Nice idea man, although using Sam as Green ranger is like a Justin, and of course i guess it could explain how he became a ranger, altough it would be better if he just went straight to Omega. I also see there is no Psycho black? keep this going, be nice to see how this pans out

Episode 1
Doom’s Day Begins Part 1


About a year after the attack of the Troobians, the B-Squad is still together putting down all evil. With Jack gone, there is still an empty position on the team. Everything was going great nothing could have gone wrong, or at least it seems...

Inside the Delta Command Base, the sirens go off.

“Rangers report to the Command Center,” Kat Manx ordered the B-Squad Power Rangers.
“What’s wrong, Kat?” Sky asked as he and his team ran in.
“There are two robbers running through the streets,” Commander Cruger informed his Rangers. “Go Rangers!”
“Yes sir!” the B-Squad Rangers replied as they exited the Command Center.

Then they speed out of the base on their bikes and cruiser.

“Let’s split up,” Sky commands as Red Ranger.
“Right!” the others replied as they went in separate directions searching for the robbers.

After searching throughout the city, Z and Syd found the robbers heading into an old warehouse.

“Guys, I’ve found them.” Bridge told his teammates through his SPD Morpher as he drove near. “They’re heading into the old warehouse on Silver Street.”
“Ok, we’re on our way,” Syd replied.
“Me too,” Sky called in as he turned his bike around.

A few minuets later, the team had regrouped.

“Ok, everyone to your posts!” Sky commanded.
“Yes sir!” the others followed.

Watching the robbers carefully, everyone waited for the Squad Commander to give the order.

“Ok, move in!” Sky ordered as he jumped the robbers in surprise.
“SPD!” one of the robbers cried in fear.
“Freeze, your under arrest!” Z yelled at the robbers.
“Run!” another robber screamed as they fled.

Then the B-Squad ran after them double-teaming both of them.

“You’re surrounded, why don’t you just give up?” Sky suggested to the robbers.
“Never!” the robber shouted as he attacked the Rangers.

Sky simply moved put of the way as Bridge surprised him with a quick kick to the stomach sending him right into Sky’s arms.

“Got yah!” Sky bragged as he handcuffed the robber then he stepped back and contained the criminal.
“Good job, Sky!” Bridge congratulated him.

On the other hand, Z and Syd were just about to grab their robber when he leaped into the air and landed far from his enemies.

“See you later, Space Patrol Delta!” he laughed as he thought he escaped.
“Bye!” Z appeared right in his face.

The he turned around into another Z.

“Huh?” the robber was deeply confused.

Then the real Z grabbed the robber handcuffing him as Syd contained him.

“Nice work, girls,” Sky told them.
“Thanks,” they thanked him.

Next, they all started off back to the base.

When they arrived, they handed over the containment cards to Kat.

“Good work, guys,” Kat greeted them.
“Sir!” the Rangers saluted and stood still.
“Dismissed,” Cruger told his B-Squad.

Then the Rangers went into the Rec Room to relax.

“Does any one else miss being Power Rangers?” Bridge asked his friends.
“What do you mean, we are Power Rangers,” Sky assured him.
“No, I mean actually being Power Rangers. Like when we actually morphed and used the zords.” Bridge started saying all too fast. “This isn’t being Power Rangers. This is being SPD B-Squad cadets. I want to say “SPD EMERGENCY” like we always did even when we didn’t know what the problem was. I miss all the action and adventure. Actually being a Power Ranger! Now I’m the Blue Ranger supposedly, but I never morph into the Blue Power Ranger. So I’m really not.”
“What did you just say?” Sky said in a huge laugh.
“I think he means morphing all the time and kicking butt. I do miss the old days when Jack was here, and we always were on the job.” Z said under her breath. “Not that he’s better than you, Sky. Its just that I miss having him here with us.”

Then Z went over to the phone, dialed a number, and got the machine.

“Hey Jack, it’s me. I was just giving you a call. Bridge is wondering if any of us miss being Power Rangers or something; I thought of you. Well, whenever you can, stop by; I haven’t seen you in forever. You’ve stopped coming as the days went by. But I can’t blame you, your busy. Ok, talk to you later.”

Then she hung up.

“Yea, it was fun defeating evil, but it did make me sweat a lot,” Syd joked.
“Well, it was too close to call when Omni showed up, that’s the one thing I don’t miss,” Sky shared his feelings with his friends.
“Yea, he almost took us out,” Bridge agreed. “Can we morph right now? Just for the fun of it?”
“No, not now. On our next mission, I promise,” Sky assured him.
“Yes!” Bridge yelled out in joy.
“Did you get the machine?” Syd asked Z.
“Yea, no biggy though.”

In space, an evil space ship is looking down on Earth.

“How shall I take over Earth?” The Doom Reaper, Lord of the Grims, asked as if it was nothing. “I want to do it in a very evil way.”
“I could get into SPD, and get the A-Squad,” a mysterious figure sad behind shadows. When he came out, his appearance was the same as the A-Squad Rangers, only he was gold.
“Or I could finish my Psycho Rangers in time for your take over,” Demonox, Doom’s general, suggested.
“Why don’t we do both of them? That’s brilliant. Bryan, get the A-Squad while Demonox finishes his Psycho Rangers! Earth, prepare! For the worst is yet to come!” the evil villain laughed in excitement.

Inside the Delta Command Base, everything is very quiet.

“I wonder who is going to be the new me?” Bridge broke the silence.
“What?” Sky questioned in confusion.
“I think he means, who is the new Green Ranger going to be? Right, Bridge?” Z translated.
“Yea, I hope it’s someone just like me!” Bridge expressed his thoughts.
“I wonder when Cruger will decide?” Syd joined in.
“Well if you ask me, we’re doing just fine as we are. So it might not be for awhile.” Sky told his opinion.

Then Sky’s Morpher received a call.

“Sky Tate, I read you.”
“Report to the Command Center, there’s someone here you might want to meet,” Kat’s voice sounded out of the Morpher.
“Yes! Finally the time has come!” Bridge jumped up out of his seat and to the Command Center.

When the other Rangers arrived to the Command Center, Bridge was already there, awaiting the news.
“Sir!” the Rangers reported in.
“Rangers, I’d like you to meet Bryan,” Cruger told them as a mysterious man in what looks like a SPD uniform turned around.

The Rangers jumped into fighting positions.

“Stand down!” Cruger ordered.
“But sir, he’s wearing an A-Squad uniform. How can we trust him?” Sky asked.
“I saved his story for you. So why don’t you tell us your story, Bryan?”
“I was on a dangerous mission long ago when I captured by my enemy. He held me captive until one day the planet was under attack. I escaped just in time before I would have been taken captive by my enemy’s enemy,” Bryan explained.
“Ah yes, I ready that mission. You were to spy on Grumm,” Commander recalled.
“What happened to Grumm?” Bryan asked.
“We took him in after your A-Squad Rangers betrayed all SPD,” Sky explained.
“No way!” Bryan said in amazement.
“Yes way! We even battled Omni!” Bridge informed him more.
“Omni?”
“Grumm’s leader. He was tough.” Syd told Bryan.
“Grumm had a leader? Wow, I missed a lot. So do you have names?”
“I’m Sky, SPD Red Ranger.”
“I’m Bridge, the Blue Ranger. Although I was the Green Ranger at the time of the Troobian attack, but then I was promoted.”
“Ok…” Bryan replied.
“I’m Elizabeth, call me Z, the Yellow Ranger.”
“I’m Sydney, the pretty Pink Ranger.”
“Well, I’m Bryan, the A-Squad Gold Ranger,” he introduced himself. “Nice to meet you all.”
“Come Bryan, I’ll show you your quarters,” Cruger told him.
“Ok, catch you guys later.”
“Ok,” Syd replied.
“Dismissed,” Cruger told his Rangers.

Then the Rangers left the Command Center.

“Oh man! I forgot to ask him about the new me!” Bridge cried.

The others laughed as they went back to the Rec Room for more relaxation.

“Demonox, how are your Psycho Rangers coming?” Doom questioned.
“Good, I just need some certain resources to finish them and to give them that special ‘psycho’ gift.”
“Ah, I know what you mean.” Doom understands. “Well, why are you just moping around? Go get those resources! I want Earth as soon as possible!”
“Yes sir!” Demonox started his way toward Earth.
“Plus, I’d like to see who I’ll be up against when I take over.” Doom says to himself.

§§§§§§§§§§§§§

“I don’t trust him. I just can’t no matter how much I try,” Sky told his cadets.
“It is risky, but it isn’t really fair that he gets treated like that,” Z told her side.
“His story was convincing,” Syd agreed with Z.
“But how did he escape so easily from Grumm and the rest of the Troobians?” Sky wondered.
“Well, he is the Gold Ranger.” Bridge added in.

Then the sirens went off.

“Rangers report to the Command Center immediately,” Kat’s voice sounded through the intercoms.
“Think he took Commander?” Sky smarted off.

Then they ran off to the Command Center as ordered.

“What’s wrong Kat?” Sky asked.
“Rangers, an alien named Demonox is robbing the World’s Diamond Depository,” Commander Cruger informed them.
“We’re on it,” Sky replied in a “here we go again” mood.
“Wait! He is a Grim,” Cruger warned them. “The Grims are much more powerful than any evil you can think of. They have taken over many galaxies.”
“Even the Troobians?” Z asked.
“Yes, even stronger than the Troobians. Be careful Rangers, this is not your ordinary robbery.”
“Yes sir!” the Rangers saluted and left for battle.
“Kat, prepare the zords and anything you can think of that might help the Rangers defeat the Grims. I feel we are their next target.”
“Yes sir; I’ve got some things that may help. Are you going to fill in Green Ranger?”
“Boom! Bring me every cadets profile.”
“Yes Commander!” Boom replied as he ran out as fast as he ran in.

§§§§§§§§§§§§§

“SPD, your under arrest!” the SPD Rangers ran onto the scene.
“SPD, ha, don’t make me laugh,” Demonox told them. “I’ve destroyed SPD multiple times!”
“Well, you haven’t beaten this one!” Bridge yelled.
“Well, not yet you mean,” Demonox answered in confidence. “Let’s see your best shot! Grimies, attack!”

Now engaged in battle, the Rangers fought their newest enemy not knowing what they were capable of. After only fighting for near seconds, they regrouped in shock.

“These guys aren’t your ordinary foot soldiers are they?” Z questioned her team.
“Yea, these guys are strong,” Syd agreed.
“Yes! Shouldn’t we morph now?” Bridge asked in excitement.
“Ready?” Sky pulled out his SPD Morpher.
“Ready!” the others replied as they pulled theirs out, also.
“SPD EMERGENCY!” they called as they morphed into Power Rangers and ran out to fight the Grimies once more.
“Perfect, while the Rangers battle the Grimies, I’ll get the diamonds!” Demonox planned.

“With the Rangers gone, now’s the time to get the A-Squad!” Bryan noticed as he headed for the prison cells. When he got there, he noticed there was a security guard on duty. “Hello cadet. I’m just going to say hello to my fellow teammates, the A-Squad.”
“Alright, there down there on the left,” the guard answered.
“Thanks.”

Then he walked down to their cell.
“Bryan?” Charlie questioned her own eyes.
“Hey Charlie, how’s it going?”
“How did you escape Grumm?” Charlie asked in surprise.
“The Grims attacked and I fled. When did you guys hook up with him?”
“After we were captured by him on a mission,” Ivan explained.
“We decided we would be better off,” Cliff informed his leader.
“Besides, we were getting tired of Cruger,” Rachel told him.
“What are you doing back here?” Beevor asked.
“I’m here to save your butts. I’m with the Grims now, and your being recruited as Doom’s Rangers.”
“Alright, I’ll do anything to get out of here,” Charlie told Bryan.
“Ok, I’ll contain you so we don’t get caught,” Bryan said as he transformed the A-Squad into containment cards.
“Too late!” Commander Cruger yelled as he walked up. “I knew it couldn’t be perfect.”
“Commander, I was just…”
“Save it, your under arrest!”

§§§§§§§§§§§§§
“Ok, let’s show them how it’s done!” Sky prepped his team.
“Right!” the others replied.

Then they went into battle fighting the Grimies Demonox left to handle the Rangers. Now morphed, they had more power to defeat the Grimies.

Sky was enjoying his new Delta Blasters as he fired away blasting many back. Then he would spin and blast his enemy’s just like Jack did.
“That’s cool; now I know why he did that so much.”

Bridge was performing high flips and spins as he battled his Grimies. When he was coming down from one of his jumps, he pulled out his Deltamax Striker and blasted them from above.
“Yea, this thing rocks!”

Z was managing to defend herself, until the Grimies pulled out long sabers. Countering, Z pulled out her baton and started slicing Grimies left and right.
“Take that!”

Sydney was doing fine as she used her fighting techniques she learned from the academy. Then she rolled out of an attack and blasted her enemy’s with her Deltamax Striker.
“Ha, got to love it.”

§§§§§§§§§§§§§

“I don’t think so, A-Squad!” Bryan morphed into his Ranger form.

Then Commander pulled out his Morpher.

“SPD EMERGENCY!” he morphed into the Shadow Ranger! “Shadow Saber, power up!”

Now Shadow Ranger defended the way out as Bryan charged right at him with his A-Squad Blaster. Then they clashed weapons looking each other in the visors.
“You’ll never win!” Cruger told him as he pushed up giving him an opening. Next, he slashed Bryan three times with his Shadow Saber across the chest sending Bryan pinning to the ground.
“You might be able to beat me, but not the A-Squad!” Bryan threw the cards containing the A-Squad right at Cruger as they opened letting them out.
“A-Squad!” they morphed into Ranger form.

Now they all stood together facing Commander Cruger.

“Fire!” they all shouted as they started shooting away at Cruger. He managed to deflect the first few, but then the rest blasted him over and over sending him to the ground hard. Charlie walked up to Cruger and kicked his saber away.
“Say good-bye Commander!”
“No Charlie! Let’s go!” Bryan yelled at her.
“But…”
“Back should be arriving any time soon!”

Then Charlie followed the team as they made their way out of the base. As they were running they blasted at whatever came in their way. In doing this, they had a clear path outside.

Then Demonox was coming out of the Diamond Depository when the Rangers stepped in.

“Demonox, put the diamonds down!” Bridge yelled at him as he lasted him making him drop the case.
“Err,” then he charged the Rangers at full speed.
“Watch out!” Sky warned them as he used his Delta Blasters to try and stop him.

Demonox ran right passed the lasers and flipped Sky on his way by. Then he ran over the rest of the Rangers sending them to the ground, too.

The Rangers quickly got up and charged right back.

Bridge was the first to attack Demonox with a jumping round house, but Demonox ducked right under it.

Z came next with her baton swinging away at Demonox. He blocked many of them with his arm and then countered punching Z in the gut sending her flipping backward.

Syd attacked third with a kick to his side, but it was grabbed as she was thrown across the battlefield.

Sky came last punching rapidly at Demonox. Demonox blacked everyone and then stopped one with his hand. Next, he flipped Sky to the ground; Sky rolled away from being crushed.

As they all regrouped and were about to charge again, lasers from above blasted them.

“What was that?” Bridge asked.

Then the A-Squad landed in front of them.

“We’ve got them now, Demonox!” Charlie told him.
“Ok,” he relied as he disappeared.
“Hello B-Squad, remember us? The A-Squad?” Charlie questioned.
“How did you get out?” Sky asked.
“Bryan, did you ever meet him, he’s great; probably the best leader ever. Way better than you Sky, your not even a real leader.”
“Hey, Sky’s great! You need to back off!” Syd yelled at Charlie.
“Make us!” Charlie replied.
“Fine! Let’s go guys!” Z rallied the team.

Then they raced into battle against the A-Squad once again.

Sky was being double-teamed by Charlie and Cliff. Sky was trying his best, but he was no match for the both of them.

Bridge was managing to defend himself, but he could not get a hit in.

Z was fighting Ivan well until he blasted her with his A-Squad Blaster.

Syd was playing it safe waiting for her time to attack. The only problem with that was that time never came, and soon she got a hard kick sending her into the air.

Charlie and Cliff were about to blast Sky while he was still on the ground until they were both kicked down.

“Jack!” Sky thanked him.
“Need some help?”
“Only with Cliff.”
“I’ll take him!” Jack replied as he ran after Cliff with confidence.

All of the B-Squad was distracted by Jack’s arrival to help and were thrashed badly.

Now kicking and punching at Cliff, managed to get one of his kicks in. The distance the kick put between them wasn’t good. Now Cliff could shoot Jack with his Blaster.

“Fire!”

Then Jack was sent back through the air and hard to ground.

“Jack what are you doing here?”
“I heard the Power Rangers were in trouble, I had to.”
“Forget about us?” Charlie brought the Rangers back to reality. “Ready, aim, and fire!”

Episode 2
Doom’s Day Begins Part 2

Inside the Delta Base, Commander Cruger runs into the Command Center hurt.

“Kat, Bryan is with the A-Squad. He…”
“I know, the Rangers are battling them right now.”
“Sir!” Boom salutes. “Here are the cadets profiles you asked for.”

Cruger went to grab them when he was shocked.

“Oh, sorry sir. I’m trying out Kat’s new Body Shield. I forgot to turn it off.”
“Err, thank you, Boom.”
“So how’s the Body Shield working Boom?” Kat asked.
“Oh, great. I haven’t been hurt yet. Except when I forgot to turn it back on and ran into to something really hard.”
“The Rangers, they need my help! Boom, I need to you get the new Green Ranger for me. Whoever has the most top ranks, is our new Green Ranger. Now go!”
“Yes sir!” Boom replied as he went off to find the new recruit.

“Ready, aim, and fire!” the Charlie ordered as they shot away at the Rangers.

Luckily, Command Cruger made it just in time to deflect some of the bullets and take the rest for the team.

“Commander!” Sydney cried as she watched him save their lives.

He fell to the ground and powered down.

“Let’s get them guys! For Commander!” Sky rallied his crew.
“Right!”
“I’ll take the Grimies,” Jack offered.

Now they rushed at the A-Squad ready for revenge.

“Let’s see here. Ray, Deveron, Rylee, Steve, blah, blah, blah. Ah, here we are. One, two, three, four, five! That’s a record! Let’s see our Green Ranger’s name,” Boom was talking to himself.
“Boom! The Rangers are in trouble. Have you found him yet?” Kat asked anxiously.

When Boom looked up, his finger that was holding his spot moved over a name by mistake.

“Yea, our new Green Ranger is…Sam Dalton!”
“Really? Sam? He’s only a kid on the D-Squad.” Kat wondered in confusion. “Well, no time to double-check. Let’s go.”

She ran into the Command Center.

“Sam Dalton report to the Command Center immediately!” she demanded over the intercom.

In seconds, Sam came running in.

“Yes sir…I mean…yes ma’am!” he saluted expecting Commander Cruger.
“Congratulations, you are the new B-Squad Green Ranger!”
“No way! Wait until I tell the team!”
“No time; the Rangers you need now. Here’s your SPD Morpher. Good luck.”

§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§

At the battlefield, the Rangers are fighting hard against the A-Squad, but it wasn’t enough. Soon they were thrown around and blasted many times powering them down to civilian form. Jack was doing pretty well for not having any powers, but he still needed a little bit more. Then Bryan appeared next to Cruger.

“Ah, the Shadow Morpher! This is a nice prize! Ha, ha, ha!” Bryan took Commander’s Morpher and Saber.

Then Bryan teleported away.

“No…” Commander barely got out of his mouth.

“Guys, we’re in trouble here,” Bridge told the other Rangers.
“What should we do?” Syd asked.
“We keep fighting, no matter what!” Sky ordered.

Once again, they got up ready to defend the city.

“They actually think they can beat us,” Charlie couldn’t believe what she saw. “Full power!” Charlie commanded as they shot at the B-Squad. As it was flying at the Rangers, the blast formed an even larger laser beam. The Rangers were blown high into the air, and then they came crashing down to the ground.

“We got them that time!” Rachel laughed.
“Want more, Rangers?” Cliff questioned.
“A-Squad rules,” Ivan bragged.
“You’ll never win!” Beevor chattered.
“Give up?” Charlie asked them.
“Never!” Z replied.

“Why won’t they quit?” Charlie thought to herself.

“Guys, are you alright?” Sam ran onto the scene. “Demonox is destroying everything! We have to take care of these guys fast!”
“Sam, what are you doing here? You could get hurt out here.” Z lectured him.
“But guys…”
“No butts!” Sky interrupted. “Get back to base, now!”
“Hold on, Sky. Sam, are you the new me?” Bridge asked Sam.
“YEA!”
“What? There’s got to be a mistake,” Syd wondered.
“Nope, I’ve got the best rankings out of everyone!”

“Oh, how nice. The kid has come to save them! Ha, ha, ha!” the A-Squad joked around.

“Hey, why don’t you buzz off?” Sam teleported the A-Squad back to Doom’s ship.
“Good work, Sam!” Bridge congratulated his new teammate.
“Let’s move; we’ve got to stop Demonox!” Sky ordered. “Kat, where’s Demonox located.

“Hey guys; hey Sam,” Jack met up with the group. “Are you the new Green Ranger Sam?”
“YEA!”

“Commander, are you alright?” Syd ran over to him. “Sam, can you teleport Commander back to the base?”
“I’m on it!” Sam replied.

“It’s too late he got away,” Kat was heard through his Morpher.
“No!”
“Get back to base, you need to rest.”

Then the B-Squad did as ordered.

“So did you finish the Rangers?” Doom asked the A-Squad as the suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
“No, we were teleported here by force,” Charlie informed his master.
“By who?”
“We don’t know,” Beevor lied,
“I know; it was the kid!” Demonox busted them.
“What! A little kid defeated you! You get back out there and destroy them!”
“Yes sir!” the A-Squad took their command.

In the SPD Rec Room, the Rangers were taking it easy.
“So how does it feel to be the new me?” Bridge asked Sam.
“Great! I’m going to got tell all of my friends!”

Then Sam ran out faster than the speed of light.

“Hey guys, how do you like your new teammate?” Boom walked in.
“Sam, how…” Sky started to say.
“I know, it’s great to have a little kid on the team!” Boom explained. “Where is he, anyway?”
“He ran off to tell his friends,” Z informed Boom.
“How’s Commander?” Syd asked Kat as she walked in.
“He’s sleeping. He should be ok…but we aren’t positive.” Kat informed them. “Rangers, the A-Squad have a new zord. Take them out with the SWAT Megazord.”

“Ready?” Sky pulled out his Morpher a Sam ran in.
“Ready!” the other Rangers replied.
“SPD EMERGENCY!” they morphed into their Ranger forms.

Then they ran over to their zord bay tubes, and jumped in.

“Inserting SPD Morpher,” Sky said as he pushes the button on the top of his Morpher. “SWAT Flyer One, online!”
“SWAT Flyer Two, engaged!”
“SWAT Flyer Three, activated!”
“SWAT Flyer Four, ready to go!”
“SWAT Flyer Five, initiated!”
“Ready Rangers?” Sky asked his team.
“Ready!” they replied.

Then they zoomed off to fight the A-Squad. When they arrived the A-Squad was destroying the city.

“Finally, you’ve come!” Charlie announced through her zords speaker.
“Megazord mode!” Sky ordered as they joined together.
“SWAT Megazord!” the B-Squad Rangers yelled.

Now they rushed into battle as they fought the A-Squad’s Megazord. The A-Squad swung with its right arm at he SWAT Megazord, but the Rangers blocked it, and countered with a roundhouse kick. Then the Rangers shot them with the SWAT Blasters until the A-Squad Megazord fell to the ground.

“Got you!” Sam laughed.
“Not yet!” Charlie told them as she activated their A-Squad Blaster. “Fire!”

The Rangers deflected every shot with a huge roundhouse. Then they flew at the A-Squad Megazord and grabbed it. Flying higher and higher, they finally threw the A-Squad back down to Earth. Now the A-Squad’s Megazord was defenseless and paralyzed.

“SWAT Cannon!” Z ordered.
“Ready, aim, and fire!” they shot at the A-Squad. Although, the A-Squad sat up and fired a sonic ray at the laser turning it around. Then the laser hit the SWAT Megazord sending it to the ground hard.

“Oh no, Doom has sent out his Grimies to rob the World Gold Depository!” Kat worried. “Rangers, I’m sending the Base!” Kat explained to the Rangers.
“Ok, thanks Kat!” Sky thanked her.
“Now to take care of the Grimies.”

She ran out of the Command Center.

“Ok, I’ll take the Delta Command Megazord,” Sky informed his team.
“Can I come?” Sam asked.
“No, stay here with the team.”
“But…”
“That’s an order!” Sky finished the argument as he left the SWAT Megazord an entered the Delta Command Megazord.

“So you’ve brought out another Megazord for us to destroy. How nice!” Rachel grunted.
“Let’s get them!” Cliff suggested.

Then they fired a sonic beam at both zords, but the Delta Command Megazord fired back with an ultra laser. The ultra laser overpowered the A-Squad’s sonic beam and sent the Megazord flying into a building.

“Oh no,” Z cried.
“Good thing it was empty!” Syd assured her friend.
“I don’t know, let’s just hope it was,” Bridge brought them back to reality.
“Yea, hopefully they evacuated as protocol says to,” Sky finished the little chat.
“Yea, then they’d get squished!” Sam joked.

Then the SWAT Megazord was grabbed by the A-Squad.

“Guys!” Sky shouted in anger.
“What are you going to do?” Charlie sniffled. “Shoot and they will be destroyed as I will.”
“Ha, ha, ha!” Ivan laughed thinking they won.
“Put them down!” Sky ordered.
“Never; hand over the Delta Command Megazord, and you can have your friends!” Beevor demanded.

“What should I do?” Sky thought.

“SPD, your under arrest!” Kat ran onto the scene where the Grimies were attacking the World Gold Depository.

The Grimies said nothing as they rushed at Kat. Kat first blocked one attack and then reacted with a push/kick sending her into flight. She came down fluttering kicks everywhere nailing three Grimies.

“Hccckkkkkkkkk!” Kat hissed at the Grimies.

They she was grabbed from behind but ended up flipping the Grimie over her, and then punching it in the chest. They she performed a big roundhouse knocking down all Grimies around her.

“Demonox, halt!”
“Dr. Manx! How nice of you to visit me.”
“Your under arrest, Demonox.”
“You think you stop me, ha!”

Then Demonox shot a laser from his eyes that exploded around Kat. When the fire was gone, Kat barely dodged Demonox as he tried to hit her from overhead. Next, Demonox spun in the air and swung a round house at Kat, only Kat ducked and swept him from his feet. Although, Demonox was quick to get back up and ram Kat to the ground.

“Had enough?”
“Not quiet.”

Then Demonox shot her with a laser from his hand that sent her to the air and back down to the ground for good.

“Ha, ha, ha! Too bad your not a Ranger; then you might have been a challenge.” He bragged as he disappeared with the gold.

“Yea…if only I was a Ranger.”

Then the A-Squad Megazord was hit in the back by tiny laser bombs. This tiny distraction freed the Rangers luckily.

“Good boy, RIC!” Syd thanked the robotic interactive canine.

“SWAT Megazord Blaster Mode!” The Rangers engaged for the final strike.
“Good thinking guys!” Sky told his friends. “Now fire!” Sky screamed as the Delta Command Megazord shot the SWAT Megazord Blaster while holding it in its hands.

They blasted the A-Squad with a huge laser blast nailing them head on.

“Yes, we got them!” Bridge jumped.
“That was awesome!” Sam exclaimed.
“Where’d they go?” Z questioned.
“There’s no way that we destroyed them. There would be some debris,” Sky stated.

Then the Rangers returned to headquarters.

“Sam, how was the zords?” Bridge asked.
“Awesome, but I wanted to go into the Delta Command Megazord.”
“But Sam, you’ve got to understand that Sky’s the Red Ranger; the leader,” Syd explained to him.
“I know, but I thought he might have needed help controlling it.
“I set the controls to auto command. I speak and it listens,” Sky informed Sam.
“Awesome!” Sam thought. “Sorry Sky, I just thought…”
“Its alright Sam. Don’t worry about it.”

Then they walked passed the Hospitality Room.

“Kat? What happened to you?” Z asked.
“Demonox tried to steal gold from the World Depository. I gave him a good fight.”

Sky turned around looking hurt, and walked away to his room.

“She should get her rest,” the Chief Doctor informed her guests.
“Ok, bye Kat,” the Rangers said as they went to their beds for some sleep.
“See you in the morning, Sam!” Z called to her friend.
“You too, Z!”

“So how much longer, Demonox?” Doom asked.
“I don’t know. I still need some more energy and other things. There’s no telling how much longer.”
“And A-Squad, why can’t you do as I ask? I mean, Bryan makes up for his mistakes. See?” He held up the Shadow Morpher. “Now, why don’t you all train in the Pit of Doom?”

The floor dropped under the A-Squad as they fell into darkness.

“Will this be any use to your plan? Doom asked Demonox.
“Yes, it would definitely be a plus.”
“Why waste it on those stupid robots, when we could simply make the most dark and evil Ranger of all!” Bryan suggested.
“Hm… I like it!” Doom declared. “Bryan, begin the search for our Shadow Ranger!”
“Yes sir!”
“The more the merrier!” Doom laughed.

That night before Sam went to bed, he jumped onto the computer.

“Wait a minute, I only have two top ranks out of seven. That means that no one else got at least two top ranks, except me. But I know that someone else has to have more than just one. Maybe Boom messed up?”

Sam was started to shiver.

“No way, it’s all in my head…”

In Sky’s room, he is laying on his bed with a picture frame in his hands.

“Dad, will I ever be just like you? If you were in my place now, no one would be hurt…”

In Boom’s room, he was about to finish double-checking the top ranks. When he knew he made a mistake because Sam only had two, and early he remembered saying that someone had five.

“Oh man, I’m so busted….” He cried. “How could I do this to Sam!”

Episode 3
Lifting Spirite

Inside the Delta Base, the Rangers are eating breakfast.

“Hey Sam, what’s the matter?” Z asked the lifeless boy.
“You hungry? You can have some of my toast; it’s buttery,” Bridge said as he waved his fingers in front of his mouth.
“Sam?” Syd tried to get his attention. “Sam?”

Sky was on his way to meet the others, when his Morpher received a message. He opened up his Morpher to hear the message.

“Hello Sky. I challenge you to a battle to see who the best Red Ranger here is. See you there, if you’re not afraid.” Charlie was heard from the Morpher.
“I accept your challenge!” Sky replied.

“Who’s the real Green Ranger? When will I be replaced? Man, this bites…” Sam was thinking inside his head.

Then Z touched him on the shoulder.

”Hey!”
“Huh? Oh hi, Z…”
“What’s wrong?”
“Nothing, I’m just tired.”
“Didn’t you sleep?”
“I couldn’t.”

“Where’s Sky?” Syd wondered. “I thought he was showering and then meeting us down here.”
“Who knows, but I’m pretty sure he would be done. Otherwise, he would have taken a longer shower than you do, and that’s just wrong.” Bridge joked with her.
“I do not take long showers!”
“Yes you do,” Z joined in.
“No, I don’t!”
“Where did Sam go?” Bridge brought the others back to Earth.
“Oh no, he’s gone!” Syd worried.
“We’ve got to find him!”

Then the rangers rushed out of the room to find Sam.

“So you did come. I’m surprised.” Charlie snickered.
“I’ll show you who’s the best!” Sky replied.
“Then let’s see it!”

Now they began to battle in civilian form. Charlie was attacking non-stop. Sky was simply blocking and countering. Then Charlie used a laser from her eyes to shock Sky, but he used his shield to defend against it.

“That’s it! A-Squad!” Charlie said as she morphed into her Ranger form. “Time to get serious.”
“Alright,” Sky agreed as he pulled out his Morpher. “SPD EMERGENCY!”

Now they started to fight again only this time they were in their Ranger forms. Sky started attacking more than defending as Charlie dodged and attacked instead of stopping the threat. When Charlie tried to kick Sky, Sky leaped into the air! As he was coming down, he fired his Delta Blasters. These shots nailed Charlie sending her to the ground. Soon she got up and returned fire at Sky with her A-Squad Blaster. Sky jumped out of the way and flipped to the ground safely.

“Delta Blaster Combo Mode!” Sky ordered. “And Fire!”

Charlie jumped forward and fire back at her target. Sky was hit and flew backward.

The Rangers spread out around the Delta Base looking for Sam. Bridge had no luck finding him, as Syd didn’t either.

“Sam, there you are!” Z shouted in relief.
“Hey Z,” he replied.
“Why did you leave like that?”
“I wasn’t hungry, and I was just wondering if Boom made a mistake choosing me. I mean, I’m only a little kid. There’s no way that I’m top ranked with only two. And that’s only for the D-Squad. Now that I think about it, there’s no way I’m the Green ranger,” Sam explained as he walked away.
“Sam,” Z tried to say something even though nothing came out.

Then he got up to a gun hitting him in the stomach, and then a kick sending him back farther. Charlie walked up to him as he tried to get up.

“Is that all you got?”
“No way!” Sky got up.

This wasn’t too smart because Charlie just shot him right away. Sky soared back and then fell to the ground. As he lay in pain, he was forced to power down.

“Looks like you’ll never be like your father! You failed him!” Charlie messed with his head and then teleported away.
“I did let you down, Dad. I’m sorry.”

§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§

Sky came walking though the Delta base looking very angry.

“Sky, there you are! Where have you been?” Syd asked as she followed him.
“Charlie challenged me o a battle.”
“What happened?”
“I lost. I’ll never be like my father. Charlie was right. I’m a failure.”
“No Sky…”
“Just leave me alone, ok?”
“Yikes…” Syd backed off as she pulled out her Morpher. “Guys, I found Sky. He’s a little cranky, so watch out.”
“Good job, Syd. I found Sam…” Z sounded through the Morpher.
“Ok,” Syd replied. “I’m going to pay a visit to Commander and Kat.”
“I’ll meet you there.”

When they arrived at the Hospital Room, Commander Cruger and Kat were awake.

“Hey guys, what’s up?” Kat asked.
“Nothing really,” Syd replied.
“There haven’t been any attacks ever since Charlie challenged Sky.”
“Charlie challenged Sky? What happened?” Commander questioned his cadet.
“I think Sky lost. Charlie started messing with his head. Sky keeps saying that he failed his father. I don’t know what’s wrong.” Syd explained.
“Sam is not sure he’s the real Green Ranger, but I told him not to worry,” Z told them.
“Well, Boom paid us a little visit and said that there was a mistake. The real Green Ranger should have been…” Commander started to say.
“Excuse me, but they need to get their rest,” Doctor Phelix interrupted.
“Ok, it can wait. Just how are we going to tell Sam?” Z wondered.
“I don not know, cadet,” Commander finished their little chat.

Then the two Rangers left the room and went to their room for the night.

“Hey Sky! How’s everything been?” Boom asked Sky as he was walking down he hall.
“Just great!” Sky used sarcasm. “First, I fail to capture Charlie. Second, I’m a bad leader. And last, I failed my father.”
“What? Sky you’re a great leader! So what if Charlie got away. It’s not your fault; it’s nobodies. You’re in line to be just like your father. You have all of the top rankings on the entire academy, and your Red Ranger!”
“Red Ranger, ha! I wish I was fit for that position.”
“But you are!”
“Whatever, I’m getting some sleep.”
“Ok, good night!”
“Yea, you too.”

Then Sky walked into his room and went to bed. Boom decided that he should also get some shuteye.

That night, Sky is having a dream where he is with his dad and many other guys.

“Dad?” Sky asked in confusion.
“Hello son,” Sky’s father replied.
“I failed you; I’m sorry.”
“How?”
“I’m not nowhere as good as you were, Dad.”
“So, I want you to be what you want to be.”
“I want to be like you. You’re the best of the best of the best!”
“Is that what they say?” Sky’s father laughed. “What about the original Red Ranger, Jason.”

Jason stepped into the light.

“No way, Jason?” Sky couldn’t believe what he saw.
“Son, I want you to know that I’ll always be proud of you no matter what. Even I you were the Pink Ranger, I’d still be proud of you. I don’t want you to be me; I want you to be you, Sky.
“Ok Dad,” Sky understood. “But that still doesn’t make me a good leader and Red Ranger.”
“You have the ability to be the best leader, you just have to look deep inside and find your will. Every Red Ranger has their shaky moments. Jason did.”
“He did?”
“Yea, everyday I thought about failing to be a good leader. But when things matter the most, I always lead my team to victory.” Jason admitted. “I had it in me I just didn’t know it. I’m telling you that you have it in you, too.”
”Really?”
“Yes.”
“Sky, just believe in yourself and you can do anything,” Tommy said as he walked into the light.
“When Tommy trusted me to take his place, I was so afraid of letting him down. But I finally realized to be a good leader I have to trust myself,” TJ commented as he walked out.
“I wasn’t used to having a team, but I realized that I needed them as much as they needed me. I had to step up and take charge.” Andros explained as he also walked out.
“All of you were Red Rangers and had the same problem I have?” Sky asked in amazement.
“Yup,” Tommy replied. “Many others did, too.”
“There are more?”
“Of course, haven’t you studied your Ranger history?” His father questioned.
“Yea, I knew that. Are they here?”
“If you want.” Sky’s father replied. “Hey guys, get out here.”

Then the rest of the Red Rangers leading up to Sky walked out into sight.

“Whoa,” Sky was in shock. “Leo, Carter, Wes, Eric, Cole, Shane, Hunter, Connor, Nick, and Jack.”
“You see, it’s not about being the best; it’s about doing the right thing,” Wes explained.
“That’s right. We are all legends only because of our actions, not our skills,” Nick told Sky.
“I think I get it.”
“Good because we got to go,” Cole told him.
“Our time has run out…” Connor said.
“What do you mean?” Sky wondered.
“We’ll see you later, Sky,” Leo declared.
“Remember…believe in yourself…” Carter told him one last time.
“And you can do anything…” Shane got the last word as they disappeared in the darkness.
“Wait, are sure I can do it?” Sky shouted at them.

Inside the Delta Base, the sirens sounded.

“Rangers report to the Command Center!” Kat, feeling better announced over the intercom.

“Man, I thought I was going to sleep in,” Syd was woken by the alarms.
“Yea, that would have been nice,” Z replied.

“Sky, get up! There’s an emergency!” Bridge yelled trying to wake up Sky. “Oh well, I tried.”

They all met up at the Commander Center. Sam was already there when the other Rangers arrived.

“Rangers…where is Cadet Tate?” Commander noticed.
“I tried to wake him up, but he wouldn’t budge,” Bridge explained.
“Boom, would you try to get Cadet Tate up for me?”
“Sure…I mean yes sir!” Boom replied.
“Ok, now there are Grimies swarming the New Tech City Iridium Plant. You must stop them!”
“Yes sir!” the Rangers replied.
“I’ll send Sky as soon as I can.”
Nothing happened for a few seconds.

“Suit up, Rangers!”
“That would be you Bridge,” Z explained to him.
“Remember, your second in command,” Syd reminded him.
“Oh yea! I was just waiting for Sky to be ready and then ask us if we’re ready, and then we reply ‘ready!’ and we morph into Power Rangers, and kick some bad guy butt like we always did; even when Jack was still here and everything…”
“What?” Sam was confused. “Can we just morph?”
“…Uh, yea, right.” Bridge came back to Earth. “Ready?”
“Ready!” the others replied as they finished laughing.
“SPD EMERGENCY!” they morphed into their Ranger forms and left the Base.
“Sir, he won’t wake up. I tried everything!” Boom came back without Sky.
“Err…keep watch on the battle. Kat, come with me to check on Sky.”
“Yes sir!” Kat and Boom agreed.

“Sky, why don’t you trust yourself?” his father wondered.
“I don’t know, I guess it’s because I have no clue what will happen due to my actions. And I’m afraid it will hurt others.”
“Your afraid you won’t be as good as Jack was.”
“No!”
“Ha. Well, why don’t you face your fears…?”

Then Jack appeared out of the darkness.

“Jack?”
“So you think your better than me?” Jack tried messing with his head.
“No, I…”
“Save it! Best Rangers wins!”

Then Jack attacked Sky. Sky didn’t want to fight Jack, and was getting beat. Then Jack kicked him hard in the stomach sending him backward.

“Ha, looks like you’re not better than me after all. I’m the better Red Ranger! I should still be the red Ranger, not you! The only reason I resigned was so you would stop crying about not being the Red Ranger!”
“Be quiet! You have no idea what’s going on!”
“Sure I do! You are losing to me to a battle! Let’s make it more fun. Whoever loses doesn’t get to be Red Ranger. Sound good?”
“Fine, but your pushing it now!”
“Oh am I? Then how about the loser resigns from the Academy and walks away forever! Nowhere to be found!”
“Err…”
“You know what I’m going to do when I become Red Ranger, again. I lead the team to victory like you never could!”

“This is working just as I wanted it to. Perfect!” Sky’s father was talking to himself.

“Look, there they are!” Bridge pointed out.
“Let’s get them!” Syd suggested.
“Ready Sam?” Z tried to perk him up.
“Yea…let’s do it,” Sam said with no emotion at all.

The Rangers ran over to the Grimies and attacked. Sam, hesitated for a moment, and then rushed into battle. The three tried to stop the Grimies from entering the plant, but there were too many.

“Sam over here!” Z called for help.
“I’m coming guys!” then Sam blasted the Grimies by Z, Syd, and Bridge. Now free, the other Rangers pulled out their Delta Max Strikers and shot all of the Grimies behind Sam. The explosion shot Sam into the air, but he recovered and flipped to the ground safely.

“Nice job, Sam!” Bridge told him.
“Yea, that was great!” Syd agreed.
“Aw, it was nothing.”
“Oh come one, admit it. Your awesome!” Z tried to cheer this kid up.
“Ok, I did save the day, didn’t I?”
“Not yet, Demonox is inside the plant!” Bridge explained.
“Let’s go!” Sam ordered.

But then they were blasted from behind and fell to the ground. It was the A-Squad.

“I don’t think so, Rangers!” Charlie spoiled their plan.
“Only, four? Where’s the Red Power Punk?” Cliff noticed.
“Probably crying to his daddy!” Charlie joked in laughter.
“Hey, that’s not funny! Let’s make them pay, guys!” Syd yelled in anger.

Then the Rangers rushed the A-Squad only to be blasted back to the ground and forced to power down.

“Ha, ha! Your nothing without your leader!” Beevor squirmed.

“Now it’s on!” Sky started to scream. “I can lead my team to victory! Just watch me!”

Then Sky attacked at full throttle. Jack had no time to react. Sky rapidly punched and kicked Jack everywhere. Soon, Jack disappeared into the darkness.

“Take that!” Sky hollered.
“I told you that you could it. All you needed was some help finding your spirit,” his father explained to him. “I’ll see you later, your team needs their leader.”
“Don’t worry guys, I’m coming!”

Then Sky woke up like a giant spring to find he was in the Hospital Room.

“Sky!” Kat yelled. “You’re ok!”
“Yea, but my team needs me. I have to go right now.”
“You can do it!” Kat brought him high.
“You coming Commander?”
“I can’t, my Morpher is missing. I’m checking the monitors.”
“Oh no. Well good luck!”
“You too!” Kat shouted out the door.

“I’m coming guys!” Sky said inside his head as he watched them on monitors all over the Base. “Just hang in there a little longer!”

“Let’s blast them!” Ivan suggested.
“Yes, let’s,” Charlie agreed with Ivan.
“Ready, aim, and…” they started to say, but were kicked to the ground.
“Sky! You made it!” Syd noticed as he rushed to their aid.
“Yea, sorry it took me so long.” Sky apologized. “Ready?”
“Ready!”
“SPD EMERGENCY!”

The Rangers were morphed and ready to fight, until Bryan showed up with an army of Grimies.

“Sir, we need some serious back up here!” Sky reported in.
“Help is on the way!” Cruger sounded over his Morpher.

“Kat, I’m going to help them, powers or not!”
“But sir!” Kat tried to stop him, and then realized it she cou;dn’t.

“Ok guys, let’s show them who they’re messing with!” Sky ordered.
“Right!”

They ran into battle fighting off any enemy around them. They were no match for this huge army and were losing. Demonox was robbing the plant, and they couldn’t do anything about it.

“We must keep fighting!” Sky demands.
“SPD SWAT MODE!” the Rangers kick it up a level as the Grimies around them fall to the ground. “Delta Enforcers! Fire!”

The Ranges blasted at the A-Squad, but it did nothing. The A-Squad came running out of the fire and returned fire. The A-Squad missed and met up with the B-Squad. Now in closet contact, they battled it out as Commander Cruger went after Demonox.

“Freeze, Demonox!”
“Doggie Cruger?” Demonox was confused. “You’re here to battle me without your powers?”
“That’s right, now prepare to be arrested!” Commander informed the criminal.
“I don’t think so! Ha!” Demonox shot lasers out of his eyes right at Doggie. The lasers grabbed Cruger and started to shock him. “What now Doggie! Your helpless!”

The B-Squad was holding their ground as the dodged every shot the A-Squad shot at them.

Z was moving too fast for Ivan to hit her, and would sneak in a powerful hit.

Bridge was defending himself against Beevor’s strong attacks.

Syd was jumping into the air to dodge and attack Rachel.

Sam was performing cool stunts such as flips and cartwheels to attack Cliff. Although Cliff wouldn’t be too hurt by Sam’s attacks; he would just have to recover for a moment.

Sky was whooping Charlie, as he would attack her hard with lasers and martial arts. He would leap into he air ad fire rapidly giving Charlie no defense but to roll out for the way. When she got up, Sky was right back into her face ready to attack, again. Next, he hit her with his Delta Enforcer, and threw her to the ground. Jumping away in the air, he fired back down blasting Charlie. After he landed, he walked up to Charlie.

“You’re under arrest! Judgment mode!” Sky pulled out his Morpher ready to contain this criminal. “Guilty! Delta Enforcer, Containment Strike!”

Charlie was contained.

Next, Cruger was thrown into the wall by the powerful lasers. Demonox laughed and headed out. As he walked out, lasers shot him.

“Freeze!” Sky commanded.
“The Red Ranger is back I see! Good, now I can destroy him!”
“I don’t think so!”

They engaged into battle fighting for their lives. Sky was dodging most of Demonox attacks. Although, Sky was struck by Demonox’s saber and spun to the ground.

“RIC!” Sky ordered.
“Bark! Bark!” RIC barked as he ran with Sky.
“Battlizer Engage!” Sky demanded. “Cyber Mode!”

Now with more power, Sky rushed at Demonox. This time, Sky was the one hitting Demonox with the saber. After many blows, Demonox flipped to the ground hard.

“Battlizer Mode 2 Complete!” Sky shouted. “Final Strike!” Sky powered up his saber and slashed Demonox down for good.

“I must retreat! This isn’t the end of Demonox Red Ranger! Hey, what did you do with my cases?”
“Looking for these?” Commander Cruger bragged.
“Fine, keep it. I’ll get it back someday! And when hat day come, you will all pay!”
“I don’t think so, I’m bringing you in!” Sky replied.

Then Bryan appeared in front of Demonox.

“Get out of here!”
“Ok,” Demonox teleported away as Bryan fired at Sky.

After the smoke had gone away, Sky rushed to where they used to stand.

“No, they got away!”
“At least we save the iridium,” Commander replied.

The other Rangers were still battling the other A-Squad Rangers until they noticed Charlie was captured and Demonox was defeated.

“Let’s go! We are out numbered!” Ivan suggested.
“Right!” the others agreed and teleported away.

“You failed!” Doom yelled at Demonox. “You’re a piece of trash! You better have those stupid robots done soon! Or else I’ll turn you into a robot!”
“Yes sir!”
“You should thank Bryan. He saved you from those pesky Rangers.”

Bryan smirked. Then Demonox went into his lab and slammed the door shut.

In the Delta Base, SPD was celebrating their victory.

“Good work Rangers, you’ve won this battle, but don’t get too cocky. There are many battles yet to come even tougher than this one. Sky Tate step forward! You have done a great deed today. You managed to save your friends without any hesitation. You are a great Red Ranger. Your father would be proud.”
“Thank you, sir! But it was teamwork that got us through, not me alone.”
“Right, well. What are we standing here for? Back to work!” Commander broke up the party.
“Sir, before we return to work. I need to do something,” Sam confessed.
“SOPHIE,” Sam asked for her to come. “You are the real Green Ranger. Boom made a mistake. You were the Green Ranger all along.”
“Wow! Really? But Sam, are sure?”
“I must, here take it.”

SOPHIE took the Morpher.

“Thank you, Sam. This is wonderful.”
“It’s a fun job.”
“I bet.”

“So how did he take it?” Commander asked Boom.
“Ok, not too well.” Boom turned to Sam. “I’m sorry buddy. I hope we can still be friends.”
“Yea, it’s all good. They were too old any way!” Sam joked around.

Everyone laughed as they returned to work.

“You did the right thing, Sam.” Z told him.
“I know. I’ll see you old geysers around.”
“Hey!” Syd started to chase him.
“Ha, ha!” Sam laughed with the Power Rangers.

Yea, Charlie knew about Sky's Dad, but not the red ranger union. that was all in sky's dream. She was just trying to put him down. SHe had nothing to do with Sky dreaming of that. Although, his father kinda like was there...from the dead???? you know what I'm saying???

Episode 4
The Return


In the Delta Base docking bay, a space ship lands.

“Wow, its great to be back!” Isinia declares as she walks out of the space ship.
“It is great to have you back, honey,” Commander Cruger tells his wife.
“Wow, I can’t imagine going through four more years of training to become an official Commander. One year was just right, or maybe even a little too much.”
“Well, now you’re an official member of SPD, and that’s good enough. Let’s go, I want to hear all about it.”
“Ok.”

As she walks by, everyone salutes to the new second Commander.

“Hello Rangers, nice to see you, again.”
“Nice to see you also, Commandant.” The Rangers greeted her.

Inside the Delta Base, Bridge is talking with their newest member, SOPHIE. They’re laughing and having a great time. Syd and Sky are relaxing as Z is on the phone. Sam is doing fine hanging with his old D-Squad Cadets.

“I wish I could get back into all the action and hang with the B-Squad. They’re all great,” Sam was saying in his head. “If only I would have trained harder. Well hey, at least there’s C-Squad Rangers now, and all positions are open. I may not have the best rankings, but I’ll have good enough to be a C-Squad Ranger. All I have to do is work up my ranks and I’ll be up there in no time.”

“Hey Sam, what are you thinking about?” one of his friends asks him.
“Nothing really,” Sam replies in a sad voice. Inside he’s burning with jealously.
“Well, we have a new member in our group. I’m about to show her around. Want to come?”
“Yea, sure. Why not?”

Then they headed off to meet the new recruit.

“Man, this is great! I can’t believe I’m the Green Ranger! I’ve dreamed of this day ever since I saw you guys in action!” SOPHIE was sharing her feelings with her new teammates.
“Well, you deserve to be here. You worked hard,” Bridge explained to her.
“Yea, I guess so.”

“I think it so cute how Commander made Isinia Commander with him,” Syd told Sky.
“I think she’s lucky he didn’t make her got through four more years of training to become it. But I understand, don’t get me wrong.”

“Yea, SOPHIE is the new Green Ranger!” Z talked through the phone.
“Really? How’s Sam taking it?” Jack was on the other side of the phone.
“Uh…he’s says he’s fine, but you know.”
“Yea, poor kid. How’s everything else going?”
“Good. Sky is really opened up since you’ve left. Syd is still a little self-centered, but she’s minding others better. Bridge is really taking all of this change to his head trying to make everyone happy. It’s pretty crazy fighting the A-Squad and Doom at the same time.”
“Yea, you guys must be busy all the time.”
“You bet.”
“Well, me and Ally are about to grab a bite to eat. So I’ll talk to you later.”
“Ok, tell Piggy I said ‘hello’ for me.”
“Will do, he’s digging around in the trash somewhere.”
“Ha, that’s Piggy. Ok, bye.”
“Yup, see you around.”

They both hung up.

Sam and his three other D-Squad cadets walked up to a door. Then one of his friends knocked gently. After a few seconds the door opened.

“Emily!” the new cadet greeted her friend. “Come on in!”

The two trotted in.

“So how do you like it so far?” Emily asked all the questions.
“It’s great! The room is comfy and everyone is so nice. I love it.”
“That’s good. Well, this is Sam, Sam Dalton. He was the Green Ranger for awhile.”
“Really! That’s cool. I hope one day I become a Ranger,” the new cadet day dreamed.
“It was nothing but a big mistake, really,” Sam corrected his friend.
“Well, I’m Nikki Nova. It’s nice to meet you.”
“You too,” Sam started to blush.
“Well, how about I show you around?” Emily suggested.
“Sure, I’d like that.”
“Emily Johnson, you are needed in the Hospital Room,” Kat announced over the intercom.
“Oh man. Guess we have to reschedule.”
“Bummer,” Nikki complained.
“I can show you around if you like?” Sam offered.
“Sure, that would be nice of you.”
“Ok then, you two have fun.”

Emily headed off to the Hospital Room. Then the other two began their trip around the academy.

“So how’s Jack?” Syd asked Z as she hung up.
“He’s doing good. They have been real busy lately, and doesn’t know if he’ll be able to stop by for awhile.” Z informed her of the phone call. “So where’s Bridge?”
“He and SOPHIE have been talking ever since you called Jack,” Sky explained.
“Well then I guess I’m going to relax and enjoy the break while I can,” Z sighed as she lay on the couch.

Right as she got comfortable the sirens sounded.

“I knew that was coming!” Z stated.

In the Command Center, the Rangers arrived.

“Rangers, Grimies are trying to steal Hemotech Synthetic Plasma! You must stop them!” Commander Cruger orders.
“Yes sir!”
“Ready?” Sky asks as he prepares to morph.
“Ready!” the other reply.
“SPD EMERGENCY!” the Rangers morph and rush out o the Base.

“Ok, there they are. Let’s get them!” Sky siked up his team for battle.
“Right!” the others replied.

Then the Rangers attacked the Grimies.

SPOHIE was not holding back. She made sure that she wouldn’t make the team fail, so she kicked butt in fifth gear.

Syd used her Delta Baton to slice up Grimies. They couldn’t touch her.

Bridge was flipping around as he blasted many Grimies at once.

Z was using her Delta Max Striker to easily blast the Grimies. She took out a lot of them quick.

Sky was using hardcore kicks and punches making sure the Grimies stayed down when he nailed them.

The Grimies were defeated fast, and the Rangers regrouped.

“Good job everyone,” Sky said to his team.
“Wow, SOPHIE. You did awesome!” Bridge assured her.
“Thanks, it was nothing.”
“Ok, let’s head back to Base,” Sky commanded.
“Right!” the other followed as told.

Back at the Base, Commander and Commandant congratulated the Rangers.

“Dismissed!” Commander shouted.

“So this the Training Room. It has workout equipment and a Simulator. Would you like to test it?” Sam asked Nikki.
“Um…sure, but could I just watch you?” Nikki wondered.
“Yea, I guess.”

Sam began the simulator and tried his best to impress Nikki. He performed flips and stunts that were a little flashy, but he still got the targets.

“Wow!” Nikki was impressed big time. “That was great Sam!”
“Thanks, I didn’t know I could do that.”
“Well, don’t stop while you’re hot!”
“Ok!”

Then Sam ranked up on many categories including the one-mile sprint, the target simulator, and the combat simulator.

“Wow Sam, that’s four new records!”
“I know I’ll be the C-Squad Red Ranger in no time if I keep this up!”
“Hey Sam, I see your working at a new goal,” Z walked up.
“Yea, he’s training to be the C-Squad Red Ranger!” Nikki embarrassed Sam on accident.
“Oh really? That’s great!”
“Yea, he’s got the top records of everyone on the C-Squad!”
“Whoa, and your still on the D-Squad. I smell a promotion!”
“I hope so,” Sam agreed.
“Well, I’m Z, SPD Yellow Ranger!
“Wow, I’m Nikki Nova. SPD Cadet!” she joked.

They both laughed.

“I got to get going. We are on the search for the missing Dr. Manx.”
“Oh no, Kat’s gone?” Sam worried.
“Yea, we have no idea where she went.”
“Maybe she took a break?” Nikki suggested.
“Well, we can’t contact her, so we are relying on Bridge to use his mind powers to save the day.”

The sirens blared loudly.

“Power Rangers, report to the Commander Center. There is an emergency!” Isinia announced over the intercom.

“Oh no, what’s wrong?” Nikki cried.
“I don’t know, but now I must leave immediately. Nice meeting you, Nikki!”
“You too, Z.”

Then she ran off.

“Well, shall we continue?” Nikki asked.
“Yes, next comes the recreational room. That’s next to the kitchen. Follow me,” Sam suggested.

“What’s wrong, ma’am?” Sky asked as his team arrived.
“The A-Squad is in the quarry.”
“We’re on it, Commandant.” Sky followed orders. “Ready?”
“Ready!” the rest of the team replied.
“SPD EMERGENCY!” they morphed into Ranger form.
“Now to search the monitors for the thief of my Shadow Morpher and Saber!”
“Doggie, where’s Kat?” Isinia asked out of nowhere.
“I don’t know. I thought she was in her lab,” Cruger kept searching.
“Nope, I just looked. Boom says he doesn’t’ know anything either. Where could she have gone?”
“Kat can take care of herself.”
“I know, but we need her here. Hope she comes back soon.”
“Me too,” Commander agreed. “I found him! It was Bryan! Now I remember; I was barely conscious when he took it from me like a chicken!”
“It’s ok, Doggie. We’ll get it back.”
“I hope so, no one takes my Saber and gets away with it. Now in the hands of evil, my Shadow Saber could destroy us!”
“Let’s forget it until later. How are the Rangers doing?”

The Rangers were having trouble fighting the A-Squad because once they got a hold on them Demonox would stop them. They couldn’t win!

“Bryan, he took my Morpher and Saber! I must get my them back!” Commander Cruger told his wife as he rushed out of the Base.
“Be careful!” Isinia worried.

§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§

Luckily Commander came and kicked Bryan off of Sky so her could fight him himself. Now Sky took on Demonox instead.

“Hand it over, Bryan!”
“Never, we have something in store that concerns it!”
“Why you!”

Doggie attacked with fast strikes as Bryan dodged and blocked every attack. Then Bryan leaped backward and shot at Doggie with his blaster. He missed although when he landed he charged at Doggie firing non-stop. Cruger had no choice but to run at the lasers. As they met, Bryan kicked Commander and shot him back with multiple blasts. Doggie fell to the ground.

“Now if you’d excuse me, I have duties to fulfill. Ha, ha, ha!”
“Err…” Doggie was not happy at all.

The other Rangers were holding their ground well, but weren’t winning either.

SOPHIE was struggling to shake a Grimie that had her in a hold.

“Let me go!”

Then many Grimies attacked her, and one shot her with a virus.

“Oh no! SOPHIE!” Bridge cried as he tried to fight off a swarm of Grimies.
“You’re nothing! Why should I waste my time fighting a puny Power Ranger that can’t defeat a few Grimies? You make me sick!” Beevor yelled at Bridge.

SOPHIE was in shock from the virus and was left defenseless. She fell to the ground and powered down.

“Now for the Command Center!” Sam shouted as they entered. “This is Isinia, Commander Cruger’s wife. She is now a commandant.”
“Oh, hello Commandant. Nice to meet you,” Nikki greeted her Commandant.
“Hello…oh dear!” Isinia cried. “The Rangers are in big trouble!”

Everyone turned and watched the battle on the screen.

“SOPHIE!” Isinia yelled.
“I’m sorry, Nikki, but our tour ends here. My friends need my help.”
“That’s alright; go.”
“But Sam!” Isinia tried to stop him.

Sam did not stop at all. He kept going to save the Rangers.

§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§

The Grims threw all of the Rangers into each other. The Rangers fell hard after colliding.

“Hang tough, Rangers!” Sky tried to encourage his team. “We can do this!”
“But SOPHIE; she needs help now!” Bridge worried.

Then the A-Squad and Demonox shot at the Rangers. The Rangers were tossed into the air and dropped back down, again. Now they were in big pain. The Grims walked up ready to end this battle.

“Want more, or are you through?” Demonox sniffled.
“If you think were out, think, again,” Doggie assured all of the Grims.
“Can we destroy them yet?” Cliff asked.
“No, let’s take them in. The master would like to see them,” Ivan expressed his thoughts.
“Yes, I think he would like to see his competition in person,” Demonox realized.

SOPHIE is about to short out, and no one can do anything to help.

“No…SOPHIE needs help!” Bridge cried.
“Oh, poor baby!” Rachel snickered.
“Don’t worry about her, she’s history! I think you should worry about yourself instead!” Beevor declared.
“Are you so sure?” Z questioned his words a she glanced SOPHIE’s direction.

Over by SOPHIE, Sam was by her side.

“Oh no, SOPHIE…” Sam worried it was too late.
“Sa…am…” SOPHIE barely spoke as she dropped her Morpher.

Then Sam teleported her out of battle and back to the base.

“Look, it’s Sam!” Syd shouted.
“You are going to pay for this!” Sam screamed.
“Ha, you think you can defeat us?” Cliff laughed. “You’re only a kid!”
“So…lets’ see what you got!” Sam threatened Cliff. “SPD EMREGNCY!”

Sam morphed into the Green Ranger once more!

“SPD Green Ranger!” Sam shouted. “Now come and get me!” Sam taunted his enemy.
“Excuse me, I have to take care of a little problem,” Cliff joked with his team.
“Yes, we’ll take care of the others,” Demonox told Cliff.

The rest of the Grims grabbed the Rangers and we’re about to teleport away when Sam flipped over Cliff, and zapped the criminals away.

“That aught to hold them!” Sam assured the Rangers.
“Not for long…but for now I guess it will have to do,” Cruger agreed.
“Hey, remember me?” Cliff yelled to Sam as he blasted at him.
“Oh yea, right.”

Sam dodged the blasts and prepared for battle. Sam decided to even it up by pulling out his Delta Max Striker.

“Fire!” Sam blasted at Cliff, although he deflected the shots to the ground.

Next, Cliff ran up to Sam for a close combat match. Sam did well defending but he wasn’t strong enough to hurt Cliff. Every time Cliff would take the hit and then drop the bomb on Sam.

“Come on, Sam!” Z encouraged him.

Cliff was having fun, just as he thought he would. So Sam decided to give him a challenge.

“SPD SWAT Mode!” Sam engaged his SWAT Armour. “Delta Enforcer!”

Sam fired his Delta Max Striker as well as his Delta Enforcer blasting Cliff into the air.

“Fire!” Sam fired again nailing Cliff.

Cliff fell to the ground hard with a huge “thud!” Cliff began to get up when Sam blasted him in the chest. Not down yet, Cliff slowly aimed his blaster, but once again Sam blasted it out of his hands.

“Judgment Time!” Sam activated his Morpher. “Guilty! Delta Enforcer, Containment Strike!” Sam fired and contained Cliff. “Looks like the kid just whooped you! Ha, ha!”
“Good work, Sam! You really came through for us,” Z thanked him.
“No problem. I had to save my elders.”
“Hey!” Syd hit him in the arm.

They all laughed and headed back to base.

In the Rec Room, the Rangers are talking with Sam.

“So this is Nikki?” Sky asks.
“Yes, I’m Nikki. You must be Sky, the Red Ranger!”
“That’s right.”
“And you’re Bridge, the odd one.”
“Hey, did Sam tell you that?”
“Yup, ha, ha. Lastly, Syd, the pretty lady.”
“Oh, why thank you!”

Sam blushed in embarrassment.

“And Z, good to see you, again.”
“Back at ya’.”
“So Sam, how did you use your genetic powers while Morphed?” Sky wondered in confusion.
“I don’t know. I didn’t think about it.”
“Do all of you have special powers?” Nikki asked.
“Yea, cool huh?” Bridge exclaimed. “Do you?”
“Yea, watch!” Nikki said as she disappeared.
“What, where did she go?” Sky wondered.
“I’m right here!”
“Oh cool, invisibility!” Bridge noticed.
“You got it!”
“Well if Kat was here, I bet she would know how you used your powers, and maybe why you have powers Nikki,” Syd assured the team.
“Yea, that is still an unsolved case,” Z stated.

Then Commander and Commandant walked into the Rec Room.

“Rangers,” Commander greeted his troops as they stood in attention. “Stand at ease.”
“Sam, due to SOPHIE’s injury, there is an open spot on the B-Squad. Now even though you are only on the D-Squad, your hard work in the Training Room has promoted you to B-Squad Green Ranger!” Isinia informed the poor boy.
“Oh Sam, congratulations!” Nikki hugged Sam and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
“Wow, we are so proud of you, Sam!” Z screamed.
“Thanks guys!” Sam was still in shock. “But Commander, how long is this position open for? In other words, how long until SOPHIE returns?”
“That cannot be determined at this moment. Although, the damage is very severe. You may have the spot for a long time, since SOPHIE’s injury.”
“Well, it’s not really a good thing, but…” Sam started to say.
“We understand; your glad your Green Ranger, but not that SOPHIE’s hurt,” Isinia finished his thought. “So for now, I think she would be glad to allow you to take her place.”
“Can I talk to her?” Sam asked.
“No, she is still unconscious. We are doing everything we can to help her,” Cruger informed the group.

The team was quiet until Bridge broke the silence.

“Come on guys! Cheer up! SOPHIE would not want us moping around. She would want us to be happy.”
“You’re right, Bridge,” Commandant Isinia, agreed.
“Ok, let’s get back to work!” Commander Cruger ordered.

Everyone scattered out of the room.
