Considering the series itself happened almost, what, 7 or 8 years ago, and it was one of those Japan only releases? I'd say that th 100 dollar mark is about average. Rarity? Well, they pop up every so often on Yahoo Japan, you just gotta know where to look.

Some sets only sold for $40-$50. Mine sold for £75

plenty's available on yahoo japan, and the prices are decent. of course, there's the whole extra fees and shipping costs included with getting anything from yj.
however, if you're getting it from someone in the US, then it'll be around $100. I doubt it would go for more than that though.
i sold mine for around there a year or two back.

Just in case some ppl might take it the wrong way (or already have).. my comments on the pricing is BASED on what i sold mine for.
If you're going to sell sthing, set your own damn price. I'm not telling anyone to avoid a purchase or anything, it was just an honest comment.
and judging from the posts above, others seem to think so as well.
The most common price is 100, but some people have paid significantly more because of the rarity in the us, or the costs involved if you were actually lucky enough to find them overseas. a 10 dollar item for example (not saying lights are worth 10), can cost up to 50 after fees, shipping within japan, and then shipping overseas. More than that if you get faster shipping with tracking, and depending on weight can be more expensive too.

bunch of people bid up to 150 there, brachio sold his for 140, omega got his for 90 and said he was lucky to get that price.
But like anything collectible, its only worth what people will pay for it.

i got mine for 90 shipped, and that came with a MIB galaxy megazord as well. It all depends on where you sell it. I sold a set on ebay a few months back on ebay...and here's what happened.
I started it with a low opening prices....like a buck or so.
Over the week it was up, 3 or 4 people emailed me asking me to cancel the auction and sell it directly to them. Each person said they would pay atleast 100 dollars for it. I told them that, since someone had already bid, to just bid on it, hoping it would cause some competion and maybe I'd get a little more than 100 for it.
In the end, not a single one of them bidded, and the high (winning) bid was by Godzilla for only about 50 bucks.
Long story short, I've seen em go on ebay from 50 to 200 at times. If you are selling it, and you get an offer that is what you're hoping to get....TAKE IT. If you wanna put it on ebay and see what a competitive market gets ya......it could be 100, it could be 200, it could be 20.

$100?
I got mine for $9 from Yahoo Japan.
The shipping was quite a bit, but I did have 2 megazords and my Zyu coins with that shipment, so it balanced out.

It does differ, I paid $152 for mine, but I thought it was well worth it. Thanks for finding that thread, I had forgotten how much I got mine for, especially since it has been over a year.
