The last 2 installments weren't exceptional but, overall, this is a pretty funny story you have here. At it's best it's really funny, and at it worst it's still kind of funny- never not. The RT admin part was the only thing I didn't really care for, but I have a feeling there's some kind of in-joke I'm just not privvy to. That, and I've never seen any of the seasons you've depicted, except some of SPD, so there's probably some jokes about the characters I'm sure I didn't get. Definitely looking forward to more.

Only thing is, with all the ass SPD seems to be kicking (overall), I don't get why they're requesting back-up. Also, do you plan on writing something for all the seasons(hopefully one I've actually seen)?

RangerMaster & Angelfox- Thanx for posting, I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter.

Tsoldier- I want to first thank you for your very honest and thorough review. I've posted this story on about 5 different PR forums and your post was the most insightful I've ever seen, thank you so much.

Much like you suspected, the RT admin portion was definitely crafted to be understood primarily by the members of that respective forum. Also like you suspected, many of the character jokes are worked around jokes from their respective seasons. I've watched far too much PR in my days and I kind of want to reward those who have done the same. Nonetheless, by the time I get to my 2nd story, all ranger teams would've been featured (The next story will be MMPR vs. DT).

As for SPD calling for back-up, its actually the "Space" team that will be receiving reinforcements. SPD has not and will not be sending out a call for reinforcements.

Once again, thank you for your in depth post. I'll make some time to check out your "Fic".

Oh, right, it was Space who called for back up. And rightly so, as SPD seems to be slaughtering everyone. To be honest, even though I like Kat, I wanted Taylor to win. And the same with Max. I'm one of the few Wild Force fans on RB, even though I do like SPD, Wild Force was just a better season overall- it was more...I don't know, engaging. I don't like Eric or Crueger, but I wanted Eric to win. My favorite remains MMPR, so I'm looking forward to your take on that.

The thing is that it's congruous, it's informed, and it tells a story even though it's a sequence of one short sentence of dialogue back and forth between character's. Even when the situations seem random, they're actually more relevant than they seem at face value. For example, at one point there's a scene where Cassie says....something, don't remember what, and in the corresponding picture, she's standing next to Carlos who has this face like he's sick, even though it looks like it's just a snapshot of him shifting facial expressions, and for that picture, after Cassie finishes talking, Carlos says out of nowhere that he's not feeling well, which was funny for 2 reasons: becasue he actually did look sick and because it sounded like a non-sequitor. Then I read on, and it turns out that that line wasn't even a non-sequitor, and Carlos actually gets sick, which was a twist in the sense that I really didn't expect the story to expand upon Carlos' seemingly incidental look of illness.

The use of screen caps works really well too. Part of what's so funny about some of these scenes is how appropriate a particular facial expression is to what's happening at that point in the story to that character. Like Max being knocked out with a shattered helmet was definitely appropriate. Or Tj getting kicked in the ass by Jack. Finding all these pics that tell the story is a task in it's self.

Just like you expected, this story indeed took alot of work, mainly because I am limited to footage of the rangers that is already out there. I can't really ever make something that is truly original, but yet, I do the best I can.

TSoldier- Thanx again for stopping by, I value your thoughts and opinions. Believe it or not, for all the major fights so far (Red vs. Red, Shadow vs. Quantum and Kat vs. Eagle) I created a poll on Rangertalk for the members to vote who would win, so none of the aforementioned battle winners were chosen by me. As for Kat though, there was no damage footage for her in PR or sentai so I could only do so much. As for Eric, the next chapter should please you........ lol

I have to say that I appreciate the fact that you made mention of how much work it takes to put these stories together. Pretty much every episode I watch of PR registers in my brain as "Screencap possibilites". TO give some an example of how long it takes to make one of these stories, it took me about 7 hours to put together chapter seven part 2 when I first made it (this involved finding pics, downloading episodes etc.) Basically like Angelfox said, "well said T"

As for Storm Warrior2, I'm not writing this fic to eclipse traditional fanfics, its not meant to be looked at like that. I still have alot of respect for traditional fanfics.
