allowing a path to LeeLee and Toby. Imperious slowly walked towards them with a vial in his hands, In the vial sat swirling purple energy.

“Stay still,” Imperious spoke demonically. “It won’t hurt a bit”

Toby jumped up and kicked the vial out of Imperious’ hand. It flew through the air and hit the wall behind LeeLee. The Energy escaped and automatically engulfed LeeLee. She screamed in Pain as if every fiber of her existence was being ripped to sheds being replaced by someone else. Toby looked at her in shock. Feeling the pain she was going through by her screams. He was so distracted he didn’t notice that Imperious came over to him and punched him sending him flying back. The last thing he heard before he passed out was LeeLee’s screaming subsiding.

In the forest Nick and Madison were walking through the woods. Silence was not a stranger to them during the past half hour. Partially because they were tired. Partially because they were at an awkward point in their relationship. Madison was debating on how to say this for a while and this walk seemed like the perfect time to say it.

“Nick,” Madison said shyly. “We need to talk.”

Nick walked over to her and sat on a tree stump. Madison joined him.

“Ok,” Nick said curiously. “What about?”

Madison took a deep breath and began.

“Ok, About a week ago when we were with your parents you introduced me as your girlfriend. I know this is dumb and all but that was probably one of the best moments of my life. I know it was just so your parents didn’t ask about me but to know that you could think of me as more than a friend is a great feeling. I know that we aren’t together and this probably isn’t the best timing but I don’t know do you think maybe we could try it?

Nick looked shocked at this his jaw dropped and he didn’t know what to say. Madison shook her head as if she got the point.

“Oh, ok,” Madison said disappointed. “I get it you don’t see me like that. Its ok really I mean who could really see shy little me with you.”

Madison started to get up but Nick grabbed her arm and pulled her back down.

“Are you kidding me Maddy,” Nick said bravely. “If you haven’t guessed I’ve liked you since I met you. The first conversation we had when I came to Briarwood will always remain in my mind. I’ve just been too shy to say anything to you, especially after the whole Ben thing.”

Madison chucked at this and gave Nick a loving smile.

“But Madison really, You have to stop cutting yourself so short. You are a beautiful talented girl who I would be lucky to call my own. So here it is.

Nick picks a stray flower from a patch and hands it to Madison.

“Madison, will you be my girlfriend?”

Madison smiled as the flower in her hand bloomed. She looked up to Nick and smiled.

“You don’t have to impress me with magic,” she said happily. “I already said yes”

Nicks eyes opened nervously.

“I didn’t do that,” He replied nervously.

The flower started to glow red and she threw it over her shoulder and it exploded. They looked around and saw the other flowers start to bloom. Nick grabbed Madison’s hand and they started running as explosions happened all around them. They morphed and continued running towards Rootcore.

The pit has only one entrance from the forest. The other entrance involves a 1000 foot drop leading to definite doom. Chip, Vida, and Nikki now stood several feet from the entrance in the forest but it was severely guarded by a hoard of Hideac’s. The three of them dove into a bush to hide.

“Ok what do we do now?” Vida asked looking to Chip who couldn’t think. He looked to Nikki who rolled her eyes.

“Well I suggest you morph now,” Nikki said. “Once in the pit if you morph it would be like morphing into a giant dark magic magnet.”

“Well said,” Chip said. “Ready Vi?”

“Magical Source, Legendary Source” They morphed into the Yellow and Pink Legend Warriors. They hopped up with their Mystic Lion Staffs out and blew those Hideac’s out of the doorway.

“Lets go,” Vida said and the three of them ran through the portal.

In a car on the way to Briarwood a blond haired girl in her late teens sat in the passenger seat of a blue SUV and in the drivers seat a very tan young man the same age drove down the windy streets.

“Devon, I can’t believe we have to go try and find out the past of the Mystic Force rangers,” The blond spoke up. “I don’t feel like doing this again.”

“Cass,” Devon replied. “Trust me I know how you feel. But we only have to do this once then we’re in the clear and we don’t have to cover any more ranger stories.”

“Good,” Cassidy Cornell replied “I’m tired of these freaky ranger towns.” She notices a flower glowing red. “Hey look...”

The flower explodes and Devon was forced to swerve out of the way.

“What was that?” Cassidy cried. As they say another about to explode the Snow Prince came out of nowhere and froze it. He stood in front of their car and Maddy, Nick, and Xander joined him.
“You have to get out of here,” Madison said warning the two travelers.

“Cass,” Devon exclaimed. “Maybe we can warn the city. Here Blue ranger, Cassidy stand here and warn Briarwood not to go outside.”

Devon quickly set up a live feed and cued for Cassidy to start.

“Hello Briarwood and Reefside this is Cassidy Cornell reporting to you live from the outskirts of Briarwood with the Blue Mystic Ranger. What exactly is going on here?

“Im not really sure but theses flowers are dangerous don’t go near them and we will have them all cleaned up ASAP.” Madison said then she ran off with the other rangers to find Udonna who had already went off to stop the explosions in the city.

“This has been Cassidy Cornell reporting to you live from Briarwood. More news coming to you at 7."

“Alright Devon,” Cassidy said getting into the car. “Lets get out of here.”

The boy gathered his things and threw them in the car and the two sped off towards Reefside.

Toby was finally awakening from his unconscious state and realized his arm was most definitely broken. He held it and stood up. The main room in the pit was completely empty. He looked around for LeeLee but she was nowhere to be found.

“LeeLee!” Toby yelled looking for his friend. “LeeLe...” Toby turned around and the girl was right in his face. He jumped back in fear. “Oh boy LeeLee you scared me.”

The girl was silent and simply smiled at him. Toby looked at her confused.

“Are you ok?” Toby asked. “You seem different.”

LeeLee hopped up and kicked Toby back into a wall. He got up and looked at her in shock.

“Oh did I hurt you?” LeeLee asked sarcastically.”Good.”

She started walking closer to her former boss

“You know Toby, most people don’t like their boss and would kill for the chance to well kill them, and your no different.”

“What do you want?” Toby asked nervously. “A raise?”

“Oh you wish it was that simple.” LeeLee said deviously. She started walking again and was shot back by a whirlwind of pink energy. She hopped right back up.

“Who dares try and stop the queen of the vampires.” LeeLee said angrily.

At this comment Nikki fell to the ground and started to cry. Vida ran over to Toby to try and help him up but he squealed in pain.

“LeeLee,” Chip said curiously. “What happened?”

“Oh Chip It’s simple really. Im the new queen of the vampires and you are all going to be my minions.” The newly throned queen said matter-of-factly.

Nikki got up and held Chips arm.

“Chip, We have to get out of here,” She spoke. “I just can’t let you or anyone fight her right now. Its my fault and ill try to fix it. But now lets go”

Chip and Vida nodded in agreement and they all started running. Chip stopped. Vida looked back.

“What is it?” She asked.

“The book of Prophecy,” Chip exclaimed. “It has to be here.”

LeeLee fired a blast of energy at Chip who blocked it with his Lion Staff. He realized that he didn’t have time to search for the book before Imperious and Koragg came so he ran out catching up with the others.

“Vida, You ok,” Chip asked.

“Yah,” Vida replied. “Did you get it?”

“No I would have had to search and I can hold off LeeLee but not Imperious and Koragg.” Chip said disappointed.

Their morphers rang. Chip answered it. Nick was on the other end.

“Hey guys I know its probably bad timing but we could sure use some help. We kinda have a city-wide bomb problem.”

“Gotcha,” Chip exclaimed. “We’re on our way.”

“Mystic racers?” Vida asked rhetorically.

The two called on their vehicles and the Four of them hopped on and raced towards their beloved city.
