Differences?

What's the differences between the DX DekaBike Robo and the DX Omega Max MegaZord? I'm thinking about picking up an Omega Max.

The Japanese version has the little SPD symbol stickers to go on the legs, and the silver shoulder pads are shiny on the Japanese version/dull silver on the American.
