Dear Fanfiction Community,

I just wanted to say that I have recently taken upon myself to read some of fanfics. I see that all of you have found that our adventures and exploits have given you all story ideas which you all can draw inspiration from and expand your imagination, but I must disagree with some of you when it comes to the romance genre. It appears that some of you are under the impression that me and my teammates can't live are lifes or do our jobs without having someone special in our lifes or have our lives be romance filled. You see, as a Power Ranger, we have a job to do and while we may date on occasions, we really can't get serious with someone because of our jobs and by the time we're ready to be in a relationship, we might not be Rangers anymore. See, our love lives are really none of your business and I can tell you personally that I don't have one and yet, all of you still tend to put me into romantic situations with my teammates and co-workers.

I mean, how would some of you like it if people you don't know started making up stories about your private life? You all don't know what it's like to have read stories about you having personal affairs with you teammates, both male and female. Also some of you seem to take the smallest things like a smile and a touch and turn it into a full-blown love affair. Some of you even write stories in which I have sexual intercourse with my teammates. (Yeah, I read some pornfics at AdultFanFic sites, some of you too chicken to use the same username I see.) Keep me out of your perverted fantasies!

I've read some stories in which some of you write me and Jack being in a romantic relationship. Jack like a brother to me and my best friend, and I can guarentee you that we will never become more than that. I care about Jack, but only as a brother, not a lover and since we've join S.P.D., we seem to have grow distant from eachother. And let's face it, with his genetic powers being intangibility, the guy would have a pretty poor sex life. He probably end up going intangible and fall through the bed by the time he hits climax.

Then we have stories about Bridge becoming my beau. I'm sure Bridge will oneday find a girl who will find his uniqueness attractive, it's not going to be me. Don't get me wrong, Bridge's a likable guy and is pretty sweet, but I don't think I could ever be the girl for him. I think I would be too hard on him most of the time and wouldn't have the patiences to deal with his long drawn out questions and over exaiming everything.

Then there's also the matter as having me fall in love with Syd. This one sends shivers down my spine. Not only are me and Syd not lesbians, we really wouldn't be much of a couple. She's just too girly and fluffy for my liking and kind of full of herself. (Remind me to mail her Me CD to you al.l) And her dumb blonde moments would annoy me. Let me tell you all, we have nothing in common except we're both girls.

As for some of you that write Sam as my love interest, what is really with you all? I see Sam as being my little brother and that's all I'll ever see him. And don't try to pair me up with future Sam, he couldn't score with anyone anyway seeing as he's a spark of light that turns into a Ranger suit.

And lastly there's the matter of you all that have me fall head-over-heels in love with Sky. So the guy steals the frisbee away from me and now all of you think there's some attraction going on. Some of you get the idea that Sky is a unyielding law and order officer with all the sensitivity of a ciderblock and that he's loosen up enough that he and I can go for a stroll once and a while, and that's as far as he and I are ever going to go. I have better things to do in my life then deal with his father issues and his Waa,I wanna be the Red Ranger, Waa hissyfits. Also considering how obsess with rules he is and how much of a tightass he tends to act, you can bet any relationships he had in the past didn't last very long.

In closing, I like it if you all would consider writing in a different genre because my teammate happen to have all of your stories and it's total chaos here at the base. Bridge, after reading some many Z/Bridge storys, thinks that he and I are meant to be and he's buying me gifts and filling my half of mine's and Syd's room with flowers, yellow flowers. I use to give them to my other co-workers and sell them on the streets, now, I just vaporize them. And he's writing me poetry, LOVE poetry and every now and then, he would ask me if I know any words that rhyme with 'butter'.

Jack, after reading some Jack/Z storys, think we also could work as a couple and is always saying to me pickup lines and the occasional wolf whistle. It's like I'm working with a horny dog in red spandex. Syd now thinks it would be cool to be a lesbian and is now wearing lesbian clothing and lesbian jewerly and is flirting with every female personale here in S.P.D.. Syd tried to teach Sophie how to french kiss and she even asked Kat out on a date. She tried to kiss her, she tried to--I shudder at the thought of it.

Sky now won't even look at me or even talk to me. Probably embarrassed by all those Sky/Z smut and fluff stories. And if you think all thats worse, the Commander thought it was time to talk about the "birds and the bees" with us. Ever had a giant alien blue dog give you the sex talk? It was the weirdess moment of my life and I deal with weird things everyday! So please, write in another genre.

Sincerely,
Elizabeth "Z" Delgado

P.S. Our parents were NOT the Mystic Force Power Rangers! If you have time, rewatch Sam Part 2, thank you.

Very biting. I like how..."aware" it is. Not sure how to describe it. Very knowing in the material it regards, is what I mean. Informed, if you will. You could probably do one for every Ranger. You should so do one for every Ranger.

I was partially kidding aobut that last part, but I'm sure you could do it.

That was funny... but there's actually a Cruger/Z story out there. If you had tackled that in this "essay", I would've died laughing.

A very interesting approach taken there - you deserve major props just for the originality of it! :023:

Although I have to say that I've never heard any theories about the MF Rangers being the parents of the SPD Rangers...

As one who was even considering a match up for Z, I apologize...

and since no one else will, this is also on behalf of those who wanted to apologize for 'altering' your personality to score points on the Fanfiction board.
