I’m looking for someone to make me a DekaBreak costume for Halloween, but my problem is I only have $56.50-$65 in USD to spend.
I already have the DekaRanger belt buckle and the SPD pin prop. I just need the bodysuit

Haha, I don't mean to sound mean - really, but you're lucky if you could even get the boots for $65. No one will do this unless they're prepared to lose a ton of money along with time & effort. Sorry but you'll just have to save up for next hallloween.

I'm not just going to use it for halloween, I'm also going to use it at conventions too

That's not the point though. Helmets run for aprox. 300 to 500, completed. Uncompleted ones go for 150 - 250. The bodysuit will cost you aprox. 500 to 1,000 (someone correct me if I'm wrong, I haven't seen a lot), and boots from aprox 50 to 150 (again, correct me if I'm mistaken).
You're basically asking for a donation.

That means what? We will cut the price down for you by about 95%? Sorry, but you're not gonna get a costume for $65. A cheap halloween kids one maybe, but not a full professional suit, with helmet and everything.

$65 + your own sweat (or maybe family member) = a homemade costume for all occasion.
this is just reality since if the costumes are available for that price, everyone would have one already. g'luck

It took me almost a year to get the pieces for my Red MMPR and I'm still not completely happy with it. It takes time AND money to get a nice costume together.

One that nobody wants wouldn't be given away - they'd be sold for at least 1,000 to 2,000. Why would anyone spend aprox 2 grand to purchase a suit & just give it away for free? We may be idiots from time to time, but we're not that stupid.
and is willing to donate ?
Late edit =P
Personally I'd throw the 2 grand away towards a charity instead (sell the suit & donate the cash =P), but that's just me.

Seriously you couldn't have thought that you could get away with getting a complete suit for next to nothing.
You were either being an idiot or taking us all as idiots. Either way, it wasn't very realistic.
Here's a start:

Omega Ranger helmet. It'd probaly cost more for a perfect one - but you'd also have to find someone else to make it, this guy fails to have that skill.
And yes it's pricey, but you can get it overtime by saving up.

I have a dekabreak costume myself and I can tell you it was at least $745 in total to get everything
It would be a miracle for anyone to get it for $65
