Delta Chaos
It was the most horrible day of my life. Death was taking all of my body. I felt a burn that was running in my veins, a burn that was consuming my heart and soul. I was alone and scared. I never expected to see the image of my fellow cadets dead in the ground. I wanted to be there, I wanted to be the one that was dead.
Everything started too fast. A blast, an explosion… a shot. S.P.D felt down so quickly. My life was in the hands of those criminals that were trying to take revenge on me. Syd was the only cadet that was alive. She was in the ground, coughing and bleeding. It felt like an ironic image. Syd, the cadet that everybody thought that was weak now was my partner on this new journey.
If you want to know the story of how everything started, on how everybody died I would be honored to tell you…me, Doggie Cruger.
It was a nice day in S.P.D. The sun was brighter than ever and the cadets were happily visiting Jack. Z was so happy to see Jack, he was her bro… there’s nothing like the love of a brother. They were helping him and Ally to give clothes to the poor when their morphers started to beep.
“Rangers, there’s an unexpected attack in S.P.D. Come back quickly, is an emergency” Kat said alarming the rangers and even Jack who was still loving S.P.D
The rangers got in their cars and they arrived in S.P.D when they saw the S.P.D Command Center burning. Me…Shadow was been defeated by some of the monsters that we caught a year ago. It was a massive attack. Nobody was able to explain the attack…
“What is happening? How did they escape?” Syd said looking at Sky who was holding his blaster pointing at the door of the S.P.D office.
“I don’t know Syd. All of the criminals are escaping from their containment cards.” Sky said and he was suddenly attacked by Sinuku
“Delta Blaster!” he said and he unleashed powerful lasers but they were unable to hit the scary monster
“It feels good to be free again. Thanks to my friend I’m ready to take revenge. Doggie Cruger will fall…that I can smell” Sinuku said laughing at the rangers who shot him with their Delta Blaster
“That did nothing!” Sinuku said and he escaped but Bridge went after him
“Hey! S.P.D. Blue Ranger! How did you escape?” Bridge asked looking confused and escaping by a window
“Ask them who escaped too!” Sinuku said pointing his finger to the right and Bridge finally saw two more criminals, Rhinix and Shorty
“But how? There’s no possible way to escape. This must be a trick that is trying to trick us because you guys think that we are easy to trick!” Bridge said
Suddenly a big explosion was heard. The explosion was so big and Kat was sent flying by it. The S.P.D Command Center was being attacked and there was no explanation of how and why that happened.
“Rangers! Escape!” I yelled at my fellow cadets who were feeling the cold and sour taste of the situation
Every one was speechless, the words were useless at that moment, and only the actions were the ones that were able to solve the chaos. I was in shock, dying slowly by the image. We were all in danger…S.P. D was in danger…
“Kat! Escape!” I yelled trying to save my friend. The flames were covering the entire base. She tried to escape but it was too dangerous. Sky grabbed her and he tried to escape with her. They reached the exit evading the flames, the flames that were consuming the entire base. All the rangers were able to escape but we were surprised when R.I.C and Boom weren’t in the area.
“Where is R.I.C and Boom?” Z asked looking worried at the surroundings seeking for him
There was a big silence in the rangers and when Syd yelled they noticed R.I.C burning up. He was destroyed by the fire… Boom appeared and he was bleeding and he fell in the ground.
“Boom! Are you ok?” Kat asked looking at the body of Boom who collapsed for fear and pain “This is impossible! This system is safe! There’s no chance of escaping!”
“Calm down Kat… we don’t need breakdowns right now. This is a dangerous time for S.P.D. Look at the base…is all covered in flames” he said looking sad at the base when the metal plaque that had written S.P.D. fell
“We need to find safety… the monsters are escaping from their containment cards and there’s no way we can stop them. The system fell completely” Kat said
“There’s something weird about this. How can the criminal escape? From the outside? Impossible, the containment cards are the safest device to capture criminals. There’s must be something more!” Bridge explained
We tried to escape and we ran faster than ever. The rain started to fell and they were like tears falling from a sad sky…a sad sky that was sad like us. We ran and we found Jack. We demorphed and we started to talk. Syd broke down and she started to cry.
“What is it? Why are you crying?” Jack asked touching Syd’s shoulder and looking at her with look that inspire support
“Is juts so frustrating. I gave my life to S.P.D. and everything just fell down so quickly… “ Syd said looking at the rangers who seemed to agree with her
“Is not our fault Syd.” Sky said when Z stood up and she hugged Syd
“I know I’m just emotional. I watched the S.P.D base fell down in front of my eyes. S.P.D means so much to me…” she said
“S.P.D. means everything for all of those but you know Syd, we need to be strong. We don’t want to lose this battle. We are Power Rangers, Syd, we can handle this. We need to advice Commander Birdie” Z said
“We must wait. There’s nothing like patience in these things. I know how he will react.” Doggie said and he looked at Kat’s eyes and he noticed anger
“He has the right to know! S.P.D. fell completely, our base was destroyed and there’s nothing we can do to stop the criminals from escaping from the containment cards!” she said in an angry tone
“No! Besides you are the technical expert you should be the one to discover the problem” he said and they started to argue
“Wait a minute guys! Isn’t it a little weird that Grumm and Mora never escaped, neither Devastation nor Broodwing? If we compare they are the most powerful warriors that we ever fought. I mean look at this… we only fought Sinuku, Rhinix, and Shorty. If we look at the facts their strength can’t be compared to the strength of Grumm, Devastation, Mora or Broodwing. They can’t escape by themselves so maybe somebody is releasing them and because Sinuku, Shorty and Rhinix are warriors that are weaker than Grumm, Devastation, Broodwing and Mora is easier to release them.” he explained and Kat nodded and she proceeded with the explanation
“But like you said later they weren’t released from the outside because we never received any expedients or videos of a criminal entering the S.P. D. base. Maybe the S.P.D. system was attacked from the inside.” Kat said putting a sour smile in her face by the theory
That was the only logical explanation for the horrendous event. There’s been only one question…how? How did the S.P.D. system was attacked from the inside? Bridge was thinking about a genius in technology or something but his theory was too weak. They needed more. When they were thinking Boom tried to talk but he couldn’t, he was really hurt and weak. He tried again and a word came from his mouth…
“Orange…!!” he said and everybody started to wonder why did he say that word
“Why orange? What’s that suppose to mean?” Syd asked looking at Kat who had her hands in his head in the Samuel’s Clothing building
“My mind is in blank” Z said
“Let’s just be patient…I know we will solve this” Jack said looking at Ally who was making food for the rangers
“There’s must be something hiding in here. Orange?” Bridge said trying to remember something. His mind was in blank and his thoughts were unable to organize at that moment. The drama was too much and the tension was consuming the rangers’ ability.
“I just only know one thing. We can’t just be in here forever. We need to fight and…” Cruger said when he was suddenly interrupted by Piggy who had horrible news
“Guys! Grumm and Devastation are back and I heard that Mora and Broodwing are back. I’m scared. This is like a putrid experience… “ he said looking nervous and feeling scared by the situation
“We have no other choice than to fight!” he said and he went to Arsinia who was making food too with Ally “Arsinia…maybe this is going to be the last day too. I love you and I never felt so much happiness. I felt it thanks to you” he said shedding tears and being unable to look at her in the face
“Oh Doggie… not again. Be careful and you have all my support and all my trust. Go!” she said crying too
“Rangers!” he yelled
