The GKA Times (http://thegkatimes.blogspot.com/) was founded because I knew this fandom loves to talk and pick apart so many aspects of this show and shows like it. We really need to continue that and in order to do that I need some seriously commited people working on this project with me.
I need to make something absolutely clear first,
Don`t join if you don`t plan to submit for weeks on end., we need people who can update within a two week period.
We`re not Toon Zone, but I hope we have more class than AICN, so if you join I don`t care what you sound like in the forums, I need a professional tone to your entries, just give your best and you`ll be noted for it...occasionally.
I think I should be clear on what it is the GKA Times exactly needs
-Reporters
There are pleanty of people who run across the random news byte every now and then, but we need news hunters, paper scrappers, people who have access to Bandai`s business catalog willing to post up the latest toy news. Which PR actor is headed to the big screen or how many episodes does Disney want this season etc etc.
-Columnists
I`m not kidding when I say we need big mouth people for the GKA Times. You got a serious opinion you want to bring out, not crowded out in a forum? Lets see you put your words where you mouth is buddy! Show us your debating skills and impress us sometime with your take on things like Power Rangers DVD box sets, no team up this year and the like.
-Reviwers
Thumbs up, thumbs down, we need some people who go to see the movies over the weekend who just CAN`T let go of the thoughts they had about it. Did My Super Ex-Girlfriend suck as badly as it looked? How good was was Pirates? Or how many brain cells did you loose watching You Me and Dupree?
This applies to the DVD junkies who watch DVDs like they were tender pieces of chocolate strawberries. Come on guys, I know somebody wants to review X3: The Last Stand`s DVD release.
-Short story writers
Can you write a great one page story at least once a week? Maybe you should become one of your weekly story writers
-Interviewers
Have you gotten a hold of anyone from the show? Ranger or not anyone and everyone from this show deserves an interview. If you have thier expressed permission, come post it at the Times.
